so this could very well be the last time you ever hear of anything new from us... and im sure there might be some backlash from some people, but hopefully everyone can read on and be happy for us and enjoy in this moment with us all. heres a short message from wedge that explains everything!

first off we want to say thanks to everyone that came out to the last show. it was awesome that we were able to play with our good friends and play some songs we havent played in a very long time. the turn out and reaction was a huge surprise, we honestly were not expecting that many people to show up. now, you might be wondering why we have japan tour dates posted. after the last show was booked our friend from endzweck, uchuu, asked us if we would be willing to come to japan for a fest and one last tour. one of the best memories we have as a band was going over there in 03. since we all get along and we didnt break up on bad terms, we thought it would be fun to go over there and play some shows. if we would have been expecting to get a offer like this, we would have booked a last show after we got home from japan, but timing is a bitch sometimes. this isnt us staying together or not wanting to break up, we can assure you that after this, we're done.

also, we have some vinyl coming out on forge again records in january. its super limited and available through mail order only! although we're broken up, we plan on updating things online. eric has literally every show we've ever played on video, so hopefully we can put a lot of it on you tube for you guys to check out. we also are doing new bands, so we'll keep you updated with that kind of stuff as well. i still have some cd's i've found in boxes laying around the house and random merch that we can sell online too.

thats it for now!

Current mood:  aroused
Forge Again Records will be releasing super-limited mailorder exclusive vinyl versions of Dance.Pretend.Forget.Defend and A Daydream Disaster.  Both will be limited to 100 copies (A Daydream Disaster will be a 2xLP) on colored vinyl with silkscreened covers.  The albums have both been re-mastered for vinyl and will sound better than ever on that slab of American-pressed wax.  They are a bit expensive, but compared to the average price of LPs in stores these days, they're not bad at all, especially considering how limited they will be.  There is also a package deal that allows you to save a couple bucks when you order both.

Though the records won't ship until some time in February, pre-orders are up now at Forge Again Records.  Get them now before it's too late!

hey all,

so we realized that a lot of you may be coming from out of state, and we've gotten a few messages about where to stay in our wonderful city of detroit.

no you dont need to carry a weapon! but lets be realistic, as much as ive got detroit pride, i still dont want you guys getting into any trouble while trying to come see us play!

if you dont mind spending the money, and really want to stay in detroit, there is a Hilton Garden Inn (351 gratiot Ave, Detroit, MI 313-967-0900) that ive stayed at. its nice, they can park your car safely, and youll be in the city.

If youre on more of a budget, then id recommend leaving the city. the first places i would recommend would be the Travel Lodge (30776 Woodward Ave Royal Oak, MI 248-549-1600) and the Holiday Inn Express (35270 Woodward Ave Birmingham, MI 248-642-6200). Royal Oak and Birmingham are really cool towns. I've stayed at both of these hotels on tour. The travel lodge isnt the best hotel, but its in a good area, and its very close to downtown royal oak, which is worth checking out. lots of great food and cool stores. Downtown Birmingham is very similar.

Besides that, there is a Days Inn (1 West 9 Mile Hazel Park, MI 248-399-5800) that is close to "downtown" ferndale, which is an awesome city. a lot of cool bars, and some decent restaurants. and there is a Red Roof Inn (2350 Rochester Ct Troy, MI 248-457-9520) and a Holiday Inn (2537 Rochester Court Troy, MI 877-863-4780) which are side by side right near the i-75 freeway.

All of these hotels are close to freeways that will get you to detroit within 15 minutes or less, and they are all in safe areas, and most of them are near some pretty sweet places. if this still doesnt answer any questions, please send us a message and we will try to help in any way that we can.

and if you are coming from out of state, please please buy your tickets asap through ticketmaster, we really dont want anyone driving a long way and getting turned away at the door!

thanks so much for your support, i hope this has helped!
