Hey everyone, first off The Light Pick (lightshow style) -A small glowing pick and makes your strings sound a bit brighter
We have been using them for a while now, and thus far it is great
At first getting them we had to get used to the pick being slightly bigger then a normal sized pick, but after about an hour of jamming with it, you will prefer it
It makes easy pinch harmonics, and sweep arpeggias! thats right arpeggias
Both Dustin and I will be doing endorsement videos with these picks to show you them soon.
They are great tho, very easy to use, and cool.

P.S. if you have come to recent concerts we have been using them there

Hello to the Mora Marie faithful and to any of you noobs (lol), I am proud to announce our second "Freakin Sweet Contest!" Yep, you heard it right folks. Freakin Sweet. Here are the rules: Click and listen to the Mora Marie tunes on our myspace player and /or add them to your profile player. Once the player reaches 7600 (the count is 7043 as of 6:34 PM 11-16-2007), send us a message on the Mora Marie pages with the subject line "7600 is Freakin Sweet!". The first three winners receive a signed CD. But that is not all. The winners will also receive special recognition at an upcoming show. Not completely sure, but there is a rumor you will be invited onstage to help "sing" some lyrics. THE CONTEST STARTS NOW....!!!! -eric from Mora Marie

One hour of recording left! Yes folks! Mora Marie will be finished recording tonight. Then, mastering will take a few days and several of us need to regain our sanity. But, by next week, demo CD's will be available.

Current mood: cheerful
Hey there all you extremely patient Mora Marie fans. Well, we've been in the studio for about the past month and much has been accomplished. As of tonight, the drum tracks have been completely finished. Also, guitars and vocals have been laid down on about 75% of the songs. We expect to be finished sometime this week and then spend the next week mastering the tracks. At this point, the demo should contain about 7 to 8 songs.
Cheers!
-eric

Well, this is the first blog for Mora Marie. The first of many I'm sure as our journey unfolds. Right now we are in the studio recording our demo, which is going really well.
The recording would not have been possible without the help of Kevin L., Gary K., and Mike M. of Freak Accident Thank you so much for loaning us the equipment and providing the training to use it effectively. We'll make you proud and we are in your debt.
Again, a big freakin' THANK YOU!!!
