You
are building cages for all that is human. In the name of protection,
you have intruded into all areas of human life, far exceeding the reach
of any Caesar. You claim ultimate control of our property and our
decisions, of our travels and even our identities. You claim ownership
of humanity far beyond the dreams of any Emperor of any previous era.
Understand
clearly: We reject your authority and we reject your legitimacy. We do
not believe that you have any right to do the things you do. You have
massive power, but no right to impose it upon us and no legitimacy. We
have forsaken you. We are no longer your citizens or your subjects.
Your systems are inherently anti-human, even if all their operators are
not.
We are not merely angry young people. We are fathers and
mothers; aunts, uncles and grandparents; we are business owners and
trusted employees; we are mechanics and engineers and farmers. We are
nurses and accountants and students and executives. We are on every continent.
This is not a burst of outrage; this is a sober declaration that we no longer accept unearned suffering as our role in life.

long decades we sat quietly, hoping that things would turn around. We
took no actions; we suffered along with everyone else. But after having
our limits pushed back again and again, we have given up on your

rely upon rules rather than principles, treating humans within the
organization as obedient tools.

We are
building our own society. We will supplement traditional tools with
networking, cryptography, sound money, digital currency and anonymous
messaging.
Our society will not be centrally controlled. It will
rely solely on voluntary arrangements. We welcome others to join us. We
are looking for people who are independent creators of value, people
who act more than talk, and people who do the right thing because it is
the right thing.
We will develop our own methods of dealing with
injustice, built on the principles of negative rights, restitution,
integrity and equal justice.

one foot in each realm – ours and the old realm – although we demand
that they do no damage to our realm. We are fully opposed to any use of
our realm to facilitate crime in the old realm, such as the hiding of
criminal proceeds.

defend their power and their image of legitimacy with all means
available to them. We expect that many gullible and servile people will

Currently working on some new tracks, which is very exciting. Some of the lyrics below were actually written back in 1999 as a poem, but reworked and made into a complete song RIGHT NOW. I'll post the demo version soon, hope you like!

is in a vaccine, let alone the harm that it does on the human body. Here is a
description of most of the ingredients in vaccines and how they are made. This

Control and the Physician’s Desk Reference. They are all reliable sources that

A simple look at the making of a vaccine....
In general there are two major types of vaccines: those
made of bacteria and those made of viruses. Vaccines are further distinguished
as being live or dead. Dead vaccines are inactivated through heat, radiation or
chemicals. Before a live vaccine is
deemed suitable for human use it must be weakened. This is done by serial passage. This means that the vaccine is
passed through viable tissue several times (sometimes as many as fifty times)
to reduce it’s potency. Many different species may be used for this purpose; monkeys,
chick embryos and even surgically aborted human fetuses are used. Once the virus is weaker it must be
strengthened with disinfectants and stabilizers such as but not limited to

