(NaturalNews) When Brent Leung started showcasing his groundbreaking new documentary film about AIDS, "House of Numbers" (http://www.HouseOfNumbers.com), he had no way to comprehend the wave of defamatory attacks that would be unleashed against him. Promoters of conventional AIDS theories (with all their vaccines and pharmaceuticals) have gone on a rampage against Leung, calling him an "AIDS denialist" -- with an obvious invocation of the similar-sounding "Holocaust denialist" phrase.

The implication, of course, is that if you deny any part of conventional AIDS theories, you're as bad as a Nazi war criminal. It's a curious comparison, especially given that the origins of the modern pharmaceutical industry are found precisely in the Nazi regime where pharmaceutical scientists routinely conducted medical experiments on Jewish prisoners. As a fascinating matter of historical fact, the Chairman of Bayer in the 1950's (yes, the same Bayer that makes Bayer Aspirin) was Dr. Fritz ter Meer, a convicted war criminal, who after committing crimes against humanity was sentenced to seven years in prison at the Nuremberg war trials.

The pharmaceutical industry operating today is largely a cabal of unindicted criminals who are guilty of crimes against humanity, and one of their favorite methods of multiplying their profits is to push a disease, then sell a vaccine they claim "treats" the disease. It's the same old scam, whether we're talking about cervical cancer, swine flu or even AIDS.

Getting back to Brent Leung and his film House of Numbers, when the AIDS-pharma promoters saw his film, they knew they had to attack the messenger and try to discredit him as quickly as possible. So they claimed Leung quoted the scientists in the film out of context, thereby distorting what they were saying. In particular, Leung was attacked for his interview with Dr. Luc Montagnier, the Nobel Prize-winning co-discoverer of the AIDS virus, who explained to Leung during the interview that AIDS can be overcome (cured) with nutrition, and that the vaccine approach is entirely overblown.

Such an idea, of course, spells financial doom for drug companies and their cohorts, all of whom profit from the oft-repeated myth that "AIDS has no cure" and that only drugs can treat AIDS. So the critics went after Leung for daring to include Montagnier's words in his documentary. One critic in particular, Jeanne Bergman from an "AIDS truth" website, claimed that Leung "sucker punched" Montagnier.

She also claimed Leung quoted Montagnier out of context and blamed him for asking "leading questions" by saying, "Montagnier does not spontaneously say in the film that a healthy diet will clear the virus. Leung asked leading questions and then presented a fragment of conversation out of context."

As you'll soon see, Jeanne Bergman has no clue what she's talking about. But that's actually par for the course when it comes to the AIDS industry.

Here, you'll see that, in fact, Brent Leung did not quote Montagnier out of context, and that Montagnier makes his position crystal clear on points such as how nutrition may help reverse an AIDS infection.

Leung [the filmmaker]: You talked about oxidative stress earlier. Is treating oxidative stress one of the best ways to deal with the African AIDS epidemic?

Montagnier [the scientist]: I think this is one way to approach, to decrease the rate of transmission, because I believe HIV we can be exposed to HIV many times without bring chronically infected, our immune system will get rid of the virus within a few weeks, if you have a good immune system; and this is the problem also of the African people. Their nutrition is not very equilibrated, they are in oxidative stress, even if they are not infected with HIV; so their immune system doesn't work well already. So it's prone, it can, you know, allow HIV to get in and persist. So there are many ways which are not the vaccine, the magic name, the vaccine, many ways to decrease the transmission just by simple measures of nutrition, giving antioxidants -- proper antioxidants -- hygiene measures, fighting the other infections. So they are not spectacular, but they could, you know, decrease very well the epidemic, to the level they are in occidental countries, western countries.

Leung: So if you have a good immune system, then your body can naturally get rid of HIV?

Montagnier: Yes.

Leung: Oh, interesting. Do you think we should have more of a push for antioxidants, and things of that nature, in Africa than antiretrovirals (AIDS drugs)?

Montagnier: We should push for more, you know, a combination of measures; antioxidants, nutrition advice, nutritions, fighting other infections -- malaria, tuberculosis, parasitosis, worms -- education of course, genital hygiene for women and men also, very simple measures which [are] not very expensive, but which could do a lot. And this is my, actually my worry about the many spectacular action for the global funds to buy drugs and so on, and Bill Gates and so on, for the vaccine. But you know those kind of measures are not very well funded, they're not funded at all, or they are, you know, it really depends on the local government to take choice of this, but local governments they take advice of the scientific advisors from the intelligent institutions, and they don't get this kind of advice very often.

Leung: Well there's no money in nutrition, right? There's no profit.

Montagnier: There's no profit, yes. Water is important. Water is key.

Leung: Now one thing you said, you were talking about the fact that if you have a built immune system, it is possible to get rid of HIV naturally. If you take a poor African who's been infected and you build up their immune system, is it possible for them to also naturally get rid of it?

Montagnier: [Nodding yes] I would think so.

Leung: That's an important point.

Montagnier: It's important knowledge which is completely neglected. People always think of drugs and vaccine. So this is a message which may be different from what you heard before, no?

Leung: The closing?

Montagnier: No, no, yes, my message, it's different from what you heard from (Anthony) Fauci or...

Leung: Yes, it's a little different.

Montagnier: Little different.

Analysis of the conversation
As you can see from this transcript (and from watching the video), Leung asks no loaded questions and engages in no trickery whatsoever. If anything, Leung is quite reserved in his questioning, preferring to allow Montagnier to do most of the talking. In particular, Leung does not interrupt Montagnier, nor does he attempt to verbally entrap him in any way.

For his part, Dr. Montagnier doesn't mince words. He's very clear on the points he's making, saying them several times in different ways. His points are, essentially (paraphrased):

• You can be exposed to AIDS without getting infected.
• A strong immune system can protect you against AIDS.
• With the help of good nutrition, you can fight off AIDS.
• The importance of AIDS vaccines is exaggerated.
• AIDS can be approached with low-cost, highly-effective alternatives to vaccines.
• What the African people really need is better nutrition to protect themselves from AIDS.
• The facts about nutrition and AIDS are being neglected (by the medical establishment).

He's not wishy-washy about these things. He speaks with clear intent and does not waver on these points. At the end of the interview, before the cameras are turned off, he even acknowledges to Leung that what he just said was essentially a "bombshell" of information that stands at odds with conventional AIDS scientists such as Fauci.

Now, if you go back to the House of Numbers movie and watch the clips of Leung's conversation with Montagnier, you'll find that the quotes used in the film are right in line with what Montagnier is saying in his un-cut conversation. There is absolutely no distortion, no out-of-context quoting going on here. If anything, Leung has acted in a very professional way in choosing quotes for the final film that accurately reflect the essence of what Montagnier is communicating.

And for that, Leung gets blasted by critics and accused of misrepresenting what these scientists are saying. That's because the conventional AIDS-pharma proponents can't stand up to real-world scrutiny. Their AIDS mythologies are based on lies and disinformation, so instead of engaging in intelligent debate based on the available evidence, they simply attack any person who questions the tenants of their AIDS-pharma cult.

Of course, I know all too well what it's like to be in Leung's shoes. As someone who has spent the last several years asking similar questions in print, I know that in our modern world, there is no reward for telling the truth. There is little tolerance in our profit-driven system of corporate greed for people who ask legitimate journalistic questions. The very act of asking questions is, in and of itself, now considered practically traitorous.

The mainstream media isn't asking the tough questions anymore... it has already surrendered its soul to Big Business. There's no room for independent thinkers in our global corporate propaganda machine, and those who attempt to ask reasonable questions will always be condemned for stepping out of line and daring to challenge the status quo.

The article, written by Shannon Brownlee and Jeanne Lenzer, isn't just brilliant; in my opinion it stands as the best article on flu vaccines that has ever been published in the popular press. While I've never done this before, I'm going to summarize this article point by point (along with some comments) so that you get the full force of what's finally been put into print.

Does the vaccine matter?

What follows is my point-by-point summary of this groundbreaking article by Shannon Brownlee, originally published in The Atlantic. My opinion statements are shown in brackets and italics.

• Vaccination is the core strategy of the U.S. government's plan to combat the swine flu.

• The U.S. government has spent roughly $3 billion stockpiling vaccines and anti-viral drugs.

• The CDC is recommending that 159 million Americans receive a swine flu vaccine injection (as soon as possible).

• What if vaccines don't work? More and more researchers are skeptical about whether they do.

• Seasonal flu (that's the regular flu) currently kills an estimated 36,000 people each year in the United States. [But most people who die are already suffering from existing diseases such as asthma.]

• Most "colds" aren't really caused by the flu virus. As few as 7 or 8 percent (and at most, 50 percent) of colds have an influenza origin. There are more than 200 viruses and pathogens that can cause "influenza-like" illnesses (and therefore be easily mistaken for the flu).

• Viruses mutate with amazing speed, meaning that each year's circulating influenza is genetically different from the previous year.

• The vaccine for each upcoming flu season is formulated by health experts taking a guess [a wild guess, at times] about what strain of influenza might be most likely to circulate in the future.

• The 1918 Spanish Flu infected roughly one-third of the world population and killed at least 40 million.

• In the U.S., the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology predicted that H1N1 influenza could infect up to one-half of the U.S. population and kill 90,000 Americans.

[Keep reading, the good part is coming...]

• Of those who have died from the Swine Flu in the U.S., roughly 70 percent were already diseased with some serious underlying condition such as asthma or AIDS.

• Public health officials consider vaccines to be their first and best weapon against influenza. Vaccines helped eradicate smallpox and polio. [I don't agree with that assessment. Vaccines did relatively little compared to improvements in public sanitation.]

• Each year, 100 million Americans get vaccinated, and vaccines remain "a staple" of public health policy in the United States.

Why the research is bogus

• Because researchers can't exactly pin down who has influenza and who doesn't, the research conducted on the effectiveness of vaccines simply calculates the death rate from all causes among those who take the vaccine vs. those who don't. [This includes deaths from accidents, heart attacks, medications, car wrecks and everything.]

• These studies show a "dramatic difference" between the death rates of those who get the vaccines vs. those who don't. People who get vaccinated have significantly lower death rates [from ALL causes, and herein lies the problem...].

• Flu shot propaganda cites these studies, telling people that if they get their flu shots every year, they will have a significantly reduced chance of dying. But this is extremely misleading...

• Critics question the logic of these studies: As it turns out, compared to the number of deaths from all causes, the number of people killed by influenza is quite small. According to the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, deaths from influenza account for -- at most -- 10 percent of the total deaths during the flu season (and this includes all indirect deaths aggravated by the flu).

• This brings up a hugely important dilemma: If influenza only accounts for roughly 10 percent of all deaths during the flu season, how could an influenza vaccine reduce total deaths by 50 percent? (As is claimed by the vaccine manufacturers.) [It doesn't add up. Even if the vaccines were 100% effective, they should only reduce the total death rates by 10%, given that only 10% of the total deaths are caused by influenza.]

• Here's a direct quote from the story: Tom Jefferson, a physician based in Rome and the head of the Vaccines Field at the Cochrane Collaboration, a highly respected international network of researchers who appraise medical evidence, says: "For a vaccine to reduce mortality by 50 percent and up to 90 percent in some studies means it has to prevent deaths not just from influenza, but also from falls, fires, heart disease, strokes, and car accidents. That's not a vaccine, that's a miracle." [Emphasis added.]

The failure of cohort studies

• So how do the vaccine companies come up with this "50% reduction in death rate" statistic? Through cohort studies.

• Cohort studies compare the death rates of large groups of people who received the vaccine to large groups of people who did NOT receive the vaccine. But there's a fatal flaw in this approach: People self-select for vaccinations. And what kind of people? As it turns out: People who take more precautions with their health!

• [Thus, you automatically have a situation where the more health-cautious people are getting the vaccines because they THINK it's good for them. Meanwhile all the masses of people who don't give a darn about their health tend to skip the seasonal flu vaccines. And these people tend to not take very good of their health in lots of other ways. In other words, in terms of the masses, people who get vaccines are more likely to avoid junk food and live a more health-cautious lifestyle. This explains the differences in the death rates between the two groups! It has nothing to do with the vaccine...]

