What's Live. As Some Of You May Or May Not Have Known, This Past December, I Was Smacked With A Felony Conviction For Something That I May Or May Not Have Done In August, '07. I Am Not Proud Of The Situation, But For Any REAL Father, (If Any More Of Us Exist) In My Shoes, You Would Have Done or Not Have Done The Same Thing That I Did or Did Not Do, To Provide For Your Family. True Enough, I Don't Just Run Around Doing (Or Not) Stupid Shit Because I Feel Victimized Or Just Chase A Fast Come Up Or Just Have Nothing To Do, But I Had A 6 Month Old Little Girl, At The Time, When I Was Illegally Terminated From My JOB! I Was Ill And My Doc Told Me To Take The Rest Of The Week Off. (This Was Directly After I Last Visited My Hometown For Pembroke Day) My Employer Told Me That, If I Couldn't Be There For The Rest Of The Week, Then I Might As Well Not Be There At All... I'd Been There A Year... Now, I Was In A Completely Different State Of Mind After That. I Was Thinking "An Eye For An Eye..." "Feed Your Seed" And Let's Just Say That Someone Involved In This Situation "Came Aross" Enough Paper To Feed That Seed For A Long Time. Now This Employer Was Payin' Cops To Pull Me Over, Because After I Was Taken In For Questioning, They Couldn't Hold Me (How Could They With No Evidence!) A Judge Even Let Me Know That This Guy Tried To Bribe Her To Have Me Put Away For A LONG Time (I Am Black...And In The South)... Anyway, Somehow Or Another, The DA Came Up With Some Evidence Out Of Nowhere, (Which I Still Believe Was Manufactured) And Here Is This Felony... I Wrote A Song About The Injustices That SOME Felons Face, (Some Deserve That Shit, Depending On The Crime And Whether Or Not They Did It) Hence My Yet To Be Released Single, "Convict".
