Today I went to a county commission meeting. It was actually bull shit. Did you know there's another Millage? ...for the senior center!? What crap, there are already like 50 millages (seriously 50!) already. Hello, do you really wonder why everyone wants to leave Hillsdale, and no one wants to move here? It's not only bull shit because our taxes are too high, but for WHAT!? And now the senior center? Didn't that lady running that place just get a $25,000 pay raise not to long ago? YES. I have nothing against the seniors in this community, but come on! Why are we the taxpayers paying for it??? It's a private non-profit! And if you don't already understand this.. non profit doesn't mean shit, it's a business just like any other business. Only the people there get paid a lot more. Which leads me to another issue, how about them wages my our tax dollars pay? Take a look.. and tell me what you think? Imagine what we could do ever year in this community if our government officials took pay cuts. Come up with some kind of recession factor index and give them normal salaries. We're talking probably at least $25 thousand a year per government employee. That's a lot of money! I mean hell, $100,000 on the midtown parking lot? But guess who makes those decisions? Right, and who would do that to themselves?

Government is over 60% of the US economy, and they are in debt for how much? NEWSFLASH, we the tax payers are the ones who pay for all of that! Now please if you aren't mad, get mad.. Government doesn't serve the people, look around, we serve the government and those people in government aren't like you and me, they don't care about you or me, if you're working or consuming then maybe you're an asset, if you're not.. well look out for the swine flu, because they wont miss you. Wake up!

Get mad as hell, please. If you read this let me know... please somebody tell me you're mad.

First of all, I am not getting vaccinated and I don't think anyone should either. Secondly, lots of people are probably going to die from the flu this year. And third.. I'm not even going to say it because you won't believe me. But here are some things that will help you survive the flu pandemic, and let me remind you it's only going to get worse, fall is just beginning and fall and winter are the normal flu seasons.

1. Stay positive, and meditate. Seriously, it might sound crazy, but our attitudes effect our health in more ways then anyone could imagine. If you start feeling rough, don't convince yourself you're sick, just stay positive and meditate. Convince yourself that you can't get sick, even if you have a little cold. You're immune system needs your support.

2. Drink lots of water. Drink tons of water, and piss a lot.

3. Wash your hands. If you're drinking lots of water and pissing a lot, then just make sure you was your hands every time you go to the bathroom.

4. Don't touch your face, or pick your nose.

5. Get some exercise. This helps your immune system, and contributes to #1. Exercising makes people feel good about themselves.

6. Eat less, and give your digestive system time to rest. Your body uses up a lot energy digesting food, so don't eat all day long. Eat breakfast, lunch and dinner and smaller portions.

7. Go to bed clean. Take a shower every night before bed.

8. Rest and get good sleep.

9. Stay warm and dry.

10. Disinfect your house. Beach and water.

That's all you need.