• There is extreme "cult-like" peer pressure put on doctors and researchers to swallow the vaccine mythology without question. Quoted from the story: Lisa Jackson, a physician and senior investigator with the Group Health Research Center, in Seattle, began wondering aloud to colleagues if maybe something was amiss with the estimate of 50 percent mortality reduction for people who get flu vaccine, the response she got sounded more like doctrine than science. "People told me, 'No good can come of [asking] this,'" she says. "'Potentially a lot of bad could happen' for me professionally by raising any criticism that might dissuade people from getting vaccinated, because of course, 'We know that vaccine works.' This was the prevailing wisdom." [In other words, don't dare question the vaccine, and don't ask tough scientific questions because the vaccine industry runs on dogma, not science... and if you ask any questions, you might find yourself out of a job...].

[Here's where the really good part begins...]

• Lisa Jackson was not deterred. She and three other researchers began to study the widely-quoted vaccine statistics in an attempt to identify this "healthy user effect," if any. They looked through eight years of medical data covering 72,000 people aged 65 or older and recorded who received flu shots and who didn't. Then they compared the death rates for all causes outside the flu season.

The vaccine made no difference in mortality

• What she found blows a hole right through the vaccination industry: She found that even outside the flu season, the death rate was 60 percent higher among those who did not get vaccines than among those who do. [In other words, even when you take the flu season completely out of the equation, elderly people who don't get vaccines have other lifestyle factors that makes them far more likely to die from lots of other causes.]

• She also found that this so-called "healthy user effect" explains the entire apparent benefit that continues to be attributed to vaccines. This finding demonstrates that the flu vaccine may not have any beneficial effect whatsoever in reducing mortality.

• How well done were these particular studies? Quoted from the story: Jackson's papers "are beautiful," says Lone Simonsen, who is a professor of global health at George Washington University, in Washington, D.C., and an internationally recognized expert in influenza and vaccine epidemiology. "They are classic studies in epidemiology, they are so carefully done."

• Many pro-vaccine experts simply refused to believe the results of this study [because it conflicts with their existing belief in vaccine mythology]. The Journal of the American Medical Association refused to publish her research, even stating, "To accept these results would be to say that the earth is flat!" [Which just goes to show you how deeply ingrained the current vaccine mythology is in the minds of conventional medical practitioners. They simply cannot imagine that vaccines don't work, so they dismiss any evidence -- even GOOD evidence -- demonstrating that fact. This is what makes the vaccine industry a CULT rather than a science.]

• Jackson's papers were finally published in 2006, in the International Journal of Epidemiology.

[And here's the really, really juicy part you can't miss...]

Vaccine shortage proves it never worked in the first place

• The history of the flu vaccine reveals some huge gaps in current vaccination mythology, essentially proving they don't work:

• For example: In 2004, vaccine production was low and there was a shortage in vaccines (a 40 percent reduction in vaccinations). And yet mortality rates did not rise during the flu season. [Clearly, if vaccines actually worked, then a year when the vaccine wasn't even administered to 40% of the people who normally get it should have resulted in a huge and statistically significant increase in mortality. It should have spiked the death rates and filled the morgues... but it didn't. You know why? Because flu vaccines don't work in the first place.]

• In the history of flu vaccines, there were two years in which the formulated flu vaccine was a total mismatch to the widely-circulating influenza that made people sick. These years were 1968 and 1997. In both of these years, the vaccine was a completely mismatch for the circulating virus. In effect, nobody was vaccinated! [Knowing this, if the vaccine itself was effective at reducing death rates, then we should have once again seen a huge spike in the death rates during these two years, right? Seriously, if the vaccine reduces death rates by 50% as is claimed by vaccine manufacturers, then these two years in which the vaccine completely missed the mark should have seen huge spikes in the winter death rates, right? But what really happened was... nothing. Not a blip. Not a spike. Nothing. The death rates didn't rise at all.]

• If vaccines really worked to save lives, then the more people you vaccinate, the lower death rates you should see, right? But that's not the case. Back in 1989, only 15 percent of over-65 people got vaccinated against the flu. But today, thanks to the big vaccine push, over 65 percent are vaccinated. And yet, amazingly, death rates among the elderly have not gone down during the flu season. In fact, they've gone up!

• When vaccine promoters (and CDC officials) are challenged about the "50 percent mortality reduction" myth, they invoke dogmatic language and attack the messenger. They are simply not willing to consider the possibility that flu vaccines simply don't work.

• Scientists who question the vaccine mythology are routinely shunned by the medical establishment. Tom Jefferson from the Cochrane Collaboration is an epidemiologist who questions the claimed benefits of flu vaccines. "The reaction [against Jefferson] has been so dogmatic and even hysterical that you'd think he was advocating stealing babies" said a colleague (Majumdar).

• Jefferson is one of the world's best-informed researchers on the flu vaccine. He leads a team of researchers who have examined hundreds of vaccine studies. To quote directly from the article: The vast majority of the studies were deeply flawed, says Jefferson. "Rubbish is not a scientific term, but I think it's the term that applies [to these studies]."

[And here's the real kicker that demonstrates why flu vaccines are useless...]

Flu vaccines only "work" on people who don't need them

• Vaccines supposedly "work" by introducing a weakened viral strain that causes the immune system to respond by building influenza antibodies. However, as Jefferson points out, only healthy people produce a good antibody response to the vaccine. And yet it is precisely the unhealthy people -- the ones who have a poor immune response to the vaccine -- who are most at risk of being harmed or killed by influenza. But the vaccines don't work in them!

• [In other words -- get this -- flu vaccines only "work" in people who don't need them!]

• [At the same time, it's also accurate to say that vaccines don't work at all in the very people who theoretically could benefit from them. They only produce antibodies in people who already have such a strong immune response that they don't need the vaccine in the first place.]

• Jefferson has called for randomized, placebo-controlled studies of the vaccines. But vaccine pushers are resisting these clinical trials! They call the trials "unethical" [but, in reality, they know that a randomized, double-blind placebo-controlled study would reveal the complete failure of flu vaccines, and they will do anything to prevent such a trial from happening. Don't you find it amazing that drug pushers and vaccine advocates claim they have "science" on their side, but they won't submit their vaccines to any real science at all?]

• [No placebo-controlled studies have ever been conducted on flu vaccines because the industry says they would be "unethical." So where do these people get off claiming their vaccines work at all? Why anti-viral drugs don't work either

• On the anti-viral drug front, hospitals are urged to hand out prescriptions for Tamiflu and Relenza to almost anyone who is symptomatic, whether they actually have swine flu or not. Concern is growing about the emergence of drug-resistant strains of swine flu. " Flu can become resistant to Tamiflu in a matter of days..." says one researcher.

• In 2005, the U.S. government spent $1.8 billion to stockpile antiviral drugs for the military. This decision was made during the time when Donald Rumsfeld was Defense Secretary. Rumsfeld also held millions of dollars worth of stock in Gilead Sciences, the company that holds the patent on Tamiflu. That company saw its stock price rise 50 percent following the government's stockpiling purchase of Tamiflu.

• The evidence supporting Tamiflu's anti-viral benefits is flimsy at best. Even worse, as many as one in five children taking Tamiflu experience neuropsychiatric side effects including hallucinations and suicidal behavior. [In other words, your kid might be "tripping out" on some bad Tamiflu...]

• Tamiflu is already linked to 50 deaths of children in Japan.

• The evidence supporting Tamiflu is based on cohort studies, just like the vaccines, which may distort or exaggerate the apparent benefits of the drug.

• Even supporters of Tamiflu admit it's never been proven to help. A CDC official says that randomized trials to determine the effectiveness of Tamiflu would be "unethical."

• In all, neither vaccines nor anti-viral drugs have any reliable evidence that they work against influenza at all. Both are being promoted based entirely on pure wishful thinking, not hard science.

• The history of pharmaceutical medicine is littered with other examples of drugs that doctors "knew worked" but which later turned out to harm or kill patients. [All along, the proper scientific studies were avoided because, hey, if you already know everything, why bother conducting any actual science to prove anything?]

• The hype about vaccines provides a false sense of security, taking away attention from other things that really do work to prevent influenza deaths. That's why, except for "hand washing," virtually no advice has been offered to the public on preventing influenza beyond vaccines and anti-viral drugs.

• Concluding quote from the author: "By being afraid to do the proper studies now, we may be condemning ourselves to using treatments based on illusion and faith rather than sound science."

A recap of these astonishing points

Let's recap what we just learned here (because it's just mind-boggling):

• There have been no placebo-controlled studies on flu vaccines because the vaccine pushers say such clinical trials would be "unethical." Thus, there is actually no hard scientific evidence that they work at all.

• The "50 percent reduction in mortality" statistic that's tossed around by vaccine pushers is a total fabrication based on "rubbish" studies ("cohort" studies).

• Scrutinizing the existing studies that claim to support vaccines reveals that flu vaccines simply don't work. And when vaccines aren't available or the formulation is wrong, there's no spike in death rates, indicating quite conclusively that these vaccines offer no reduction in mortality.

• Flu vaccines only produce antibodies in people who don't need vaccines. At the same time, they fail to produce antibodies in people who are most vulnerable to flu. Thus, vaccines only work in people who don't need them.

• The entire flu vaccine industry is run like a cult, with dogma ruling over science. Anyone who asks tough, scientific questions is immediately branded a heretic. No one is allowed to question the status quo. (So much for "evidence-based medicine," huh?)

As you can see from all this, the flu vaccine is pure quackery. Those who administer vaccines are, by inference, QUACKS. They claim to have scientific minds, and yet they are the most gullible of all: They will believe almost anything if it's published in a medical journal, even if it's complete quackery.

Today, countless doctors, nurses and pharmacists across North America and around the world are pushing a medically worthless, scientifically-fabricated chemical injection that offers absolutely no benefit to public health... and yet they're convinced it's highly effective! It just goes to show you how easy it is to brainwash people in the field of conventional medicine.

They've abandoned real science long ago, you know. Now the whole industry is just run on the momentum of dogmatic arrogance and the illusion of authority. From the CDC and FDA on down to the local pharmacist at the corner store, the American medical system is run by some seemingly smart people who have been brainwashed into become full-fledged members of the Cult of Pharmacology where vaccine mythology overrules real science.

The vaccine industry is perhaps the greatest medical scam ever pulled off in the history of the world. Don't fall for it.

Why people get vaccinated: Superstition

Reading everything you've read here, you might wonder: Why do people get vaccinated at all?

The reason is because no one knows whether they work or not, so people keep on taking them "just in case." It's exactly the kind of superstitious ritual that "science-minded skeptics" rail against on a regular basis... unless, of course, it involves their vaccines, in which case superstition is all okay.

People take vaccines for the same reason they rub a rabbit's foot. It's a good luck ritual that may or may not work, but no one really knows. And besides, what's the harm in it? (They think...)

Personally, I'd rather get some vitamin D and have a healthy, functioning immune system. But for those who prefer to play the lotto, gamble in Vegas or bet their lives on medical superstitions, flu vaccines are readily available.

The Avian/ Swine Flu: Preparation, Prevention & Protection

Dear Friend,

Although everything is possible, the emergence of the swine flu pandemic can only happen if this is a genetically engineered virus. As in the past with the avian flu pandemic in limiting serious amounts of the population, we pray this will also fail.

There is one of the 72 names pronounced: nun lamed kaf, which is specific for nullifying plagues. Gabriel encourages all people who get this to spend a little bit of time each day repeating this mantra with visualizations of this virus dying out and their attempt at creating a pandemic failing and visualizing the whole world being healthy and happy.

The previous protocol for protecting against the viral flu that the Tree of Life has put out in the past is very effective against this human bird swine flu and for protecting the immune system combined with adequate sleep, live food, good hydration, and a loving attitude. This protocol applies to building the immune system against all flus.

Previous vaccination programs have been between 0 and 14% effective according to the CDC and 1% effective according to Israli research. Israeli research has also shown that vaccinations compromise the immune system. Research at John's Hopkins over a 10-year period showed that 5 consecutive flu vaccinations resulted in 10 times greater amounts of Alzheimer's Disease, which fits with research by Russell Blaylock M.D. Neuro Surgeon, which suggests that one single vaccination can cause brain inflammation that can last up to 2 years.

1. The key is to lead a healthy/happy lifestyle which builds the immune system. Leading as low stress, love-filled, and conscious a lifestyle as possible is the most important protector and builder of the immune system.

2. This includes adequate sleep—there is an estimated 100 million in the U.S. who are sleep deprived. Seven to eight hours is usually adequate, especially if it includes the hours between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am, when the immune system most actively rejuvenates itself.

