So...being on a call this morning...this is what I do now...lead me to think about the topic of love...

I have been incredibly reflective over the past year....thinking out loud for most of it...and the topic of love keeps coming to surface. I have become amazed at the social networking that has "evolved" into love. Loving, by proxy. Unions that seem right, but aren't right. I see this in friends, in coworkers, in the grocery store....no judgment...just wonderment. Does it seem like the earth, as well as the people inhabiting it, are settling?

So, I have been on this thing for almost a year now...and it never ceases to surprise me on who I find on here. I have found the obligatory exs, the insane people whom I never wanted to see again, but most surprising is the amount of people of whom I was, at least at one point in my life, incredibly good friends with. I just found another one the other day. This person is/was fantastic. It is amazing how we can just forget about these people that touched our lives so dramatically. We put them in their "place" within the history books of our lives and just move on...Just some random thoughts about this place. Good feelings, overall.

Also...I finally convinced the Guttersnake to join this....he, as well as the rest of us, is completely addicted...love that guy...even if he REALLY pissed me off today on the phone. I know he is going to use this think as a way of passive dating....his ambition astounds me!

Also...here is a note for all of the pregos or soon-to-be-pregos....STOP IT! I am SO tired of baby showers! You know I love you, but, GIVE IT A BREAK!

Also...the surgery is affirmative...no specifics yet...but it will happen soon.
