Vote Now! SoulTracks 2007 Readers' Choice Awards!
Well, it's that time of year again. We're proud to announce the 2007 Readers' Choice Awards, the biggest awards in the world dedicated to independent soul music.
The growth of Soul Music over the past year has been phenomenal, and so has the quality. This year's finalists, selected by a nominating committee of over 1,000 soul music artists, publicists, writers, etc., is superb and represents all that is great about Soul Music in 2007.
Between now and October 15, you can vote for this year's Award winners. Take a look at the nominees below. If you're not familiar with an artist, click on the artist name, which will link to a biography or review of that artist. And for the Song of the Year nominees, we have samples below that you can hear.

Nominees for the 2007 SoulTracks Readers Choice Awards
The following is the list of nominees (15 in each category) for the 2007 SoulTracks Readers Choce Awards, the largest international awards dedicated to independent soul music. During late September, a group of over 1000 artists and other soul music industry representatives will vote to narrow this list down to five finalists in each category. Then in October thousands and thousands of SoulTracks readers will vote for the winners of this year's awards from that group of finalists.
