Howdy all, finally got this page hooked up, thanks for the great response.
A little about me, lets see, I recently moved up to Philly to continue my professional career. I took up a cool little apartment in the historic section of Philly aptly named " Powellton Village". Set up the work situation and set off to find musical inspiration.
First I did all the typical tourist stuff including taking in some amazing museums and American historical sites. All this sightseeing was also acclamating me to the city.
Depending on where in the city you are, the same holds true citywide, the music is everywhere. Old R & B in West Philly and bohemic stylings of Powellton Village were amongst the first of my inspirations. Soon after attending a concert in Northern Liberties, I heard amazing Indie rock and some really swanky jazz.
I recently played a gig at a very cool space in Center City named Pure. The scene in Center City is the hip trendy fashionistas playground.
So after all that music and lots of Sake, I set off to make the Dub Felon album.
I have so many ideas, so many grooves in mind. lets see what I can come up with.
What is on the player currently is the first offering of the "SAV A HO FOUNDATION" album. I hope everyone enjoys and comments. thanks keep on groovin!
