We would like to thank KUSF 90.3 FM in The SF Bay Area for playing one whole side of the Maypole  'The Real ' Album last May 4th. That hasn't happened since it first came out in 1972 as far as I know. You are now our top radio station friend. All the best. Demian Bell-The Maypole

The Maypole album 'The Real' was re-issued in Oct 2006 by Anopheles Records, San Francisco. The sound was beautifully re-mastered by Golden Sound Mastering and the art work was wonderfully restored. Karl Ikola did a fantastic job on it.This might turn out to be a collectable album, as was the original selling for hundreds on EBay.Here's your chance to get it for around 20 bucks.Go to www.anophelesrecords.com to order or just check it out. Just wanted to alert everyone out there, not to buy any product from Radioactive Records UK, as it is most likely bootlegged, as was in the case of my album Maypole 'The Real'. These are the sleazest guys of all time. They bootlegged 14 albums of Jimi Hendrix, George Brigman, and dozens of other artists who never got a dime. So if you run across anyone selling this label, please let me know, so we can shut them down.Thanks, Demian