... IS THE ECONOMIC CRISIS
Hello all ...
Two major cards are about to be played in pursuit of global tyranny.
One is the engineered 'swine flu' virus and its 'solution' vaccine; the
other is a massive crash of the world economy.
The swine flu scam is well under way and this will begin to really kick
off in October-November and through the winter into 2010. I will be
writing at length about this in my first newsletter in September.
The economy would seem to have crashed already in the autumn of last
year, but, deep as the subsequent recession has been for many, that was
just a preliminary skirmish compared with what they have planned. It is
important to be aware of this so that no one is taken by surprise.
There is a timescale for the imposition of the global Orwellian state
and it can be summed up like this: 'Ahhhhhhhhh, faster, faster, quick,
quick, do it, do it, do it, nooooow, ahhhhhhhhh'.
In other words, the bloodline families manipulating world events know
that they have a 'window' of 'time', a deadline, to install their
planetary dictatorship or it is not going to happen. I am understanding
ever more clearly why they have this deadline and when I have put it
all together and connected the dots, as I am currently doing, I will
pass it on.
What I can say with enormous confidence, because of information that is
now coming to me, is that this tyranny is going to continue to expand
for a few years yet, but then it is going to be dismantled in the most
extraordinary way.
What we can do in the intervening few years is to step forward in
non-violent, non-cooperation with this system of enslavement and
significantly slow down its advance. We can do this in the knowledge
that the tyranny is not a done-deal, much as it may seem like that
today and even more so in the next two years and beyond. In its most
virulent form, it has a very short shelf life - well under a decade.
Please don't press.
In the meantime, we have to deal with what is and do it calmly. Panic is their poison and calmness is its antidote.
The deadline they are trying to meet means it is they who are panicking
and they are, as the saying goes, about to throw at humanity everything
but the kitchen sink. Actually, the sink will probably get the discus
treatment, also, followed by the plug.
That's okay, we can deal with it and those who are in any way conscious
will do so. But forewarned is forearmed and all that stuff.
The idea is to unleash so many reasons to be in mass fear and panic
that humanity will look to 'them', the bloodline families masquerading
as messianic 'savours', to solve the problems that those same families
have instigated.
Apologies to pigs.
Key to this is a manufactured economic crash to make the housing-credit
crisis of September 2008 look like a run on a piggy bank. I said then
that the plan had three stages:
1. To trigger the initial crash to make it obvious to people there was a problem that had to be urgently addressed.
2. To make governments throw staggering amounts of borrowed 'money' at
the banks that would disappear into the ether and empty the coffers,
even the borrowed coffers, of national governments.
3. To then crash the economy even more comprehensively at a time when governments had no more options left to respond.
One year later, I stand by that scenario and it is becoming more
obvious by the day that this is where we are heading. The timing of
stage three will depend on when they think governments are spent out,
but the long-term nature of the agenda means that this decision has
already been made.
With national governments neutered by stage two, the international
banking cartel, the bloodline families, will step forward to announce
that there is only one way out of the catastrophe - world government,
world central bank, world army and world currency. The world central
bank will lead the way, followed by the others in a rolling programme
of Problem-Reaction-Solution.
At the core of this plan is the 'investment bank', Goldman Sachs. It is
a Rothschild-front officially founded by the Rothschild Zionist Marcus
Goldman in 1869 after he emigrated from Bavaria in the Rothschild
fiefdom of Germany.
He was one of many Rothschild Zionists who went to America from Germany
in the 19th and 20th centuries to establish major banks, companies and
organisations.
Marcus Goldman and Samuel Sachs
The 'Sachs' part of the Goldman operation came with the arrival of his
son-in-law, Samuel Sachs, a German-American, whose parents came from
Bavaria. Sachs had a long-time friend in Philip Lehman of the Lehman
Brothers banking operation. The Lehman family arrived in America from
Bavaria in the 19th century. You get the picture.
Bavaria was also the home of the Rothschild-created Bavarian
Illuminati, founded in 1776, and officially headed by Adam Weishaupt.
This was involved in the manipulation of wars, revolutions and other
society-changing events, including the French Revolution, and was
extremely active in the United States.
The Rothschild-controlled Goldman Sachs is a monster dictating
government policy to suit its own demands. Its main technique is to
ensure that its people are appointed to the major financial posts in
government.
Time magazine described Goldman Sachs as 'the single largest supplier
of financial talent to the government' and never more blatantly than in
the banking bailout. It also made the biggest single private campaign
donation to Barack Obama.
Mr 'Change': The Wall Street President
Goldman Sachs, headed by Lloyd Blankfein (Rothschild Zionist), received
$12.9 billion of borrowed taxpayers' money to prevent its collapse and
benefited enormously from the initial $85 billion bailout of the
insurance giant, AIG, which would gave triggered massive losses for
Goldman had it gone under.
AIG would later be given tens of billions more to keep it afloat, much
to the delight of its long-time chairman Maurice Greenberg (Rothschild
Zionist), who resigned in 2005 over allegations of fraudulent business
practice, securities fraud, common law fraud, and other violations of
insurance and securities laws. Surely not?
Greenberg is a close friend of Rothschild/Rockefeller agent, Henry
Kissinger, who he appointed to chair AIG's advisory board and AIG was
also a client of the notorious Kissinger Associates. Greenberg is
Honorary Vice-Chairman and Director of the Illuminati Council on
Foreign Relations and a member of the Illuminati Trilateral Commission.
Greenberg is a former chairman and currently trustee of the Asia
Society, Trustee Emeritus of the Rockefeller University and an honorary
Trustee of the Museum of Modern Art. All these institutions were
established by the Rockefeller family.
The Rockefellers, and their 'bosses', the Rothschilds, are both
fundamentally connected to Goldman Sachs and they dictated policy to
the Bush administration and now to Obama. Er, I wonder how AIG managed
to get so much bailout money? Must have been luck, I guess.
Henry 'Hank' Paulson: Goldman's bailout man at the Treasury.
The bailouts were instigated by Boy Bush Treasury Secretary, Henry
'Hank' Paulson, who was chairman and CEO of Goldman Sachs before he
joined the government in 2006. As one article said: 'The secretary of
the Treasury, who used to be the Goldman CEO, just spent $85 billion to
buy a failing insurance giant that happened to owe his former firm a
lot of money. Does that smell right to you?'
No, its crooked, because Paulson is crooked, a man spawned by a company
that is based on crooked and controlled by the Rothschilds who could
have invented the word.
Paulson appointed former Goldman Sachs vice-president, Neel Kashkari,
to decide who got the bailout money as head of the Office of Financial
Stability. Kashkari, in turn, appointed Reuben Jeffery, a Managing
Partner at Goldman Sachs, as interim chief investment officer.
Other important players in the Treasury were Dan Jester, Steve Shafran,
Edward C Forst, and Robert K Steel, all Goldman people. Goldman
executives at the key New York Federal Reserve Bank were also involved
in the bailout discussions, including Stephen Friedman (Rothschild
Zionist), the head of the board of governors.
Bill Clinton's Treasury Secretary, Robert Rubin (Rothschild Zionist),
who did so much to prepare the ground for the collapse of 2008, was CEO
at Goldman Sachs. Rubin, the Co-Chairman of the Council on Foreign
Relations, was also named in Obama's interim team.
Two of Rubin's 'protégés', Timothy Geithner (Rothschild Zionist) and
Larry Summers (Rothschild Zionist), were appointed by Obama to decide
his economic policy. Goldman Sachs paid Summers $135,000 for a single
day's 'appearance' in 2008. Geithner, a former executive of Kissinger
Associates and member of the Council on Foreign Relations, appointed
Goldman Sachs lobbyist, Mark Patterson, as his chief of staff at the
Treasury.
Barney Frank, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, had
the job of questioning Treasury officials and investigating the bailout
policy. His top aide was Michael Paese who left to become a lobbyist
with Goldman Sachs.
President Bush's chief of staff in this period, and the man who played
a major part in the appointment of Henry Paulson as Treasury Secretary,
was Joshua Brewster Bolten (Rothschild Zionist), an Executive Director
for Legal and Government Affairs with Goldman Sachs in London.
When AIG hit the rocks in September 2008, a new chief executive was
appointed - Edward M Liddy, a former Goldman Sachs executive, who held
$3 million in Goldman shares. He took the job at the request of
Paulson, the Treasury Secretary and former Goldman CEO.
Marketwatch columnist, Paul Farrell, said that Goldman 'rules the
world' and an article in Rolling Stone magazine described Goldman Sachs
as 'a great vampire squid wrapped around the face of humanity'.
The article rightly accused the bank of rigging every major market
bubble and burst since the Great Depression, including the Internet
bubble, commodities bubble and the housing/credit bubble.
The writer, Matt Taibbi, a contributing editor at Rolling Stone,
exposed the central role that Goldman played in the crash of 2008. He
said the 'big scam' was to have 'a whole bunch of crap, slap it with a
triple A rating, and sell it to a whole bunch of institutional
investors'.
These institutions, using the money of people of modest incomes and
pension funds, would then lose their investments which meant that their
clients would lose their pension money. Taibbi explains how in 2004 the
then Goldman CEO, Henry Paulson, asked the Securities and Exchange
Commission to relax the restrictions, if you can call them that, on
Goldman's ability to lend money it didn't have:
'They felt restrained by certain rules that said they had to have one
dollar for every twelve they lent out, so ... then chief Hank Paulson
went to the SEC and asked them to basically end those rules, and they
did it.
There was no Congressional hearing, no vote or anything like that. The
SEC granted Goldman and four other banks exemptions to these rules and
said you can lend as much money as you want, you don't really need to
have any money.
Within two years, two of those banks went under, Bear Stearns and
Lehman Brothers. This is just because they went to the government and
asked for a change in the rules and they got it.
This is what they do all the time and they also know that if they ever
get in serious trouble they could just call up the government and ask
them to give them a whole lot of taxpayer cash to bail them out and
that has happened over and over again.'
Taibbi also said that he had never covered a story in which so many
people had said that he could not use their names for fear of
retribution. He said there were people in government who were afraid to
'cross' Goldman Sachs.
One Congressman had sent out a letter criticising Goldman and within an
hour Richard Gephardt, the former Democratic presidential candidate,
was on the phone 'acting as a Goldman Sachs lobbyist' requesting that
he take back everything he wrote in the letter.
'The big threat is that if you cross Goldman Sachs you are never going
to get campaign contributions again', Taibbi said, 'And not only from
them, probably anyone else in the Democratic Party'.
Any Obama groupies still believe that he is acting independently and is
not controlled by the system? Goldman Sachs is a tyranny and for
Goldman Sachs read Rothschild.
Another major coordinating group in all this is the Group of Thirty
established by the Rockfeller Foundation in 1978 using a front man
called Geoffrey Bell who was 'educated' (indoctrinated) at the London
School of Economics (LSE). The LSE was created by the Illuminati Fabian
Society, the force behind Tony Blair, and it is still controlled by the
Fabians today.
The Chairman of the Group of Thirty is Paul Adolph Volcker, former
Chairman of the Federal Reserve and now Obama's Chairman of the
President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board. Other Group of Thirty
members include Obama's Treasury Secretary, Timothy Geithner, and Larry
Summers, Obama's Director of the National Economic Council.
Of course, Goldman Sachs is involved in the Group of Thirty in the form
of Managing Director Gerald Corrigan, the former President of the
Federal Reserve Bank of New York, a position held by Geithner before he
joined the Obama administration.
Central to the unfolding plan to destroy the American economy has been
to see the United States drown in a tidal wave of debt to China. The
father of the Chinese-speaking Timothy Geithner is Peter F Geithner,
who serves with Henry Kissinger on the board of the National Committee
on US-China Relations. Another member of the Group of Thirty is Dr Zhou
Xiaochuan, Governor of the People's Bank of China.
Not coincidentally, Peter F Geithner worked for the Ford Foundation and
oversaw the work of Ann Dunham who was funded by the Foundation to
develop 'microfinance programmes' in Indonesia. Ann Dunham is the
mother of Barack Obama.
We are now in the 'fools gold' period of the three stage plan to crash
the world economy. Many banks are currently announcing vast profits
again and paying grotesque bonuses to those who have caused so much
suffering among the general population.
It gives the appearance that the worst of the crisis is over when it
hasn't yet even begun. The operating profits are largely bogus and
appear on the bottom line thanks to Olympian levels of creative
accounting. Then there is the little matter of the best part of $25
trillion stolen by the major banks and financial intuitions from
American taxpayers via the federal government. That is nearly double
the gross domestic product of the US and well in excess of twice the
figure it would have taken to pay off every home mortgage in America.
Behind this business-as-usual façade is a debt bubble so fantastic and
of such magnitude that when it bursts the Richter scale will be
required to measure the size of the quake. Every major economic
forecaster with a track record of calling it correctly is saying the
same.
Mervyn King, the place-man Governor of the Bank of England, said this
week that the recession is much worst than had been thought. No, Mr
King, it is much worse than you have been saying. You know how bad it
is and you have done all also.
Mervyn King is a member of the Group of Thirty and former Professor of
Economics at the Fabian-controlled London School of Economics. He is
just acting his part and the way he was talking down recovery this week
suggests that the run up, or run down, to stage three is well underway.
It is not for me to advise anyone on how to individually prepare for
what the flying 'sink' may bring. People need to decide that for
themselves based on intuitive 'knowing' and information received, but I
can say with confidence what is planned to be. The more self-sufficient
we make ourselves the better, although this is not easy, I know, with
so many people crowded together in towns and cities.
The most crucial part of what we need to do is to get out of Mind and
into Consciousness. We need to view the world and ourselves from the
perspective of Infinite Consciousness, not finite body/Mind.
Those in Mind who identify who they are with their body and name are
going to face some serious challenges in the next few years. Those who
see their body and name as an experience, and not who they ultimately
are, will still have challenges, but they will be able to cope with
them with the calmness and clarity required.
When you open to Consciousness you don't have to ask 'what should I
do?' You know what to do at precisely the moment you need to know it.
Let go of the fake self-identity of body, name and job, and everything
will follow from that, no matter what the 'sink' has in store.
It is a time of great challenge, yes, but also great opportunity.