3. Drinking high quality water about ½ the body weight in oz or so is urinating every 1-2 hours. Chapter 29, “Living Water,” in Spiritual Nutrition gives a good description of safe, high energy water with an activated-distilled approach which is the most practical way to get the most pure water.

In protecting oneself against Avian Bird Flu it is imperative that we counter the destructive affects of the virus. To do this we suggest taking vitamins, minerals, and herbs that are collectively:

(e) Anti-cytokine storm
(f) Alkalinizing
(g) Adrenal building.

The Avian flu viral infection has five components that affect us:
1. Cytokine storm causes inflammation of the lungs. This is the main cause of death.
2. Effect of the virus on the cells.
3. Free radical overload as a result of viral infection that weakens people and suppresses the immune system.
4. The weak immune system before-the-fact is further compromised by the virus itself.
5. Adrenal exhaustion, potentially leading to a fatal case of hemorrhagic adrenals.

A proper approach to prevention and treatment needs to take into account all these factors. What we recommend at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center is flu protection for all types of flus, although at the Red Level we add Avian Bird Flu-specific supplements.

THE HISTORICAL RECORD(2)
Although an Avian flu pandemic is only a possibility, pandemics have occurred throughout history, and we should be prepared ourselves, well beyond the approach of governmental organizations, which do not address any of the main preventative measures discussed here. The following is a list of some of the major pandemics to make the point and possibility clear.

THREE LEVELS OF PREVENTION AND ACTION

As in many aspects of late, preparation is the key to success. This approach covers what to do in three separate situations, which we code:

GREEN LEVEL

No flu

YELLOW LEVEL

Avian flu has not arrived locally, but has begun to mutate and spread in the public sector, most likely in Asia.

RED LEVEL

You have the flu

It is very important that we maintain a certain amount of awareness about this. In terms of preparation at the Green Level, the best thing we can do is: don’t take a vaccination.3 The research is not definitive, but very suggestive that not only do vaccinations not help, but they can even hurt us. To be specific, there is research that shows that vaccinations actually decrease your ability to cope with viruses. That is a significant statement.

Research by Dr. Haim Deninberg of Hadaza University in Jerusalem found that people that have been given flu vaccines had lower antibody levels against the three major strains of flu than those who had not been vaccinated. In other words, it in fact weakened the immune system. Flu shots may actually be creating a pattern of dependence.

Research in Finland showed two groups of elderly people given the flu shot had an only 1% lower incidence of flu than the placebo group. There are a lot of additional dangers to vaccinations. Vaccines contain toxic metals and compounds such as formaldehyde, mercury, and aluminum phosphate. Other things that are in various vaccines are: monkey kidney tissue, antibiotics, calf serum, and chick embryo tissue. These are all foreign proteins which can cause an adverse reaction in the recipient. The reaction to vaccinations is something for children we definitely know of, such as flu-like symptoms and severe disruption of the nervous system, such as hyperactivity, autism, and even Sudden Infant Death.

We must also consider the Guillain-Barre Sydrome, an auto-immune response of the nervous system—occurring primarily in adults—which may leave one completely paralyzed from the neck down or cause death. I actually treated someone for a complete paralysis who was give up for dead. After one year of treatment he was able to walk with crutches.

What we find is that when immunity to a disease is acquired naturally, a possible re-infection is only 3%; whereas where a vaccination is administered the post-vaccination re-infection rate is up to 80%.

Once we understand that vaccinations are not the key approach to prevent Avian Flu and may even weaken our defense system, or actually cause irreversible disease or death, we are more free to go to the fundamentals of health and building the immune system. It takes us back to something fundamental, such as building the immune system, which is our strategy.

This involves choosing to lead a really healthy, low-stress life, with lots of herbal and anti-viral foods such as: Garlic; shitake mushroom; aloe vera; onion; ginger; spirulina; cruciferous vegetables; elderberries; berries. We want to have Vitamin C, A, E; the minerals zinc and selenium; lomatium; astragalus; St. John’s Wort; Echinacea; licorice; lemon balm; green tea; grapefruit seed extract4; and cat’s claw. We want to keep our stress low, be at peace with the world, get plenty of hydration, and lymphatic protection.

This all means that although there are no guarantees, we are providing the maximum sort of protection for ourselves on all levels.

GREEN LEVEL

The key approach to the bird flu is prevention. At the Green Level, this means a healthy diet. This is going to be an 80-100 percent live-food diet; a diet that inhibits free-radical production; enhances enzyme production; inactivates viruses; and is high in certain nutrients that build the immune system. One of the most important nutrients is Vitamin C. We want to have a diet that is high in vitamin C, and we recommend at the Green Level to certainly have lots of vegetables and fruit, and be taking a highly-potent C. The type that I recommend is a whole-food C, such as Pure Radiance C, Camu-Camu, or Acerola berries. The diet should be a low-glycemic diet that is high in vegetables, leafy greens, and sea vegetables. Also included are: Green superfood powders; grasses; sprouts; the superfoods: bee pollen, cacao, maca, spirulina (which has specific anti-viral effects), chlorella, blue-green algae (which has stem cell stimulants in it and anti-viral qualities), and goji berries. For some cayenne pepper works good as a carrier. Although garlic is not the best for meditation, garlic can be used at the Yellow Level, as it has potent anti-viral effects. Aloe vera, which has anti-fungal, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial properties and is a very high-ormus containing food. Noni is good, as well. These are extremely good anti-viral, immune-stimulating foods.

Other excellent foods and herbs at the Green Level include: Oregano; Cloves; Paprika; Thyme; Peppermint; Lemon Balm; Curcurum; Green Tea; Ginger is extremely good and has many antiviral qualities to it; and Una de Gato.

Natural Cellular Defense (NCD)5 has specific anti-viral, antioxidant and alkalinizing qualities. Studies show that it removes pesticides and heavy metals from the body, strengthening the immune system and making it an excellent Green Level supplement. I recommend 5-10 drops 3x/day at the Green Level. At the Yellow Level, 15 drops 4x/day, and at the Red Level, 3 drops each hour.

We should avoid all poultry products. Obviously the issue of poultry is akin to Mad Cow Disease—we would not be talking about Avian Bird Flu if the people were not exploiting the bird population. One way to make it clear is: don’t eat the birds, or, in other words, “chicken and turkey are for the birds, they are not for human beings.”

It is important to be well hydrated with clean water.6 This keeps the system from getting congested and keeps the lymph going. A lifestyle that moves the lymph is important. One of the best and easiest ways to support lymph circulation is rebounding. Moderate exercise is also good for the immune system.

There are certain nutrients that are in the Green Level that are important. Zinc7 may be the most important antioxidant known, and effects over 300 enzymes. A diet that is high in pumpkin and sunflower seeds is good. Zinc turns out to be extraordinarily important for protection and for healing/treatment of Avian bird flu. One of the dangerous aspects of the Avian bird flu is what we call the cytokine storm. This is an imbalance between Thymic Hormone-1 and -2, which results in inflammation and edema of the lungs and is the major cause of death in Avian bird flu. Zinc corrects the imbalance between TH-1 and TH-2. Zinc re-establishes the hormonal balance that prevents and ameliorates the cytokine storm. There is good evidence that zinc salts also potentiate ten-fold the anti-viral action of the human cytokine interferon alpha. Zinc is an essential component of the specific SOD enzymes, which can significantly reduce mortality rates, following a lung infection. Zinc also decreases the severity and duration of viral and other infections. While it does not kill viruses and bacteria, zinc does stop them from reproducing, and is therefore useful to support the immune system. Zinc quickly dissolves and moves throughout the body fluids - especially saliva and nasal secretions - increasing the strength of the lung epithelial airways, so that they will become less inflamed. Unfortunately today there is a general deficiency of zinc around the world, so we may want to add into the Level Green diet a zinc supplement. Generally, we recommend the Angstrom zinc supplements, because zinc is absorbed through the mouth, which is better than gut absorption. At the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center, we use Mother Earth’s zinc. I recommend a teaspoon, 1-3 times per day to be held in the mouth for 30 seconds to enhance direct absorption. This is good in terms of just a tablet, around 25-50 mg/day is important. 50 mg is closer to a therapeutic dose.

Selenium is an important preventative nutrient at the Green Level ½ tsp 2x/day. There are natural sources of selenium, such as Ashitaba or 3 Brazil Nuts per day. You do need to be mindful of excessive selenium consumption, which is greater than 200 mcg daily.

Vitamin C is one of the other major protective nutrients. It is a super antioxidant. Under viral attack we get many free radical problems. It is a cofactor for enzyme reactions, and it inactivates viruses, and inhibits lung inflammation, and obviously, the cytokine storm. In oxidating environments Vitamin C increases the release of superoxides and nitric acid to counter the free radicals. Vitamin C is one of the most important things we can use to protect us. The average dose at the preventative level is 1 gram 3x/day of the Pure Radiance C and up to 8,000 mg per half hour if there is actually an infection. At the Red Level, one can use buffered Vitamin C up to bowel tolerance (where one gets gas and slight diarrhea), and then slightly decrease the amount from the 8,000 mg every half hour. I recommend Allergy Research buffered vitamin C.

B-128 is another very important nutrient. B-12 has been shown to minimize the negative effects of the cytokine storm. Cytokine storms are really the key physiology to prevent or minimize, in terms of the people dying from Avian flu.

Vitamin A is another crucial nutrient. We get that in all our leafy greens, and we have a source of A to be used in an acute way that we can go up to 100,000 IU. We have to be careful with A—the beta carotenes will do it in a preventive way. The Vitamin A stimulates the cilia in the upper respiratory tract, which remove bacteria and viruses in the mucous.

N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) and Thio-Dox makes glutathionine, which is a powerful immune stimulant and antioxidant to take preventatively at the Green Level.

YELLOW LEVEL

The Yellow Level requires deeper attention. We want to keep to moderate exercise. We want to start to apply some of our herbal combinations. One is higher amounts of garlic. You can soak it in lemon juice 24-48 hours to cut the odor, or you can take allicin concentrates, such as Q-Allicin liquid. You may want to take Echinacea preventatively; the mushrooms9 Reishi, Shitake, and Maitake; Agaricus blazei; cordyceps; licorice root is very antiviral. Astragalus - known as loco weed - is specifically good for avian flu at the Red Level. Increase your amount of aloe vera. Russian Immune is also a good immune system tonic. These are more specific Yellow Level preventatives. They really begin to protect the system in a good way.

RED LEVEL

During this time, the Green Level and Yellow Level diet of Phase 1 and 1.5 is where we are.10 At the Red Level you may want to consider a green juice fast to best help your system alkalize.

At the Red Level, we are adding a whole other level of input by adding some very specific treatment protocols, which we have outlined. Vitamin C becomes 8,000 mg every 30 minutes; B-12 is already on board.

Our Red Level protocol includes a set of supplements, one of the primary ones is Sambucol, which has been shown to knock out a whole variety of flus—20 percent by day one and up to 90 percent by day three. One should take it at the beginning of the flu. Sambucol is a commercial name for elderberry. Lomotium (in Flumonia), St. John’s Wort, and Astragalus seem to be specific for Avian Flu.

One of the things that we heard about the flu epidemic in 1917 was that many people died with hemorrhagic adrenals, due to adrenal stress. So we are adding Quantum Adaptogen at the Green Level once to twice a day depending, Yellow Level 1-2 tabs 2x/day, and at the Red Level, 3 tabs 3x/day. At the Yellow Level, we add Russian Choice Immune 1 cap 2x/day and at the Red Level 3 caps 4x/day. Also for adrenal support, Tachyon Siberian Ginseng called OS Gin, 1 drop/day. You can also use OS 25, an excellent adrenal tonic. Yellow 1 drop 2x/day, and then 1 drop 4x/day at the Red Level.

Immutol at the Yellow Level 1 cap 2x/day and 3 caps 4x/day at Red Level.

Illumination, which has star anise (what Tamiflu is made from). We start with 1 teaspoon/day at the Green Level. 1 teaspoon 2x/day at the Yellow Level, and 1 teaspoon 4x/day at the Red Level. It is excellent for the immune and adrenal system.

Flumonia, which has a special formulation with Lomatium in it, is used primarily at the Red Level, 3 drops/hour. It is specific for SARS and Avian bird flu.

The Allicidin, from a garlic concentrate (we recommend Quantum Allicidin), 1-2 drops in the nose 2x/day with a squirt in the nose of Peaceful Mountain Sinusitis or Cold and Flu. At the Red Level, 1-2 drops in the nostril 4x/day, 1 squirt each nostril per hour.

