DUDES OF THE USA,
We haven't seen many of you before! We live sheltered lives in New York City and although it's a melting pot or whatever, we want to meet the 'real America'. This is our first big tour - and thankfully one we can't be deported from. Our plan for the summer is to go across the country bringing 8-bit punk rock glory to all those who seek it. Joining us for the first half of the journey are our friends STARSCREAM - a two-piece, just-graduated-high-school hurricane of Game Boy and drums. On the second half of the tour, we will be accompanied live by the best visualists ever made: Paris Treantafeles and Outpt. Each show is guaranteed to be a sweaty mess of loud music, high energy, and good times. Come say hey.

EDIT: WE WON YAYYY Hello all! Not gonna lie, we totally google ourselves all the time. But in general, we tend to keep that to ourselves and try to avoid shameless promotion of our appearances on internet/blogs/magazines etc etc. However, now that we’re in the SXSW headset of promoting our shit, we’re going to make an exception and reach out to yallz. Hey allll Our first EP, Power Supply, has finally been put out via iTunes. Of course, you can still download it TOTALLY FOR FREE along with a bunch of other amazing chip albums at 8BITPEOPLES. Over the course of the summer, I was lucky enough to get picked to write music for 10 awesome animations based on these toys-turned-characters named Tinpo.  All 10 of them will be shown on CBS every Saturday morning! So if you happen to be up watching cartoons and eating sugary cereal keep an eye out, the animations turned out incredible! ..

Hey everyone, Pete here So just got back from hanging out with Adam Schatz, my partner in this crazy scheme we've hatched entitled ZOMBIEVILLE. It is basically a collection of everything awesome in New York City... alternative comedy, underground music & other offbeat acts that don't really have a home elsewhere. This second night is going to be awesome, I booked it all myself and am very happy/can't wait for it. Anamanaguchi is playing, but here are some of the other acts performing! NULLSLEEP - The maestro of the famicom & the reason I got into 8-bit music! REGGIE WATTS- An improvisational musician/comedian, no description can do him justice. THE DEPRECIATION GUILD - A three-piece cinematic shoegaze outfit... only one third of them is an NES. ADAM CONOVER - A stand-up set from Adam, one of the comedic geniuses behind NYC sketch group Olde English! BRIAN MCLENDON - Acoustic folk-pop from NJ that totally stands out from the rest, and for good reason. Also, everybody that goes gets a free vhs copy of Garry Shandling's 1993 hit comedy, Double Uncled!  THURS JUNE 14TH
