Walked on top of stones
Freezing-cold hands, bones.
darkness slowly falls
suddenly it's real
I'm all alone.

Stepped in front of earth
with a past full of so much hurt
climbed on top of goals
ran to touch-save souls.

Recovered to recover another
Uncovered to cover a sister
brother-mother-father.

TITLE:ABUSE NO MORE
 
BEING ABANDONED BY MY NATURAL PARENTS
 AT SIX MONTHS OLD LED ME TO BE ADOPTED
ABUSED AND TORTURED. LATER ON THE ADDICTION
 TO ALCOHOL KEPT THE PAINFUL SECRETS OF
 MEMORIES-PAIN-SWEPT-TUCKED AWAY.
LATER ON IN LIFE THE WRONG MEN ALMOST
 DESTROYED MY LIFE AND THEN LOSING MY CHILDREN.
 
I STARTED TO WRITE
BECAME PUBLISHED
REGAINED CUSTODY OF MY CHILDREN
THEN SAT DOWN AND WROTE 5 BOOKS
 TO HELP OTHERS
I AM SO GREATFUL
TO BE ALIVE.
 
TO THE ABUSERS
ABUSE NO MORE
TO THE ABUSED
HURT NO MORE
CRY NO MORE
USE WHAT WAS DONE
 TO YOU TO HELP OTHERS.
TO THE WORLD ABUSE NO MORE
ONLY THE STRONG CAN SURVIVE

As far as we both can see
Maybe God will allow it to be.
Suddenly-quite frequently
Life changes for the good
Or even the bad
Often it will make us sad
So fortunately-unfornately
It is to be or not to be.
Your quest-our quest
Given it little or even your best
Accomplished-groomed-well polished
Often or not even acknowledged
High school maybe not-college
This may even sound foolish.
But however this is me
My inner within-written poetry
So smite thee-if you plea
For I am to be or not to be.