Hi guys  I received this email today and as I concur wholeheartedly with the sentiment expressed in the message and it was well put together, I am reposting it here so others can benefit also, should they so choose. ----- I've
been watching stories on the internet over the past few weeks, with new
ones appearing each day about worldwide mandatory vaccinations for the
swine flu. I dont know what your thoughts are on vaccinations, and
quite frankly its none of my business. I just felt a personal duty to
give you some information on what this is all about. Take it or leave
it.
They are unleashing forced mandatory
vaccination programs all over the world as we speak (I have links below
to show this). Many, many countries are buying up enough vaccines to
inoculate their entire populations, including Australia. To me this is VERY worrying......
Current
flu vaccines contain absolutely toxic ingredients such as mercury,
aluminium, formaldehyde, egg proteins including avian contaminant
viruses such as avian leucosis, which are totally detrimental to the
human immune system.
This exact same swine flu
scare happened in 1976, which left people paralyzed from the
vaccination, plus many recorded deaths. We're just seeing history
repeat itself here.
2 highly effective
supplements you can take to avoid any flu virus are Vitamin D3
(strengthens the immune system) and grapefruit seed extract which is a
powerful combatant against anything viral in your system. It goes under
the name of 'Travelers friend' and is sold as a water purifier.
Its
completely up to you whether you want to have a vaccination or not,
like I said its none of my business. But I certainly WILL NOT go forth
in aquiescence.
There is far more to all of this than meets the eye, but I'll leave it at that for now.

Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the number of projects you have
at work or the depth of these projects? Do you feel the day flies by
without your devoting the necessary attention to each assignment
because other tasks keep landing on your desk, or because you can’t get
it all organized?
You probably know that effective time management will help you get
more done each day. It has important health benefits, too. By managing
your time more wisely, you can minimize stress and improve your quality
of life.
But how do you get back on track when organizational skills don’t
come naturally? To get started, choose one of these tips, try it for
two to four weeks and see if it helps. If it does, consider adding
another one. If not, try a different one.
Plan each day. Planning your day can help you feel
more in control of you life. Write a to-do list, putting the most
important tasks at the top. Keep a schedule of your daily activities to
minimize conflicts and last-minute rushes.
Prioritize your tasks. Like many people, you may be
spending the majority of your time on a small percentage of your tasks.
Prioritizing will ensure you spend your time and energy on those that
are truly important to you.
Say no to nonessential tasks. Consider your goals and schedule before agreeing to take on additional work.
Delegate. Take a look at your to-do list and consider what you can eliminate or pass on to someone else.
Take the time you need to do a quality job. Doing
work right the first time may take more time upfront, but errors
usually result in time spent making corrections, which takes more time
overall.
Break large, time-consuming tasks into smaller tasks. Work on them a few minutes at a time until you get them all done.
Practice the 10-minute rule. Work on a dreaded task for 10 minutes each day. Once you get started, you may find you can finish it.
Evaluate how you’re spending your time. Keep a diary of everything you do for three days to determine how you’re spending your time.
Look for time that can be used more wisely. For
example, could you take a bus or train to work and use the commute to
catch up on reading? If so, you could free up some time to exercise or
spend with family or friends.
Get plenty of sleep and exercise. Improved focus and concentration will help improve your efficiency so that you can complete your work in less time.
Take a time management course. If your employer
offers continuing education, take a time management class. If your
workplace doesn’t have one, find out if a local community college,
university or community education program does.
Take a break when needed. Too much stress can
derail your attempts at getting organized. When you need a break, take
one. Take a walk. Do some quick stretches at your workstation. Take a
day of vacation.

