I have decided to put the INDIE MUSIC SHOW on the back burner for now while I focus on my own songwriting and band projects in my spare time.

I extend a special heartfelt thanks to all the acts and crew who participated, and to all of you who contacted me wanting to particiapte in the future. You never know what I'll do next! Stay in touch...

Indie Music Show

Carryin' a couple of keys… well, new keys to my new studio facility that is. And actually, it's Torrance.

On April 10^th, I moved into a 2600 sq ft studio facility that includes a huge main room with 16' ceilings and is 22' x 38' with a raised 16' x 20' live stage (that includes a raised 8' x 8' drum riser). This room is perfect for live recording and videotaping of full bands or solo acts alike. There's an additional 16' x 34' room which will be the "talk show" set. The control room is 10 x 20 with glass windows into both rooms. This facility was designed to do audio and video production of live music! I'm excited to be in this new place.

I will start taping here for a new version of the Indie Music Show soon.

The INDIE MUSIC SHOW hosts two club gigs per month for artists that perform on the INDIE MUSIC SHOW. The first Saturday of each month at MUDDY WATERS (except in OCTOBER 2007 we did SEPT 29th because of AES) and the last Thursday of each month at ROCKS!

Here's the latest in what's been going on. I still have 6 or 7 shows to edit, each show has three acts. I'm still editing shows that were taped on July 15th. If you taped after that, hang in, it's coming. I was deliviering a show every week, however, I am now delivering a show bi weekly, or every other week.

I was hoping to start taping season two before the end of this year (2007). BUT... it will be well into 2008 before I start taping for the new season. The fact is, I'm still unsure how I want to proceed. I may tape acts live in clubs for season two. Or I may do special tapings in the studio. I'm leaving my options open to decide when I'm ready.