Vitamin E has antiviral factors. Initially at the Green Level use 400 IU, and then at the Red Level going up to 800-1600 IU.

At the Red Level, Argentum 23, 1 tsp 5x/day can be used. It is specifically anti-viral and antibacterial. At the Red Level you can take Argentum 23 in a nebulizer, which we do offer at the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. Appropriate amounts are 2.5 - 5 cc twice daily all the way up to hourly.

Rectal Ozone11 is a powerful anti-viral to be used at the Red Level.

One of the great things that has been known for hundreds of years and has been used in various plagues is aromatherapy. We have designed one called Mighty Mite, which at the Yellow Level would be 5 drops daily. At the Red Level 5 drops up to 4x/day. It may have a hard effect on the liver, and should only be used for 4-7 days in a row. Another aromatherapy we have developed is Lung Lover, made from frankincense, myrrh, clove, ravensara, hyssop, eucalyptus globulus.

OTHER GREEN LEVEL PREPARATIONS FOR A YELLOW OR RED LEVEL EVENT

There are things you may also want to prepare for your protection.

Have a mask. We recommend the North 5500 available through the Tree of Life Awakened Living Shoppe.

A good water supply – if everyone is sick there may be a water shortage. If you are on electricity, you water supply may go down in the event of an outage. As a backup, you may want to have a Katadyn hand-pump water filter and a Steripen, which uses ultraviolet light.

Toilet paper - here the message is, if 1/3rd of the population gets the flu, many services and stores might be closed.

Wind-up AM/FM Radio to keep up with what is going on, such as the Eton Grundig FR300, or others available at Radio Shack or Red Cross.

Stay off the Streets. You don’t have to be in a panic. The reason I am writing this is to help you be at peace through preparation. Stay off the streets because quarantines will likely be in effect. According to the CDC, there is no real difference between in symptoms between regular flu and avian flu in the initial stages. You do not want to be in a place where you are quarantined with other sick people who actually have the Avian bird flu.

Storage Foods for a Few Weeks – Spirulina, Chlorella, Goji Berries.

CONCLUSION

The estimates are that if Avian Bird Flu were to become a plague, 1% of the population in the U.S. might die, and estimates are up to 30% of the population would get flu symptoms. Estimates are that up to one billion would die in the world. Using these very simple nutritional and life style approaches, we do not have to be a part of that 1 billion people.

Following this approach, you have a very good chance of either protecting yourself completely against the flu or minimizing its effects on you.

This report provides practical information on how to protect yourself if you are unlucky enough to be forced to take an A/H1N1 vaccine.

Dr Russell L. Blaylock, a highly-respected neurosurgeon, who has authored three books on nutrition and wellness, including Health And Nutrition Secrets That Can Save Your Life, recently spoke with Dr Bill Deagle, MD of The Nutrimedical Report about some proven natural, readily accessible solutions that may help deal with the toxic effects of A/H1N1 vaccines. Dr Blaylock’s List of suggestions on How to Reduce the Toxic Effects of the A/H1N1 Vaccine, is as follows:

1. Number one on the list says Dr Blaylock, is to bring a cold pack with you and place it on the site of the injection as soon as you can, as this will block the immune reaction.   Once you get home, continue using a cold pack throughout the day. If you continue to have immune reactions the following day, have cold showers and continue with the cold press.
2. Take fish oil.   Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), one of the omega 3 fatty acids found in fish oil supplements, is a potent immune suppressant. (It is also found in human breast milk. However, fish do not naturally produce EPA, but obtain it from the algae they consume.^[1] It is available to humans from some non-animal sources (eg, commercially, from spirulina and microalgae). Microalgae are being developed as a commercial source.^[2] EPA is not usually found in higher plants, but it has been reported in trace amounts in purslane.^[3] Microalgae, and supplements derived from it, are excellent alternative sources of EPA and other fatty acids, since fish often contain toxins due to pollution.^[1])
If you take high dose EPA you will be more susceptible to infections, because it is a powerful immune suppressant. However, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction, you want to reduce it. Studies show that if you take EPA oil one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysaccharide (LPS), it would completely block the ability of the LPS to cause brain inflammation. Take a moderate dose everyday and more if needed to tame a cytokine storm.
3. Flavonoids are third on the list, namely curcumin, quercetin, ferulic acid and ellagic acid, particularly in a mixture.   The curcumin and quercetin in particular have been found to block the ability of the adjuvants to trigger a long-term immune reaction. If you take it an hour before the vaccination, it should help dampen the immune reactions says Dr Blaylock.
4. Vitamin E, the natural form that is high in gamma-E will help dampen the immune reactions and reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines.
5. An important ingredient on the list is Vitamin C at a dose of 1000 mg, taken four times a day between meals. It is a very potent anti-inflammatory and should be taken in a buffered form, not as absorbic acid, says Dr Blaylock.
6. Also use astaxanthin as it’s an anti-inflammatory. According to Dr Blaylock, fatal reactions to vaccines in aboriginal and African children occurred in those who were deficient in carotinoids, like astaxanthin.    It is a good protection against the toxic effects of the vaccine.
7. Likewise, it was found that children who were deficient in zinc had a high mortality rate. Zinc is very protective against vaccine toxicity. (Do not use zinc mixed with copper however, as copper is a major trigger of free-radical generation according to Dr Blaylock).
8. Ensure you avoid all immune-stimulating supplements, such as mushroom extracts, whey protein and beta-glucan.
9. Take a multivitamin-mineral daily – one that does not contain iron. This multivitamin-mineral is to make sure your body has plenty of B vitamins and selenium. Selenium, said Dr Blaylock, is very important for fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines.
10. Magnesium citrate/malate 500 mg of elemental magnesium two capsules, three times a day. (This was not mentioned during the show, but was posted at Dr Deagle’s website, ClayandIron.com).
11. What is very important is vitamin D3, which is the only ‘vitamin’ the body can manufacture from sunlight (UVB). It is a neural hormone, not really a vitamin says Dr Blaylock and helps if you are over-reacting immunologically by cooling down the reaction. Similarly, if you are under-reacting, it helps to boost your immune response. In addition it also protects against microorganism invasion.
Black people and those in colder climates are particularly deficient, so they will almost certainly require supplementation.
Dr Blaylock recommends that following vaccination it will help to keep the immune reaction under control if:
i) All children get 5,000 units a day for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2,000 a units a day thereafter;
ii) Adults get 20,000 units a day after the vaccine for two weeks, then 10,000 units a day thereafter;
iii) And with that adults should take 500-1000 mg of calcium a day and children under the age of 12 years should take 250 mg a day, as vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium.
12. Ensure you avoid all mercury-containing seafood or any other sources of mercury, as the heavy metal is a very powerful inducer of autoimmunity, is known to make people more susceptible to viral infections and will be in H1N1 vaccines.
13. Avoid the oils that significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation - such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soybean, canola and peanut oils.
14. Drink very concentrated white tea at least four times a day. It helps to prevent abnormal immune reactions.
15. Pop parsley and celery in a blender and drink 8 ounces of this mixture twice a day.   Dr Blaylock says the parsley is very high in a flavonoid called apigenin and that celery is high in luteolin. Both are very potent in inhibiting autoimmune diseases, particularly the apigenin, so go and plant some parsley in your garden now.

[Dr. Deagle] We?re going to have an amazing discussion with one of the top specialists in the world, neurosurgeon, CCN specialist, natural medicine, expert of the highest order, Dr. Russell Blaylock. And, of course, the dangers of the H1N1 vaccine program, the dangers of the coming flu and, of course, one of the things we want to talk about are solutions. And he has a remarkable paper here and these are natural substances whether they?re put together like we have on our Nutraceuticals and Nutrimedical.com. This protocol has been tested to block even the most nasty adjuvant toxins that can induce experimental allergic encephalitis and it can turn it off from these nasty adjuvants like squalene or even more powerful. Therefore, what I?d like to do is go through this and, of course, give you the equivalent of what we have on Nutrimedical because it helps support our show and helps to get you in a state where you have these things on hand. Don?t wait until ?the crises strikes? because if you don?t have these around and when you take the wrong things you may actually put yourself at more risk. So, let?s talk about one of the possible scenarios is that literally at gun point people may be forced to take the shot or they?ll take it from social or other pressures. One of the things that people should consider, let?s go through this paper here step-by-step.

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, the most important thing is to understand this is for the toxic effect of the vaccine. It?s not for people who will get infected with flu virus itself.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, just for the adjuvants and the nasties in the vaccine.

[Dr. Blaylock] To counteract the adjuvant affect and, of course, number one on the list is bring a cold pack with you and after you?re vaccinated the second you can put it on put the cold pack on the site of the injection. What that does is it helps block the immune reaction. I have to remember when my child was small he got a series of vaccines and came home and a little bitty guy and he had severe fever and crying and screaming and just was in a terrible state. I put a cold pack over his vaccine site and it just all disappeared and he was fine. So, it works. The immune reaction in the face of a cold compress is significantly reduced. We know that from studies on rheumatoid arthritis, for instance. So, that?s one of the things to do and then once you get home continue the cold pack. Change it regularly throughout the day and if you continue to have immune reactions the following day cold showers, continued cold pack is important. Now, one of the things in terms of the second item which was to take fish oil?generally I don?t recommend EPA form of the fish oil and that?s because EPAs are rather potent immune suppressants. If you take high dose EPA you?ll find you?ll start catching every virus that comes along. It?s hard to get rid of them because it?s such a powerful immune suppressant. Well, in the case of an immune adjuvant reaction you want to reduce it and the studies show that if they use an EPA oil given one hour before injecting a very powerful adjuvant called lipopolysacceride, LPS, it would completely block the ability that LPS to produce severe brain inflammation.

[Dr. Deagle] Well, that?s really interesting because we carry the medical grade forms of that we get from Norway called Omega Supreme. We have another product called Omega 3-6-9 that has both the small fish highest concentration so they could load up on this and immediately afterward or can before?that?s going to reduce it. And also it may reduce what we call the cytokine storm if there is an acute reaction I would imagine, as well.

[Dr. Blaylock] ?when there?s discussions about what is killing people, right now, with this virus, why are some people dying. The response is, ?well, it?s not the virus directly, it?s the cytokine storm, in other words, your reaction to the virus. Your body is overproducing these inflammatory cytokines and that destroys tissue and damages the lungs and so most are dying of pulmonary death. So taming down that cytokine storm probably would have saved most of these people but unfortunately traditional medicine doesn?t really look at that close enough.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, well there?s a drug available called anakinra[sp?] that blocks interleukine-1 Beta. But natural things like EPAs are available to everybody so if someone gets a really high quality fish oil in a medical grade they?re going to be able to shut this down quite a bit along with some other things, too.

[Dr. Blaylock] Children could take it, as well. And so you just take a moderate dose. Every day you adjust your dose according to how severe your reaction is. In other words if you?re starting to develop severe headaches, fever, lethargy, difficulty thinking, the higher dose would probably be in order. It should go better with that. One of the worries with this type of adjuvant they?re proposing is the production of multiple sclerosis or MS-like syndrome which we could produce in animals using this adjuvant. And so, we find that by using these fish oils you can block that from occurring. Third on the list is several flavinoids like curcumin and quercetin and ferulic acid, ellagic acid, particularly in mixture. What they do, particularly the curcumin and quercetin has been found to block the ability of these adjuvants to trigger the long term immune reactions, what we call the dendritic cell activity.

[Dr. Deagle] Primarily you?re thinking of mainly the immune reaction of the microglial cells in the brain. Is that the primary thing you?re concerned about?

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, at the site of the lymph node that?s draining the injection site?in order to produce a long term immune reaction it has to interact with the regional lymph node.

[Dr. Deagle] Oh, yeah, and the dendritic cell which is kind of like half an immune cell, half nerve cell?yeah.

[Dr. Blaylock] And the curcumin and quercetin tend to significantly dampen that interaction.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, we have a real high quality one, the Super Curcumin called C3 Curcumin and, of course, the super high as well as a highest concentration of ellagic acid from the Terminalia Chebula. That?s 200 times higher concentration than the pomegranate so these are all very helpful?excellent.

