So check it out:  we're going to hit the road again for another short trip.  This time we want to hit some places we've never been...  like West of here.  Here's what we're thinking, and if you can help us out we promise NOT to piss on your lawn or ruin your life.
Tuesday, May 19th- Syracuse w/ Slingshot Dakota
Wednesday, May 20th- Cleveland, OH
Thursday, May 21st- Grand Rapids, MI
Friday, May 22nd- Chicago, IL
Saturday, May 23rd- Indinaapolis/ Bloomington, IN
Sunday, May 24th- Louisville, KY

It's tentative at the moment, and some calls have gone out, but anyone has any better suggestions drop a line and let us play your basement/living room/garage/workplace

ALSO, we are going to record for a split 7" soon.  A sweet label is goig to put it out, and it's going to rock your face off.
More on that real soon.

Current mood:  aroused
ok so let recap our week out

Sunday we play in binghamton at binghamton collage collage which is in a town called vestal what a mind fuck. i am three hours late me being bob ( my last name is misspelled in the cd booklet by the way) . we play very well if i may stroke my own schlong and this is strange considering we have not practiced together in two months .i can't tell you who we played with since i missed every one. i got to the show just in time to play. i know oak and bone played who i think are fucking great but have yet to see play live cuz i get to every show late i'm mexican what can i say.  after the show we load up the van and i use the word load loosely. ok so monday i work for an empire not soon to fall and have to work or they kill someone i love. tuesday we are "wicked excited" if you are from the east coast or "hella excited" if you are from the west coast.  we get to doyelstown i think that's how you spell it and unload the van to find my rivera head justins p-bass and josh's bass drum pedal are all missing. FUCK. i use the backup head i took along but the other dudes had to ask for equipment. we play but cant see lemuria or gordon ganos army cuz we have to fly to nj to play a show in an hour. we play with some great bands black kites vowels and torchbearer. all are cool dudes and talk gear with the other bands nerd out and come to a collective decision that chris ross is one cool dude and want him to record our next batch of jams. we drive all nite to get back to binghamton to find our shit. we find it at 6:30 and i get home in time to shower and go to work no sleep. we go to ithica play after waiting all night to see if they will lets us we get into a fight with each other make up and head to nyc. we play in brookland in a really cool place with end of a year we dont play very smoothly and i think about braking edge to drown my sorrows but i don't. next night we play a basement to a bar and fucking rock for all 11 people. stayed with alot of cool people.next is bard collage and some how even tho i am sick and not really having a good day justin who could have fun during the apocalypse and josh who is numb to pain at this point go off with some girls to a party and i think this is how horror or porn movies start. sunday we played in  purchase  at the collage we play well and we get to play with a bunch of cool bands, screwed again, zona mexicana and rejouissance. come home get to sleep 3 hr.s before i get to go to work cold fever and all. i would totaly do it again only this time not sick no band meltdowns on stage and no loseing my amp.

Why waste time? So what, we're a new band. But goddamnit, we may as well go out and play some shows instead of sitting around writing songs, and toying around with Van Halen riffs all day.
So here's a tentative itinerary, a plan if you will, of what we're thinking of doing this Fall. If you have any hot ideas and/or suggestions, send them our way.
Check this out:
Friday, October 5th- Connecticut
Saturday, October 6th- Boston or Albany, NY
Sunday, October 7th- Syracuse (Assault City Fest II)
Monday, October 8th- Buffalo, NY
Tuesday, October 9th- Detroit
Wednesday, October 10th- Colombus, OH
Thursday, October 11th- Pittsburgh/ Harrisburg
Friday, October 12th- Baltimore, MD
Saturday, October 13th- Philly
Sunday, October 14th- Syracuse (again... why not, it's a fun place to play)

So that's it. Pay us to come to your village and/or prefecture.

So over the weekend we played three really diverse and interesting shows, and I'd have to say we were pretty lucky with what we got hooked up with considering we're a new band and all.
he buffalo show was small, intimate, and weird. It was at a little creepy bar, booked by a little creepy man (Andy rules by the way) and we played with Engineer and Tides (who also rule). Josh got loaded off his gourd and we almost killed him.
Thankfully, the morning set things straight as we bolted to Pittsburgh for a fest. Vast mounts of fireworks were purchased along the way. The fest was a real weird ordeal too. It was at a huge roller rink and sparsely attended, which is also weird because the promoter most certainly did his homework and took no shorts about being organized and professional. The lineup was also pretty diverse and interesting- The Minor Times, Turmoil, Cipher, Giant, Engineer.... along with new bands I'd never heard that were good... why wouldn't people want to check this out?
Well, we left a little early so as to get home at a reasonable hour, and get up rather early once again for the Syracuse show. It proved (naturally) to be the best of the weekend- How We Are, Capital, We the People, a guest set by I Rise.... it was awesome to say the least.
So yeah, fun times. Let's do it all again real soon.
Thanks to everyone who came out and listened or hooked us up in any way.
