Hey everyone! We got so lucky- we got asked to go on a last-minute tour with Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti!
Their previous opener got denied at the Canadian border so we threw all responsibilities out the window. The tour starts today!! Also, Mike our drummer couldn't make it so we're bringing along the wonderful Corey Fogel (Gowns and used to play with us in The Curtains.)

Here are the shows:
3/17 San Francisco at Bottom of the Hill
319 Portland at Holocene
3/20 Seattle at El Corazon
3/21 Vancouver BC at Media Club
3/22 Missoula at The Palace
3/24 Salt Lake City at Urban Lounge
3/25 Denver at Hi-Dive
3/27 Minneapolis at Triple Rock
3/28 Chicago at Empty Bottle
3/29 Pontiac at Pike Room
3/30 Buffalo at Mohawk w/Cex (not HG)

HOPE TO SEE YOU!!
XOXO

Hi Everyone- I did a guest DJ hour yesterday at KUSF in San Francisco to promote a show we played with St. Vincent. SUCH a fun show btw!
So, despite a couple glitches on my part (an Edan song with profanity, a Nina Simone cd skipping) it is a really good hour of music!
check it out-

HEY YO we have a new album coming out on 4/21 called "Mythomania!" C. Spencer Yeh was kind enough to edit the whole thing down to a 3 minute pop song. It sounds amazing, check it out!

Our friend Nick Krgovich from the Vancouver-based band No Kids is writing a 20 minute musical that will be part of the PUSH International Arts Festival. The musical is called "Havin' Fun, In the Yard" and is about prisoners and prison workers. Nedelle will be playing a cafeteria worker, and Chris is going to play in the pit orchestra.
FUN!

Hey people !

here's a little guest DJ set I did on KUSF:
http://www.kusf-archives.com/2008/11/kusf-111408-3-4-pm-guest-dj-with-stereo.html
it's got some of my current favorite songs as well as some sneak peaks of new Cryptacize tracks -
hope you enjoy!

also, a big post-tour thanks to everyone for having us in their clubs and homes -
especially we want to thank Daniel Smith who brought us to open for and play in Danielson - that was a real honor and treat for us!

keep on the lookout for a Cryptacize/C. Spencer Yeh collaboration in the next few months- "mini-MYTHOMANIA???"

all the best,
Chris