Playing guitar is hard but looking cool is even harder. Some of the so
called greats had difficulty with this even after they got famous. Pete Townshend (Who?),
for example, used to get so frustrated with a difficult chord change
that he would just smash the guitar to pieces on the stage and walk
off. Chucking the guitar around is only recommended if you are really
annoyed at the drummer speeding up all the time or you have taken out
insurance on your instrument. In the second instance, this is actually
preferable.
Playing a guitar solo is much easier then you might, at first, imagine it to be.
Throughout popular music the guitar solo has become more and more a focal point and key feature of music then merely a piece of the total arrangement. This fact resulted in the intimidating nature that is the guitar solo.
However, the notion that guitar solos are only for the highly
skilled and gifted guitar virtuosos could not be further from the
truth. We can simply illustrate this in a few simple steps that could
help you shred a wicked rock solo without even breaking a sweat.
Arrange your legs to form a equal sided triangle.
make facial gestures just by pretending that you are on the crapper.
Put your guitar in front of your groin (or similar location) and point it away.
Move you fingers just like you would pet a cat or scratch your head.
Move arm up and down the fret board in a "spank the monkey" fashion.
Repeatedly nod your head up and down.
If necessary swivel hips in a "Boogie Nights" style fashion.
You are now successfully playing a rock guitar solo. See how easy that was?