[Dr. Blaylock] And they significantly brought this experimental allergic encephalomyelitis, the EAE reaction which is one of the worst vaccine associated reactions we have. So that?s quite encouraging that if you take it even an hour before it significantly reduces the risk that it?ll develop or ever develop. And, of course, the vitamin E, the natural form Vitamin E that?s high in gamma-E?.inflammatory component will help dampen these immune reactions and it reduces several of the inflammatory cytokines like interleukin-1 Beta and tumor necrosis factor alpha. The vitamin C in 1000 mg., four times a day taken between meals. Vitamin C is a very potent anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and is very neuro-protective against this what we call immuno-excitotoxic reaction. That?s a big player in this?

[Dr. Deagle] With that, you?d recommend a natural source like cassava or a tapioca type source or a buffered vitamin C like a calcium-magnesium-zinc vitamin C?

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, it should be buffered, is the main thing. You want a buffered form of vitamin C, not ascorbic acid.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, so it?s a sodium-magnesium-zinc ascorbate buffered, that?s a good one. Of course, we carry some very excellent medical grade buffered C because when you get into higher doses you?re going to get some significant bowel effects if you?re taking even regular source vitamin C at those doses.

This protocol, of course, has been tested and it?s shown to stop the experimental allergic encephalomyelitis and therefore we know it will work on the syndromes. We don?t really want to get into this situation but we want to make sure people realize there are natural things they can take that if they?re in that circumstance they can counteract and turn it off. This is one of the questions I get over and over again and, of course, your expertise is really appreciated, Dr. Blaylock. Let?s continue. Of course, we?re talking about the natural source Vitamin C. It should be a buffered like a calcium-magnesium-zinc and you mentioned astaxanthin which is, of course, really neat. Its (esterified) astaxanthin is present in the Krill Oil, as well.

[Dr. Blaylock] Right. And the esterified astaxanthin is anti-inflammatory and when you look at fatal reactions to vaccines, when they try to vaccinate the African children and the aborigines they had about a thirty-percent mortality rate in some areas?higher, just due to the vaccine alone and they found out if they were deficient in the carotinoids like esterified astaxanthin that was what was causing the mortality. When they replaced it, supplemented these children they quit dying. It?s a significant protection against the toxic effect of the vaccine. The next is zinc which was also involved in these studies of these children and they found out if they were zinc deficient there?s an extremely high mortality and even with natural infections, for instance measles, if these children were zinc deficient the measles had a high mortality but if they were supplemented with zinc the mortality fell below fifty percent.

[Dr. Deagle] Right, and, of course, we carry the zinc-copper from Grown By Nature which is the highest quality you can get and if you start supplementing now because it can take you a while to get your zinc levels up. Most people are aware of things like the zinc tally test or other tests to prove of zinc deficiency but the vast majority of the population are actually zinc deficient and which is part of the reason why if they ever get challenged with a major infection they have a higher mortality from that infection.

[Dr. Blaylock] Right. And I wouldn?t take copper with it because copper?s a major trigger of free radical generation. But the zinc alone is very protective against vaccine toxicity. Generally, if you?re having a hyper-immune reaction to this vaccine you want to avoid all immune stimulating supplements like mushroom extracts, whey protein, beta glucan, things like that.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, you don?t want to be boosting your immune system, in other words. You want to help to turn off free radicals and shut down the excessive cytokine releases and that kind of thing.

[Dr. Blaylock] Right. And the next step is a multi-vitamin-mineral without iron. That?s primarily to make sure your body has plenty of B-vitamins in particular and minerals like selenium which are very important in fighting viral infections and it reduces the inflammatory response to vaccines at the same time. Particularly important is?on the list and that?s vitamin D-3.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, that?s an amazing thing, the more research on D-3, we?ve had Dr. Mayer Eisenstein talk about it, too, but you?re a big booster of it, as well.

[Dr. Blaylock] The vitamin D-3, it does two things. One, it?s a neuro-modulator. It?s not really a vitamin, it?s more of a neuro-hormone but what the vitamin does is if you?re over-reacting immunologically it cools it down and if you?re under-reacting it boosts the immunity to the point where it should be working at peak efficiency. Also, vitamin D-3 and it?s a dose related effect, stimulates what?s called antimicrobial peptides and these are special proteins that are produced in the body that can kill viruses, bacteria, fungi. It?s very potent in protecting us against micro-organism invasion and the higher the dose the better. Now, the vast majority of the people in the United States, particularly in the northern climates, they?re vitamin D deficient. Black people are particularly deficient because they need ten times as much sun exposure to make the required amount of vitamin D-3 everyday so they certainly need supplementation. It?s been recommended that children get 1000 units of vitamin D-3 every day?this is normal maintenance?and adults, at least 2000 to 3000. Now, it?s safe in the children to give 5000 units for two weeks after the vaccine and then 2000 units a day thereafter to keep that immune reaction under control. The adults, 3000 units a day for two weeks and 10,000 {??} a day thereafter to keep the immune reaction under control. And with that, take 500 mg to 1000 mg of calcium for the adults and 250 mg. for children under age 12. And we find that the vitamin D works more efficiently in the presence of calcium. 12 is to avoid all mercury containing seafood or any other sources of mercury. That?s because mercury is a very powerful inducer of all the immunity and it suppresses proper immune function. It makes you more susceptible to viral infections. So, the problem with the vaccines is that they put mercury in it, the flu vaccines. So, now, they?re planning on giving three vaccines for each person for their yearly dose of flu vaccines. Well, that?s three doses of mercury so it?s a considerable amount of mercury in those vaccines. You need to avoid the oils that we know significantly suppress immunity and increase inflammation like corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, soy bean oil, canola oil and peanut oil. All of those are pro-inflammatory oils and powerfully suppress immunity. Drink white tea, a very concentrated white tea, at least four times a day. Now, the catechins in white tea like epigallocatechin Gallate have been shown to also prevent these abnormal immune reactions and the immune overreaction disorders like EAE and Lupus. In one study it significantly reduced Lupus in animals that developed Lupus spontaneously.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, so the polyphenols like the EGCg catechins and polyphenols from red wine?so things like our green tea Supreme and the Anti-age Max which is a dimethyl-resveratrol should help in that manner, as well, by buffering that reaction by even preventing some of the toxicity.

[Dr. Blaylock] Right. And?blenderized parsley and celery, drink 8 ounces of that twice a day. Now, parsley is very high in a falvinoid called apigenin and celery is high in a flavinoid called luteolin and both of them are very potent at inhibiting autoimmune diseases, particularly the apigenin. It can completely block EAE and the Lupus type reactions.

[Dr. Deagle] Just by itself, that?s pretty amazing. Wow, so you should have a little parsley garden and celery and have your blender nearby?remarkable. Amazing list of natural things you can get today that?ll help to give you protection.

As I say, we have our list that we kind of put together that?ll give you some of the explanations of things that I found. In addition, I find sometimes, too, some of the other adjuvant heavy metals. You can use our ChelorMax and our liquid Zeolite that?ll help. And, again, remember, don?t take things that?ll stimulate your immune system. As Dr. Blaylock says, are fatty acids?and these are easy to slip in your diet?they?re particularly nasty if you take things that stimulate the immune reactivity that can cause more cytokines. One of the things I have found interestingly is to stop some of the fever or what we call herx reaction liquid zeolite particularly useful to help kind of buffer that and you mentioned an interesting comment before show time the other day, Dr. Blaylock, that it may be that certain groups of people may be more predisposed to make more cytokines. I?m wondering if some of these factors might explain why pregnant women or people with certain health conditions may, like a high body mass index or other issues, may be more predisposed to have problems and more serious cytokine storms. Any ideas in that area?

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, the studies show that the most at risk group is age twenty-four to about forty-five, forty-nine. That?s where most of the deaths that occurred have occurred and these are the people that have the most powerful immune reaction. But even in that group the mortality is 0.5%. It?s not even 1%. So, it?s an extremely low mortality so whatever?s happening to these people that are getting it they have something abnormal about their immune reactivity. We don?t know whether it?s being smokers. We know smokers have much worse reactions to the flu virus. We don?t know whether they have some sort of genetic autoimmune propensity. There?s just a lot of variables and none of the literature that?s come out so far has even discussing why this small, small number of people that are having this severe reaction. In most people it?s just a very mild flu, it?s not even the usual seasonal flu.

[Dr. Deagle] A few characteristics that we?re finding in the literature is that the virus under scanning EM is rod-shaped rather than spherical as other flu viruses. Second is attempts to predispose to grow in lungs much more vigorously than we would have expected. The third is that in some groups like aborigines in Canada and elsewhere the virus can go into a chronic state where they actually have a low-grade viral infection for a long time after they?re initially infected. And the fourth characteristic is very strange indeed because it?s actually causing seizures and we don?t know if it?s due to the cytokines or if in some people it actually grows in their brains where there?s new sub-gene changes because of the reports now coming out of Mexico and even out of Canada that in children and in young people there are cases where they have seizure disorders or it appears that it may be neurotropic, it actually may grow in their brain tissue. Any suggestions on that, because I know that this was a problem in 1918 that they thought that the virus may be neurotropic.

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, they look at that; the ferret is an animal that they use to test the human pathnogenicity because ferrets react just like humans to virus and there?s been about three studies on ferrets. I just read a couple of them that came out in Science Magazine in the latest issue and what they showed is that the reaction in the lungs is a little different as that the virus goes deeper into the lung. It doesn?t go as deep as alveoli which the 1918 flu did. But it goes a little deeper and it also affects the GI tract. People are complaining of vomiting and diarrhea which is unusual for the flu virus and they did detect a virus in the GI tract. Now, they did careful examinations of liver and spleen and brain and they didn?t find any virus in any of these organs. They even did homogenous of the brain and still couldn?t find?

[Dr. Deagle] So it doesn?t have like poly basic amino acids like in the H5N1 where they?re concerned that this virus if it ever gets the ability to pass on in humans the avian flu which is brewing among the wild populations in birds, we don?t have that risk yet although there?s seizures in some young people. Maybe it?s the cytokines doing that.

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, the seizures are a cytokine effect. This is what happens with vaccines. If you vaccinate with a very powerful adjuvant or multiple vaccine you?ll see seizures in a number of children and we know that that?s due to the fact that when you stimulate systemic immunity the brain?s microglia become over-activated and it secretes high levels of glutamate and inflammatory cytokines in the brain and that triggers the seizures called amuoicexcitotoxicity[sp?]. So we know that mechanism is a very common mechanism with both natural infections as well as vaccine reactions?it?s the same process. And that?s why using these methods to reduce the over-activity of the immune cells in the brain, the microglia and glutamate reductions would stop that, prevent it from happening and if it?s already happened it should stop it from happening any further. Your real brain protection is these group of anti-inflammatory flavinoids?

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, like the C3 Curcumin and the Quercetin and so on. Now, if people are concerned in terms of how this is developing?what basically we have is a relatively mild flu that in certain age groups people have high body mass index. They?re saying that pregnant women are much more likely to get into serious trouble, more times that are likely with the regular flu. It?s targeting specific groups that we not quite sure of yet but there are new emerging strains that appear to have new genetics down in Argentina and Chile and in Chiapas Province of Mexico are getting reports that there?s newer sub-strains that are emerging. If this emerges as a more lethal flu and they start vaccinating, mandatory vaccines, do you see any dangers to the vaccine besides this immediate effect? What about long term effects in terms of causing disease as you?ve been an expert for many years talking about excito-toxicity. Will this produce a lot of brain disorders in people that ?survive? the flu and survive the vaccine? What do you think?ll happen from these shots because when you see the components, the MF59 and Novartis and the Glaxo, the SO-03, components containing squalene and the other nasty heavy metals and the cell culture based on these new cell culture technologies? Just looking at all the work that you?ve done and others in this area I?d be really concerned that we?re going to start seeing some very serious brain injured and autoimmune diseased people affected by the shots itself. {00:28:2.823}

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, there?s several things concerning me about this shot. One is that it?s going to be a sequential shot. They?re recommending three separate vaccines, one for the seasonal flu and then two for the new one and that?s a very dangerous thing to do very close together. We know that if you do that experimentally it produces a tremendous number of brain lesions, damage to the brain including seizures of chronic encephalomyelitis, autism, schizophrenia. These things are commonly seen when you do that. If you put the MF-59 adjuvant in it, the squalene, squalene is associate with an intense autoimmune disorder. If you look at the literature?I?ve pulled up the literature?on MF-59 adjuvants and the recent articles written all claim that it?s extremely safe, produces an intense immune reaction that?s prolonged, but when you look and see, well, who did these studies, well it?s done by Novatis Vaccine manufacturers, it?s done by the Chiron Company which actually made MF-59?

