I'm in Nashville with some cool cool people. They are Belmont students and they rock. I think that I've met more artists trying to make it here than any other place. However, I've never explored the music scene in detail in NYC or LA. Nevertheless, because everyone wants to make it, some of the open mic nights are audition only. Crazy I know. I show up to this one place at 5:15, put my name in a hat, hope I get picked, perform, get picked for the next open mic night, and then go from there. I'm digging Nashville.

I love Jenny Appel, she is an amazing person. Her personality, musical ability, physical beauty, and ability to spark intimate conversations are only partially why this is true. I want to marry her, but probably not before I graduate college. Tyler
