Okay, last night after the halloween gig we decided that a christmas record is in order. So here's the plan. We're playing at Southwest Burrito on sat Nov. 18th in new brunswick nj with So is the tonuge. I was planning on having a jam session party mess back at mothguts manor afterwards, but now we've decided to record a christmas album in my living room after the show with whomever else is in the room. If you'd like to come down and hang let me know it should an awesome fuck head cunt piss time.

So Mothguts is going on tour very soon. We already established a shaving ban for the duration of the trip, so expect some hairy motherfuckers when we get back. Speaking of when we get back, it's funny you should mention that, there's a music festival in my backyard. The America Fuck Yeah! festival, on july 4th. A very serious barbecue with performances by many groovy bands, like: Mothguts, Guitar Guts, The artists formerly know as the Green Room and currently known as Semi-Erotic Shapes, No Use for Humans, Some version of Evil Dub, and a big combination of all these bands shitting and pissing on each other, god bless america. Last night me and Sparky went to see Morbid Angel at B.B kings in Nyc. Metal shows are not unlike professional wrestling. Behemoth, the opener, form Poland were hilarious. I'm quoting "say Fuck YEah.......say hell yeah......we are Behmoth from Poland and we are the Anti Christians yeah!" So a Polish metal band walks into a bar. The singer also wore a mask/helmet with matching chest piece during the encore not unlike the quiet riot mask/helmet. All in all a fun time was had. Every employee of BB kings wished they hadn't worked that night, especially the bathroom attendant. "Stonehenge.....where a mans a man,,, and the children dance to the pipes of pan!"

Last night witnessed the birth of Evil Dub. A groovy new guts project with Mike Noordzy- bass, Ted Chubb - trumpet, Steve Hono (no use for humans) - electronic drums, Ben Ross - acoustic drums, Frank Guastella(philips head, the ish prod.) - electronics, and possibly Mike Bagetta - guitar. It's a reggaeish jazzy electrical kind of ass eating vibe. What can i say, it's a vibe, it's an ass eating vibe. We're playing our first ever gig this sunday March 26th at The Brighton Bar with Xylophone of Wrench and Milky Chicken Spit. Blood is thicker than BBQ sauce but not ketchup. So come on and check it the fuck out. Hour back, i'll see you in a hour. get it.

So the rumors are true. Phil, Frank, Ben, Chris and Mike will be getting it together for a one time show, April 8th at the Brighton Bar, wih bands like The Fake Gimms, Anger Management Project, and Mothguts. Yowza. We practiced the other night and it was really fun to fuck up on songs we wrote and have played a million times. We were a like a philips head tribute band.

Wedenseday December 21st will be the debut of Mothguts at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park nj, so lock your car. Sparkplug will not be there, but his small shoes will be filled by Dannielle Donnangelo. Who's a groovy bitch. It'll be big fun, black moses, benhamine, and chris welc will also be on hand for your smooth jazz pleasure.