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, they?re in California.

[Dr. Blaylock] ?by the defense department. So when you get past those studies and you start looking at the studies that are done independently and they?re done by immunologists, not people who make money off vaccines, you find all those articles found that this is a very damaging vaccine associated with autoimmune diseases like Lupus.

[Dr. Deagle] So it never be approved for use on Americans containing?

[Dr. Blaylock] Never should have been approved.

[Dr. Deagle] Never been approved so take it to the bank, now. You heard it from the top expert, never approve use of squalene-type super adjuvants in the vaccines. That?s just one of just many nasties in these vaccines coming this fall and winter.

So, they should have never approved the use of squalene. What about some of the other components? And I have a kind of a list, here, of some of the things that are in these vaccines and some of them are very novel and very nasty looking. The ones we know that will probably produce, as you say, glutamate activation, lots of free radicals, immune activations that are literally protein sparing. Dr. Tim O?Shea has kind of put together a list and I?ve got some links up to his article about the truth about vaccines. Can you go through some of these other things that you think may be present in one or more of these different vaccines and, of course, each manufacturer is a little different. There?s at least half a dozen worldwide that are manufacturing an AH1 vaccine and a lot of the big manufacturers are also overseas. They?re in places like China where they have them very quickly and some of these vaccines are kind of fast tracked that are ?dead virus? but some of the ones that are coming later in the fall and winter they?re going to have attenuated virus so it?ll actually be the fully weaponized virus present in an attenuated state in the vaccine, as well. Can we go through some of these other things that are in the vaccines and perhaps the dangers of those?

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, the most dangerous thing and the thing that worries me about all vaccines is that so many of them are heavily contaminated with other organisms.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah.

[Dr. Blaylock] Several studies have been done. One Japanese study looked a five different vaccines from major vaccine manufacturers that supply them in the United States and elsewhere and they found that up to sixty percent of the vaccines were contaminated. When they looked at things other than just live contaminations, for instance, DNA fragments, RNA fragments, viral protein fragments, they found that virtually all these vaccines are contaminated and the interesting thing is when they asked the virologist?and this appeared in Science Magazine?when they asked him, ?well, does that concern you that this could cause disease in humans,? they hesitated and said, ?well, we don?t think it will.? Well, that?s not much assurance so when I looked through the literature?and I do a lot of scientific literature reading in the area of contaminants the brain?what you find out is that many of these DNA fragments, RNA fragments, and protein fragment of viruses can enter the brain and reside there for a lifetime in the microglia and produce constant microglial activation in the brain. Well, that produces chronic brain inflammation. It can lead to seizures, autoimmune disorders, dementia, depression, a lot of behavioral problems, memory loss, confusion, disorientation, and when you re-stimulate those fragments that are in the brain by additional vaccines you get a particularly intense reaction in the brain and in that instance you can produce such severe neurological damage that you induce full blown dementia, you produce uncontrollable seizures, a multiple sclerosis-like syndrome?

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah and, of course, these other things like the squalene actually will also act as a sterilant because it has a very powerful effect on reduce sperm counts to virtually undetectable.

[Dr. Blaylock] Right. There are notices about some of the other vaccines, as well, that it can produce a significant lowering of fertility rate. So, if you vaccinate the entire country particularly concentrating on the young people we may end up with a mass problem of infertility in our country.

[Dr. Deagle] We may have the Children of Man type movie scenario. The idea of a child being born naturally without reproductive technologies will be a thing of the past. It?s very possible that that can happen.

[Dr. Blaylock] It?s quite real. Well, the other thing we worry about is things like Guillian Barre which in the 1976 Swine Flu fiasco which is very similar to this they vaccinated 46 million people and over five hundred were permanently paralyzed and probably as high as two or three hundred died. Most of those deaths were covered up and many of the cases of Guillian Barre were covered up, I?m sure it?s much higher than the official statistics. But with this vaccine that they?re getting ready to use I would predict that you?re going to see tens of thousands of cases of Guillian Barre because we have them every year. Every time the flu vaccines, every year, there?s a number of cases of Guillian Barre caused by the vaccines and that can be fatal. I?ve treated quite a few cases of Guillian Barre and it?s a horrible vaccine reaction. People just aren?t aware that these vaccine reactions can exceed anything that virus can do.

[Dr. Deagle] The other thing that?s happening is, too, these viruses and, of course, the shots can have very long delayed effects. The last case I saw was in the mid-seventies and a person developed delayed onset frozen man syndrome where the damage caused by the 1918 flu which in this person they found in a number of cases where it was neurotropic. IN the next five to ten years after the pandemic of 1918 a lot of people literally became frozen in their body and couldn?t move because of loss of neural pathways. And I think also some of the effects of the vaccines are going to cause all kinds of very serious chronic neurological diseases that we may not see right away.

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, actually it wasn?t a neurotropic virus, it was a cytokine response.

[Dr. Deagle] Do you think the cytokines damaged the nerves?

[Dr. Blaylock] Yeah.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, so in other words it wasn?t a direct?.

[Dr. Blaylock] When you activate microglia the microglia secrete large amounts of inflammatory cytokines and excitotoxins. That part of the brain that produces this frozen man, this parkinsonianism has the highest concentration of microglia in the brain.

[Dr. Deagle] Ah, ok, so it?s an indirect effect. In other words?

[Dr. Blaylock] ?it?s the microglial activation that produces destruction, not the virus itself.

[Dr. Deagle] So, in other words, the reason why it didn?t kill him with an acute viral meningitis is that it wasn?t in the brain but the activation of the microglia which is the brain immune system is what caused the damage.

[Dr. Blaylock] Exactly, and that?s just what the vaccine is doing.

[Dr. Deagle] So, in other words, the vaccine itself may produce things like Parkinson?s disease, frozen man syndrome. We?re going to see ALS, transverse myolitis, peripheral neuropathy, optic neuropathy, multiple sclerosis, all kinds of?

[Dr. Blaylock] If you look at the Gulf War syndrome they found that squalene was used in the vaccines early on in the anthrax vaccine. Well, it increased the incident of the fatal disorder, ALS, 200%...

[Dr. Deagle] I saw people down in Fort Carson in the early nineties and they told me that if I investigated them, because we found that public health doctors and doctors around the country like yourself were discovering this, hey, like these people weren?t deployed but they got the shot and, in fact, the studies followed up afterwards found that 100% of the people that developed non-deployed Gulf War Syndrome that weren?t in the Gulf 100% of had antibodies, a very high titer, against squalene.

[Dr. Blaylock] Exactly?.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah.

[Dr. Blaylock] But yeah, the squalene is just a terrible neurotoxic immune adjuvant. And the idea they?re going to plan on vaccinating the entire population of the United States is a horror story. What we?re going to see is there?s going to be so many neurological syndromes, so many seizures, Guillian Barre, multiple sclerosis, every kind of neurodegenerative presentation you can think of and they?re going to go on a massive campaign to deny it had anything to do with the vaccines.

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, well we?re telling them in advance so the people know. Now, I have and I don?t want to incite any violence here that?s why we?re putting together an injunction, that?s why we want people informed. I get panic calls from police, fire fighters, doctors, nurses, school people, I get all kinds of people that now are concerned. They know, now, that the cat?s out of the bag. They?re fast tracking this vaccine. They?re not properly testing them. They got thousands lined up, children, adults and even pregnant women to be testing them, now, on these crazy vaccines.

[Dr. Blaylock] Well, let me interject something about the pregnant women. This is what really terrifies me. I?ve been doing some studies on a syndrome associated with flu infection in women who were pregnant and a high incidence of autism and schizophrenia in their offspring. Well, they?ve done some intensive study thinking it was the flu virus that was doing it but what they found out it wasn?t. It was the cytokine reaction and that?s what produced the autism and the schizophrenia later in life which is going to appear when they?re a teenager.

[Dr. Deagle] Ah, so it?interfere with your model that continuous ratcheting up the up-regulation of the cytokine reactions of these microglia cause lifetime danger to the brain.

[Dr. Blaylock] Because of reorganization and?development?

[Dr. Deagle] Yeah, neural pathways are permanently destroyed?amazing.

[Dr. Blaylock] ?vaccinate every women that?s pregnant in this country we?re going to have an epidemic of schizophrenia and autism.

Americans threatened with jail time, huge fines for refusing to buy health insurance (update 1)

(NaturalNews) There's a popular video circulating on the 'net right now about how to escape handcuffs without using a key. Americans are watching the video to bone up on essential skills that will soon be needed for health care reform, it seems, since the new laws that are about to be put in place call for Americans to be arrested and thrown in jail if they refuse to buy health insurance.

This has now been confirmed by Tom Barthold, the Chief of Staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, in a hand-written note to a Republican Senator (http://www.politico.com/livepulse/0...). And it's not merely about jail time; it's also about the $25,000 fine that could be levied by the IRS against individuals who refuse to buy health insurance.

That this is even being considered just boggles the mind. If a person is too broke to afford health insurance right now, how are they supposed to be able to buy it after paying a $25,000 fine and spending a year in prison?

As Paul Craig Roberts brilliantly pointed out in a recent essay, this is like trying to solve the homeless problem by forcing homeless people to buy a home, then throwing them in prison when they can't afford to. Up to twelve U.S. states are now considering legislation to override the federal government's intent to require mandatory health insurance (http://slatest.slate.com/id/2230521...) and (http://www.timesoftheinternet.com/1...).

There's even a growing argument that requiring Americans to buy health insurance is unconstitutional (http://www.cbsnews.com/blogs/2009/0...). And there's no question that imposing a penalty on Americans who refuse to buy health insurance is, indeed, a new tax (http://www.boston.com/bostonglobe/e...).

There's never enough money to pay for a nation full of sick people
The current health care disaster in America is not simply a problem of people refusing to buy health insurance; it's an issue of people not being able to afford to buy health insurance. When the annual insurance premium for a family of four is something above $13,000, that's a terrible financial burden that many Americans simply can't afford to pay -- especially when so many people have lost their jobs due to the faltering economy.

The brutal facts of the matter are inescapable: The American people are too broke to buy their own health insurance, and the American government is too broke to buy it for them. The whole nation is going bankrupt over runaway health care costs. And why? I hate to invoke the "I told you so" phrase in a crisis like this, but the reasons for all this have been apparent for many years, and we've been regularly reporting them on NaturalNews: Our national "health care" system is really a "sick care" system that pushes deadly chemicals and medically-unjustified surgical procedures instead of teaching people how to stay well.

As long as junk food companies and pharmaceutical companies are allowed to run advertisements on television, and as long as the FDA and FTC continue their campaigns of censorship against nutritional cures and natural remedies, we will always have a health care crisis. You know why? Because no nation in the world can afford to foot the bill for a country full of sick people.

Why I don't carry health insurance
I don't have health insurance. Well, not the kind people normally think of as health insurance. As a result of not paying premiums for over five years now, I've saved a small fortune in premiums.

Why don't I need health insurance? Because I don't visit doctors and I don't get sick. If you don't get sick, you don't need health insurance.

Of course, silly doctors ask, "Well what if you suddenly get sick out of the blue?"

What, you mean through voodoo or something? Sickness without cause? Do doctors really believe in spontaneous sickness that magically appears without reason?

All sickness has a cause. That much should be obvious. And if you eliminate the causes of disease, you won't experience disease. That's why I have a different kind of health "insurance" -- my nutrition.

Yep, my nutrition is the only health insurance I need. In my garden in Ecuador, we grow huge quantities of health-protecting foods and superfoods. Those foods, combined with high-end nutritional supplements (Moxxor, Living Fuel, Boku Superfood, etc.) provides the perfect nutritional environment for outstanding health. That gets further supported with daily sunshine and exercise, plus the complete avoidance of toxic chemicals in consumer products (I don't use conventional shampoos, soaps, deodorants, hair products, skin products, etc.).

Given this level of natural health, why would I bother with conventional health insurance in the first place? Pharmaceuticals are of no use to me. Neither are prostate screening procedures, annual checkups or vaccinations. I have no need for western medicine. So why should I be forced to financially support the health insurance companies that push these poisons onto health consumers?

We're all criminals?
President Barack Obama wants to label me a criminal. He wants to fine me twenty-five thousand dollars and throw me in prison for one year for my refusal to pay money into a corrupt, broken sick care system.

