There's loads of websites that provide extras for MySpace like profiles, trackers and friend trains.  "Some of these sites are safe and very usefull"

If a website other than MySpace asks you for your login details. DO NOT give it to them.

If they want you to post a bulletin to your friends for example then copy the code and post it yourself.  "DON'T let them do it for you".

If you think you've found a fake login that Profile Protector has not blocked then please inform us and Tom so they can be blocked and/or closed down.

Hackers use flash to redirect you to fake login pages.  If you find yourself having to login when you did not log out then close your browser and use the link provided by Profile Protector to log back in.

If your profile page redirects to a login page then someone has posted a comment on your page that redirects visitors of your page to a fake login.  Delete any comments that contain flash.  You should also block and report any fake logins to us and to Tom.   "Consider disabling html in your comments"

If you are tempted to click on a link that someone has sent you or posted on your page then try Google.   If its an established website then it will be picked by Google.

If the link does not make any sense for example:www.skkdpoj.info
Then theres a good chance that its a spam link that will redirect you to another site that will try and sell you penis pills or ringtones for example.
