I have changed my layout to use mostly CSS2 selectors. The selectors work fine in any browser that properly renders CSS2. Internet Explorer <= 6 will not render the selectors because I beleive it is a poorly made browers ( like windows) .
Recently I checked on Vista on IE 7 because I was led to beleive that it fully supported all of CSS2. Only I recently found out that its a LIE!.
Check for yourself in Firefox and then IE whatever.

It has taken my a while, but I have hacked out a way for a scroll bar on the comment section. It is not perfect, but it is almost there.