Note that the people who are destroying their own health -- and putting huge cost burdens on the health care system -- are not considered criminals at all. People can destroy their own bodies through junk foods, toxic chemicals and substance abuse... but as long as they pay up, they're considered "good Americans" who are participating in the health care system. Meanwhile, people like me who take care of our own health, who place no burden whatsoever on the health care system, and who refuse to pay mandatory premiums into a corrupt health insurance industry are going to be threatened with arrest and imprisonment.

This disturbing fact tells me that Obama, much like Bush before him, has forgotten what freedom is. America is being turned into a medical police state where parents have their children stolen away by cancer clinics (true story), where chemical injections are enforced at gunpoint (also true), and where unaffordable, inefficient and utterly ineffective "sick care" is forced upon citizens with or without their consent. The whole premise of democracy is being destroyed in this quest to appease the sick care system that preys on upon the American people with each passing year.

"But wait," some people say. "Full participation is all for the greater good."

No, not really. What would be best for the greater good would be the transformation of the FDA and FTC into agencies that actually protect the public instead of Big Pharma. The greater good would be served by legalizing free speech for nutritional supplements and natural remedies, ending the tyranny of attacks against medical marijuana, and sending all the MDs back to medical school so they could learn something about nutrition.

The greater good is in no way served by forcing Americans to funnel yet more money into a corrupt, broken system of dishonest insurance companies and unethical hospitals pumping people full of deadly pharmaceutical chemicals. That system is dead. It has failed, and it has no place in the future of any successful nation.

If we don't soon recognize this fact and seek to advance into a new era of natural medicine and disease prevention, this sick-care medical industry will wring every last dollar from the U.S. economy until the American people find themselves diseased, penniless and medically enslaved. (And we're already half-way there...)

Thanks to the sick-care policies of previous presidential administrations, the American people today have already lost their health. And now, with Obama's reform proposals, they are about to lose their freedoms, too.

Albert Einstein once said, "Problems cannot be solved by the same level of thinking that created them." And yet Obama is bringing no genuinely new thinking to the table on health care reform; he's just changing who pays for disease. Now, more than ever, our national leaders need to not just think outside the box; they need to stomp on the box, disassemble the box, throw the box in the recycling bin and forget there ever was a box. They need revolutionary solutions that can help this country overcome its addiction to pharmaceuticals and junk food while unleashing a new era of personal health combined with personal responsibility.

Until that happens, all this talk about health care reform is just the senseless animation of lips and vocal chords without purpose.

Why NaturalNews opposes Obama's health care "reform" plan: a statement of principles

(NaturalNews) Today's article on health care reform has stirred up an unexpectedly vocal debate among NaturalNews readers about health care reform. Some have expressed confusion over the NaturalNews position on health care reform: Are we for it? Against it? Do we support Obama? Do we support socialized medicine?

This article is intended to clarify our position. Ultimately, we here at NaturalNews believe very strongly in three things relevant to this debate:

#1) Natural medicine and the healing power of the human body and spirit.

#2) Personal liberty and the non-intervention of Big Government in our day-to-day lives.

#3) Personal responsibility and free will to do what we wish with our own lives as long as it does not involve harming others.

We are also firmly opposed to the pharmaceutical cartel, the highly corrupt and ineffective health insurance industry and government regulators like the FDA and FTC who continue to enforce this failed medical monopoly upon the American people.

Based on these principles, we must maintain strong opposition to any plan -- from any President -- that would remove choice from consumers and force people to pay their hard-earned money into a system that financially supports precisely those institutions that we oppose (Big Pharma, health insurance corporations, etc.).

In theory, I am personally a strong advocate of universal care, where every person is covered under a single plan that's affordable and efficient. But when that plan continues to focus on pushing pharmaceuticals and surgery over nutrition and prevention, I cannot in good conscience lend it my support. To do so would be a blatant violation of my opposition to Big Pharma, vaccines and the health freedom oppressions of the FDA and FTC.

While the current sick-care system operating in America today is clearly broken, you cannot fix one failed system by mandating another failed system. We agree that health care needs serious reform, and in fact, I personally put together one of the most innovative health care reform plans that has yet been proposed in America. That petition, which is essentially a "hybrid socialized medicine solution," preserves freedom of choice, individual liberty, free speech and personal responsibility while ending the tyranny of the FDA and the medical monopolies being run in this country right now by Big Pharma, cancer clinics, and other medical groups. It restores health freedom to the People while requiring Americans to take some measure of responsibility for their own health outcomes by participating in their personal choices about where they spend their health care dollars. That's why it has earned the endorsement of the Life Extension Foundation and numerous health freedom organizations, including Citizens for Health and American Association for Health Freedom.

It is a universal care voucher system that allows the American people to spend health care vouchers on anything that improves their health: Dietary supplementation, herbal medicine, gym memberships, body therapies or even conventional medicine, if they so choose. It puts people back in control over their health care decisions rather than Big Government.

Why Big Government can't run a successful health care system based on pharmaceuticals
When it comes to health care reform, a government-run system that continues to rely on pharmaceutical medicine, chemotherapy and vaccinations is clearly headed for failure even before it gets off the ground. It will only give us, as is popularly stated on the 'net, a system that has "all the efficiency of the Post Office, the compassion of the IRS and the pricing structure of a Pentagon toilet seat."

Government has already proven itself to be utterly incapable of controlling health care costs in any meaningful way -- it was the Bush Administration, for example, that mandated the federal government could not negotiate Medicare price discounts on volume purchases from drug companies, thereby guaranteeing a windfall of monopoly-priced profits for Big Pharma at taxpayers' expense.

Even worse, government does not understand how to support good health. The government's "My Pyramid" food guide is a nutritional disaster; the FDA is operating as the marketing branch of Big Pharma; and U.S. RDA numbers describing minimal requirements for nutrient intake are so hopelessly outdated that they were obsolete in the 1970's. President Obama's nomination for U.S. Surgeon General is nearly obese, for crying out loud!

But it's not just the fact that Obama's proposed health care reform plan is wrong-headed; it's the fact that the entire discussion about health care reform doesn't even include the most important issues such as banning junk food advertising, reeling in Big Pharma's influence over medicine, ending FDA censorship and tyranny, and legalizing the practice of natural medicine across America. These elements, which are crucial to any meaningful health reform, remain utterly ignored in the current health reform plan.

Without these issues being honestly addressed, there can be no health care reform. Sure, you can play a financial shell game and change who pays for sickness and disease, but you can't take a nation of diseased, bankrupt citizens and make them healthy and productive by forcing them all to pay into the very same broken system of medicine and junk food consumerism that made them all sick in the first place!

By stating my opposition to Obama's health care reform plan, in no way am I endorsing the current system or supporting the health insurance companies. The current system is a disaster. But if we hope to see real improvements, we cannot simply replace one disaster with another. We must take a quantum leap beyond the failures of modern medicine and roll out a new health care system based on improving health. Unfortunately, the currently-proposed health care reforms fail to do this. They offer only annoying variations on the same old tune: More drugs and surgery for everyone.

We need serious health care reform
When people ask me, "Why are you attacking Obama's health care reform?" I can only answer: What health care reform? Obama isn't really proposing any reform at all, he's just changing who pays for disease (while taking away more of your freedoms in the process). If Obama comes up with a serious reform plan that actually includes elements of real reform that would end the monopoly of pharmaceutical medicine and reinstate genuine health freedom for consumers, doctors and supplement makers, then we'll have something to talk about, and I would gladly support it.

Until then, this whole thing is just an exercise in rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, as they say. America is going bankrupt. The health of its people is disastrously poor. More and more people are not merely jobless, but homeless too. Nutritional deficiencies are dangerously widespread and could be easily corrected, but there is no effort in Obama's health care "reform" plan to correct the very nutritional deficiencies that cause degenerative disease in the first place. (A dollar a day in nutrients could work miracles for the health of our people...)

Essentially, Obama's Big Government health plan is just business as usual with a new twist: Now you're FORCED to pay into the very system that's making you sick. So in addition to losing your health and losing your paycheck in sky-high insurance premiums, you also now lose your freedom at the same time. That's no improvement. That's an insult to the American people.

These are the reasons why myself and NaturalNews strongly oppose Obama's current health care "reform" plan (if you can call it that). I would oppose this same plan with the same firmness regardless of who proposed it: Democrat, Republican or otherwise. This isn't about favoring one party over another: I was one of the most outspoken internet writers against the Bush Administration's cozy relationship with Big Pharma, in fact. But I don't exercise party loyalty to anyone. My loyalty is to the rights and freedoms of the American people, and I cannot support any health care reform plan -- regardless of whose name is on it -- if it compromises the health freedoms of the American people while failing to address the root causes of our national health care problems.

I can confidently predict America will not see any meaningful health care reform unless some radical changes are made in the whole sick-care profit system. As long as disease remains profitable (i.e. there is profit to be made in sickness), profit-driven corporations will always find a way to keep people sick and exploit the situation for maximum profit. Any nation that hopes to have lasting health must take the profit out of sickness, support nutritional medicine and natural medicine and greatly limit the influence of pharmaceutical companies, cancer clinics and other highly destructive institutions that currently dominate our western medical system.

You can't have a prosperous nation when your people are sick and broke. And Obama's Big Government health care proposal will absolutely guarantee that people stay both sick and broke.

Is real reform impossible in this political climate?
At the same time, you can't exactly blame Obama for all this. The current power players in the medical-industrial complex are so entrenched in Washington -- with thousands of lobbyists and billions of dollars to throw around -- that real reform is virtually impossible today. There's too much profit to be made in sickness and disease for any meaningful reform to happen. Even if Obama wanted to end the era of chemical medicine and unleash a new age of natural healing and health freedom (and maybe he wants to), it would be politically impossible for him to accomplish this in America today. Imagine the backlash if Obama announced that natural medicine would no longer be regulated by the FDA... the pharmaceutical lobby would have a fit, and Obama would be pressured by drug-pushing physicians to back off.

This is one of the reasons why there can be no meaningful reform until the current power structures that are enforcing this medical monopoly are removed from the picture. And that won't happen without some truly radical reforms that enact sweeping changes like ending all patent protection for pharmaceuticals and ending FDA / FTC tyranny and censorship of dietary supplements and natural remedies. Only big, sweeping changes can shake up our world sufficiently to see real reform in health care.

That's why I don't consider Obama's plan to qualify as "reforming" anything. It's more like "rearranging" the current failed system and trying to market it to the American people as something new that really isn't.

In America today, we already know how to prevent 90% of all cancers. We know how to reverse type-2 diabetes, how to end most heart attack deaths and how to greatly improve longevity and quality of life. None of these solutions are part of any current health care plan being considered in Washington from either political party. As far as I'm concerned, both parties have utterly failed to come up with any reform proposals that would genuinely improve the health of the American people. Both parties have sold out to special interests and powerful corporations, leaving the People diseased and broke.

Like I said, it's business as usual in the United States of America.

Sen. John Ensign (R-Nev.) received a handwritten note Thursday from Joint Committee on Taxation Chief of Staff Tom Barthold confirming the penalty for failing to pay the up to $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance.

Violators could be charged with a misdemeanor and could face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 penalty, Barthold wrote on JCT letterhead. He signed it “Sincerely, Thomas A. Barthold.”

Before I weigh in too deeply on the current healthcare debate I would like to make it clear that I am neither a Democrat or Republican, nor do I consider myself a liberal or conservative. The only alignment I wish to make for myself is with freedom, liberty, and a basic respect for the Constitution.

Let me begin by saying that I am actually quite open to the idea of a single payer healthcare system here in the United States. I have heard proposals that I believe could achieve the goal of healthcare for every American without raising taxes and without the Federal or State governments being involved in the doctor -patient decision-making process. Of course, these proposals have been scrapped and ignored from the very beginning. But, as I say that I am open to the single payer system, it may surprise many that I am opposed to the current healthcare bill generating so much debate around the country. So, let me explain myself.

First, this bill is not single payer. The mainstream media has created a false debate in this country. Liberals and democrats support this bill because they see it as single payer healthcare for all while conservatives and republicans oppose it because they see it as single payer socialized medicine. But as the American people argue over something that does not even exist, they completely miss the things that spell the opposite of healthcare for all as well as the things that are much worse than “socialized medicine.” Essentially, this bill is going to require every American to purchase a private insurance plan with their own money. If you can’t afford this private insurance, then you will be “taxed” or fined by the government (Title IV, P.167).