Different Music Strikes Different Chords
There is
no question that different music has different effects. Playing Mozart,
according to French researcher Mme. Belanger, "coordinates breathing,
cardiovasular rhythm, and brain-wave rhythm and leads to to positive
effects on health. It acts on the unconscious, stimulating receptivity
and perception." In a now famous experiment, subjects were asked to
extend their right arm horizontally. Their resistance to downward
pressure was measured. The students then relaxed and the experiment was
repeated after half an hour but this time rock music (Led Zeppelin) was
played. The resistance of every single student was measurably weakened!
Classical music was tested but found to have either a neutral or
strengthening effect. You can try it yourself. Anyone still skeptical
about the physical property of music should talk to a professional rock
musician. The reason rock, which uses a lot of loud and heavy bass
guitar, is thought to be sexual, is because it vibrates at a specific
frequency which literally vibrates in our loins. Rock seems sexy
because it is physically sexual.
Mendelssohn once said, "music cannot be expressed in words, not because
it is vague but because it is more precise than words." If a single
note during the Jenny experiments can haver such a beautiful (and
dramatic) effect, it is hardly surprising that a musical piece that is
specifically constructed to be harmonious should have a physically
harmonious effect in our minds and bodies.
It apprears that the baroque
composers, attempting to create an ideal mathmatical form and harmony
in their music, managed to produce exactly the right frequency and
sound to harmonize the functioning of the brain and produce a state of
calm, relaxed alertness.
This is why so much emphasis in the
development of Lazanov's technique has been placed on baroque music,
largely composed in the period 1700-1750. Baroque and classical
composers tended to employ a constant theme, and they aimed for
symmetry or pattern throughout their work. The main key was established
clearly at the beginning of the composition. The first and last
movements would be in the tonic key and the slow movement was in a key
with a very close relationship to tonic.
It was a primary aim of
baroque composers to use music to create a specific unifying mood and
to biberate the mind from earthly concerns. Baroque thereby shares a
common aim with certain Indian works, which were also written to create
a specifically mediative state.
Baroque music is also characterized by
contrasts--contrasts between instruments, bright versus dark sounds.
The contrasts continue between movements--fast/slow/fast--and between
the upper (treble) melody and lower, deeper (bass) was to produce a
single harmonious and unified effect. The violin, considered to be the
expressive instrumental counterpoint to the human voice, featured
widely in baroque music, and the continuous base was often the
harpsichord plus cello or bassoon. The rhythm of baroque music is
unusually precise.
Generally
speaking, the music accompanying our own Accelerated Learning language
dialogues features a clearly recognizable melody in the violin or
string section, with a steady bass accompaniment to a specific rhythm
of 60 beats per minute. We have favored composers such as Handel,
Vivaldi, Bach, Corelli, and Telemann. The effect is to produce a sense
of well-being and relaxxed receptivity. Each concert session is brought
to a refreshing and stimulating conclusion with a bright joyful sound,
often a flute piece in a major key.
Educational
theorist Stephen Cooter monitored his brain-wave patterns on an ECG
biofeedback machine, while listening to the music recommended for the
active concert. He found a "balanced" and complete brain-wave
configuartion as follows: Although the above charts are not exactly to
scale, the music had a very measurable effect in increasing the
proportion of alpha and theta brain waves. Studying the effect in
detail, Cooter noted "that largo movements produced a sleepy
theta-dominant brain rhythm. When whole classical compositions are
used, a more balanced and complete brain-wave configuration is
produced: roughly equal alpha (alert), twilight (relaxed), and beta
(critical alert) rhythms are present."
We cannot help noting in passing
that the characteristic shift in the electromagnetic frequency of brain
rhythm which this specific baroque music produces is toward 7.5 cycles
per second. That is alpha. Also 7.5 cycles per second is the exact
frequency at which the ionoshphere resonates. So the ionosphere, that
vacuum layer in the earth's upper atmosphere, which reflects all our
radio and TV communications, happens to resonate at the precise
frequency of the key note of Pythagoras' music of the spheres. This 7.5
cps frequency, known as the Schumman Resonance, is also that of the
human mind in a meditative state. Says physicist Robert Beck,
contemplating the Schumman Resonance, "The earth itself has a
brain-wave. There is no longer any question that man is a biocosmic
resonator."
