I know this won't be read by very many, but I have to put this (unfortunately) in several locations on the web.
I have been (for several years) receiving harassing phone calls from bill collectors concerning my (former) daughters' use of me as a reference when obtaining credit or utility services.
For legal purposes, here goes:

Please be advised, LEAONA MARIE NEFF-ANDERSON, dob May 31, 1985,
SSA # 271-84-9135, my estranged and dis-owned adopted daughter, has been using my name, address, and home telephone number to obtain credit and/or utility connections WITHOUT my permission, knowledge, or consent. She has NOT lived in my home since January, 2001. I have had NO contact with her since December, 2007, and do not wish to .
Her last known address is 5800 White Gravel Road, Minford, (Scioto County) Ohio 45653.

I resent the fact that she has been using me and my good credit standing as a "crutch" to obtain loans and utility services without my knowledge or permission these past 8 years, and has not become a financially responsible adult.

Her known actions of the past 10 years, which I will not detail here, have, unfortunately, led me to distrust her as a person, and has given me many hours of grief and aggrevation, to the point that she is "haunting" me with her inability to cope with life in general

I have no more feelings for her, or her illegitimate child, fathered by her cousin/half-brother jail-bird.

I never purposley blew smoke in anyone's direction or toward their face. I never thought I would be banned from having a good time at a club where other drinkers and smokers hung out.

I never heard anyone complain about the smoky bar, or the "2nd-hand smoke" they had to inhale at a club, but I have been vanquished and banned from having a good time at any night club in Ohio, because a handfull of do-gooder/tree-huggers, have believed the trash lies the American Cancer Society, and the American Lung Asso. has spread throughout the land, making wishy-washy people believe that 2nd-hand smoke ever hurt anybody. WHAT RUBISH!

My week-end nightlife has been reduced to listening to 3 year old CD's at home, where I can relish the past, drink a few brews, smoke a few smokes, not BOTHER anybody, and just hang out in my private, (smoking still legal) home.  Crappers!

Now then, the newest invention, "firesafe" cigarettes, mandated by law in 26 states. The "double paper" of these smokes acts as a "speed bump" to put the cigarette out if it's not puffed on frequently enough, to help prevent house fires when people fall asleep with one.
Trouble is, when I'm smoking one of them, 3 puffs or 10, the ashes fall off in my lap, on the morning newspaper (yes, I still subscribe for home delivery), and on the floor! This technology SUCKS!
Good grief, I'm NOT smoking in bed, or stupid enough to light up if I'm sleepy.
DUH!
Changing brands (not made in Kentucky) may work for awhile.
