OK... so after months of hearing how Thompson was going to get HIS house back he has withdrawn his claim against Anna Nicole.  Well not exactly... he is still going after it... but with a new approach, he is now suing lawyer and Howard K. Stern.  This is confusing because a while back it was rumored that Howard was trying to make a private deal with Thompson under the condition that Thompson sue some lawyers.

Could there be private deals in the works?

C. Ben Thompson was a no show today in court in the Bahamas for the Battle over the Horizon residence.  Thompsom claims he is being threatened and has been adviced not to go.

The court hearing has been now rescheduled for August 28.

It is being reported that Prince Frederic von Anhalt was robbed and left bound and naked in his car.  He allegedly claims that he was asked to pull over to take a picture after three people recognized who he was.  The "prince" claims he pulled over to take a picture when a gun was put to his head.  He was then robbed of his belongings and bound naked.

Now if this story is true I have my own theories on what could have happened.

1)  He was naked because he was with a street walker who conned him and ran off with his clothes.

2)  He made the whole thing up to get some media attention again.

The Guardian (A Bahamas Newspaper) is reporting that the Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez dismissed yesterday as presiding judge in the Coroner's Court inquest into the death of Anna Nicole Smith's son, Daniel.

That makes sense to me being that his son was Howard K. Stern's lawyer.  Talk about a conflict of interest!

Lyon's also ordered that a new coroner be assigned to the case.

Hmmmm.  I wonder what Stern will plan now.

I don't know about you but I am getting very tired of Al Sharpton jumping on every oportunity he can to turn anything and everything into a race issue.  Al Sharpton made ridiculous claims that Harvey Levin of TMZ.com was using racist remarks against Beyonce by stating that she was wearing a "robo ho" get up.  Come On!!!! Get over it.  She WAS wearing a robo ho get up LOL and I am about 100% that the comment would have been made no matter what color she was.

I think that the NAACP needs to find someone else to be their "spokesman" because Al Sharpton is losing any credibility he may have had.