Secondly, before denying healthcare to the elderly and the handicapped became a national joke, there was a flicker of debate about what the mainstream media mockingly labeled as “death panels.” I regret to inform the readers that these panels do in fact exist both within this bill as well as other legislation. Section 1233 of the healthcare bill is rife with clauses that establish government control over the health care procedures you undergo particularly at the end of life. This section asserts that a government approved list of end of life resources will be established(Section 1233, p. 425) as well as the required “end of life counseling” every five years or if his/her health takes a sudden turn for the worst (Section 1233, P.425). It goes even further to say that a government board will determine what level of treatment you will receive, if any, at the end of your life (Section 1233, P.430). Section 1162 indicates that the government will mandate what it calls “outcome based measures,” which is a polite way of saying rationing (Section 1162, P.335).

The government panel that will make these decisions is actually already in existence. It was created earlier in the year tucked away safely in the stimulus bill. The stimulus legislation created a new bureaucracy called the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research which is modeled on a UK board that oversees the rationing of healthcare procedures in that country and uses a formula to determine who receives care and who doesn’t (McCaughey ). With its’ focus on “cost effectiveness” and “outcome based measures,” it is clear that the elderly, the handicapped, and the chronically ill will receive far less care than younger healthier patients as they are seen to benefit less in terms of quality of life and quantity of years. Yet it should be clear to everyone that it is not a question as to whether or not these individuals will benefit from the treatment, it is a question of whether or not they are seen as a benefit to the governmental establishment.

If one is not convinced of the intended rationing of healthcare by simply reading the bill, then he/she should consider what the authors and largest supporters have said in regards to it. Former Senator Tom Daschle, also a former Obama nominee for the position of Health and Human Services Secretary, actually wrote many of these provisions (McCaughey). Daschle is quoted in his book as saying that Americans expect too much from their healthcare system and that Europeans should be commended for being more willing to accepting “hopeless diagnoses” and foregoing “experimental treatments (McCaughey). He also goes on to say that seniors should be more accepting of these hopeless diagnoses and illnesses that come with age instead of treating them (McCaughey).

Ezekiel Emanuel, health policy adviser at the Office of Management and Budget as well as a sitting member of Federal Coordinating Council on Comparative Effectiveness Research is quoted as saying that doctors take the Hippocratic oath too seriously, “as an imperative to do everything for the patient regardless of the cost or effects on others” (JAMA June 18, 2008,). Indeed, that is generally what patients want from their doctors. In an article written for the Hastings Center Emanuel says, “services provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens are not basic and should not be guaranteed. An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia” (Hastings Center Report Nov.-Dec. 1996, p.13). Emanuel is clearly advocating a eugenics-based rationing system.

The healthcare bill also contains other frightening clauses such as Subpart XII, Section 340L which establishes a “Corps” that will conduct “Home Healthcare visits” as explained in Section 1713 to assess the designated families’ “economic self-sufficiency, employment, school readiness, and educational achievement” and to coach them on how to raise their children(Section 1713,P.768). This bill does in fact contain provisions that would set the wages of doctors (Section 225 and Section 223), possibilities of a draft to a National Health Service Corps (as mention also in the stimulus bill; section 1713), creation of a National Medical Device Registry(Section 2521), and potential to mandate even the food we eat (Section 3121).

It is important for the American people to realize that this bill is not single-payer and that it does not provide healthcare for all. It is a eugenics program that will ration healthcare for most and outright deny it for some. The mainstream media and those who control it have created a false debate among us in an attempt to divide and distract us from the real issues at hand. The American people continue to argue with one another over issues that do not even exist. While we spin around chasing our tails they attach yet one more link in the chain of tyranny and government control.

Using technology originally developed for mass disasters, Boston disease trackers are embarking on a novel experiment – one of the first in the country – aimed at eventually creating a citywide registry of everyone who has had a flu vaccination.
The resulting vaccination map would allow swift intervention in neighborhoods left vulnerable to the fast-moving respiratory illness.
The trial starts this afternoon, when several hundred people are expected to queue up for immunizations at the headquarters of the Boston Public Health Commission. Each of them will get a bracelet printed with a unique identifier code. Information about the vaccine’s recipients, and the shot, will be entered into handheld devices similar to those used by delivery truck drivers.
Infectious disease specialists in Boston and elsewhere predicted that the registry approach could prove even more useful if something more sinister strikes: a bioterrorism attack or the long-feared arrival of a global flu epidemic. In such crises, the registry could be used to track who received a special vaccine or antidote to a deadly germ.

A STRENGTHENED VIRUS AND A POLICE STATE

I have known throughout the years that I have been warning about the global fascist agenda that what we are about to see was inevitable.

It was obvious that, despite the awakening of so many in the last decade, most people would need to see, touch, smell, hear and taste the fascism before they even began to accept that it was real.

This mass-reluctance to see the signs and act upon them was always going to condemn the population to some levels of the Orwellian control-system before it is eventually dismantled. I stress that it will be dismantled, but not before it has gone a lot further yet.

The question was never whether we would avoid the police/military state. I never had any illusions about that. The question was, and is, how deeply we will allow ourselves to be controlled by this evil and that can be answered by two other questions:

When are enough people going to give their total focus to bringing it to an end and when are the gofer administrators, dark suits and uniforms going to break ranks for the sake of their own families as well as the rest of us?

Well, we're about to find out.

The 'swine flu' vaccine is a line in the sand that will give us a serious fix on where we are in terms of awareness and backbone. If we meekly acquiesce to this most blatant attempt to gain access en masse to our bodies then frankly we deserve what we get.

No one can say they weren't warned, nor that they didn't have access to information exposing what was happening. Anyone who says they didn't know enough to say 'no' to the vaccine is lying to themselves, or looking the other way.

Even some elements of the mainstream media are highlighting the potential dangers despite the myopic perspective from which they view the world.

I have been making the point for years that we are at a fork in the road and we can't sit here gazing at the map anymore, refusing to make a decision. The swine flu vaccine is that decision.

Making the choice to seek freedom and expanded awareness will have its challenges, for sure, but the consequences of choosing ignorance and acquiescence are potentially catastrophic for those who do so.

Something very big is about to go down. I can't say exactly when, but we are talking months, not years. It has all been planned a very long time and it has been put together piece by piece while the population was watching the game, the game show or the soap, and dismissing those warning about what was to come as 'conspiracy nuts'.

You can always see the big picture in its component parts and I have kept a close eye on a council building in the last few weeks called the Westridge Centre, just down the road from me on the Isle of Wight in England.

Builders have been working there through the summer converting the top floor with a strict deadline of July to finish the work and they were told they could not miss that deadline under any circumstances.

They became suspicious when different groups of builders were brought in to do different phases and this meant that no single group knew what they were actually building. In the final stages, the local builders were replaced by men in unmarked white vans, according to people who work in the building.

It was clear from putting the dots together that this was something to do with the 'swine flu pandemic' that the crazies plan to engineer in the next few months.

I asked the council under the Freedom of Information Act what was going on at Westridge and what was being created there. A few days ago came the reply and it was no surprise whatsoever, just confirmation of what by now is obvious:

Thank you for your request for information dated 17th August 2009 which, as you are requesting information under The Freedom of Information Act, has been passed to me as the Departmental Information Guardian for the Strategic Asset Management Service.

I can confirm that the works being undertaken at the upper floor of the Westridge Centre are to enable proper utilisation of the accommodation for Council office use and as a Disaster Recovery Centre. The works have included creating better open plan accommodation, plus the installation of a lift and accessible toilets in order to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.

What a coincidence that they should choose this time to establish a 'Disaster Recovery Centre' with a strict deadline for completion, but, of course, it is not a coincidence at all. A similar centre had been established in every county of the UK. Sources at the Isle of Wight's only airport with a tarmac runway are also reporting a sudden increase in military activity going too and fro in helicopters.

This may be just a small island off the south coast of England, but its very size allows you to see things that would be lost in a major town or city. What we are experiencing here is a smaller version of what is happening covertly everywhere - Europe, America, Canada, and so on. It is the microcosm of the macrocosm.

The H1N1 virus is called 'swine flu', but it is a laboratory-created combination of swine flu, bird flu and seasonal flu designed to justify a global programme of mass vaccinations that will inoculate a strengthened version of the virus with the intent of culling the population, short and long term.

Researchers say that the flu strain can be traced to the work of Dr Jeffrey Taubenberger and a team of geneticists and microbiologists at the US Army Institute of Pathology at Ft. Detrick, Maryland, who used supercomputers to map, or 'reverse-engineer', the flu strain that killed tens of millions in 1918.

It is claimed that this virus was then given to the drug giant, Novartis, in Basel, Switzerland, which was once a component part of the Nazi pharmaceutical cartel, I G Farben. It was Farben that ran the concentration camp at Auschwitz and the company was fundamental to the Nazi war machine.

If it is 'swine flu', why are pigs not affected in any way? We were led to believe that it broke out in Mexico on a pig farm, but, apart from the idiotic Egyptian government ordering an immediate mass culling of pigs, the porkies have never got a mention since. If it is not swine flu, which it isn't, how could it have emerged from a pig farm in Mexico?

The United Nations food agency said there was no justification for culling pigs or limiting their movements as there was no evidence the virus affected pigs or made their meat dangerous. Yes, because it is nothing to do with pigs - it has been made in a laboratory.

The UK government has estimated that some 65,000 people will die in this country from 'swine flu' this winter. How can they make such estimation when the symptoms of 'swine flu' have been extremely mild for most people and the numbers have been falling rapidly in the late summer despite efforts to fix the figures to present a false picture?

The number of people claimed to have been infected with 'swine flu' has been massively inflated by false diagnosis and that is why the World Heath Organization said that it should be diagnosed by symptoms and not by testing.

As a result, we have had children dying from meningitis that was diagnosed as 'swine flu' and others suffering from diseases like pneumonia that they were told without testing was 'swine flu' by untrained, unqualified members of the public working at swine flu 'call centres' ludicrously set up by the British government. Some of those diagnosing over the phone are as young as 16.

The call centres, by the way, were being organised long before 'swine flu' emerged in Mexico in April. Like I say, all of this has been planned way in advance.

The authorities have been telling us what is planned ever since the laboratory-created 'swine flu' was released in Mexico. Government and medical representatives in Britain, France, the United States and elsewhere warned very early on that the H1N1 strain 'could strengthen' in the Autumn/Fall and that is precisely what they plan to make it do.

They want to have access to every human body on the planet to inject a range of poisons, immune-system destroyers and almost certainly nanotechnology microchips, and at the moment they are not going to achieve that.

There is far too much scepticism among the public about both the need for the H1N1 vaccine and its safety. As things stand, there is going to be an enormous number of people who refuse to be vaccinated or have their children vaccinated.

A poll of British doctors found that half of them were not going to have the vaccine and another poll suggested that 30 per cent of nurses were taking a similar stand.

This is all thanks to a gathering awakening to the reality of the world we are experiencing and the fantastic efforts of so many to spread the truth about 'swine flu' and the vaccine on the Internet.

In short, the elite families behind the swine flu conspiracy, notably the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, are not going to get what they want as things are at present. They know that and so the plan is to change 'as things are'.

These deeply sick people plan to increase the strength of the 'swine flu' virus to impose their self-fulfilling 'prophecy' about casualties and dramatically increase the fear that is designed to break the resistance of the population to accepting the vaccine for themselves and their families.

The World Health Organization, a Rothschild-Rockefeller creation, has insisted that the vaccine contain live 'swine flu' virus, and it is highly likely that this will spread the disease through the very vaccinations that are supposed - supposed - to protect people from it.

This can be done by direct inoculation of the virus and through a phenomenon known as 'shedding' when the virus passes through the vaccine recipient via faeces, urine, saliva and mucous membranes and onto other people. Oral polio vaccine was withdrawn in the US because of this very problem, but it is still used in so-called developing countries.

Live oral polio vaccination can give people polio in the form of a disease called
vaccine-associated paralytic polio, and live polio virus has been found in the faeces of babies for up to six weeks after vaccination.

Quite a thought when you consider that children are being given around 25 vaccinations and combinations by the age of two. Anyone fancy changing a nappy?

Genetic material from the measles virus has been found in urine up to two weeks after vaccination; live rubella virus has been discovered in the nose and throat for up to 28 days after the vaccine was injected and can be passed on through breast milk; vaccine-induced chickenpox has been shown to replicate in the lung and can be passed on through various means; FluMist vaccine sprayed into the nose contains live influenza viruses and it has been proved that they can be passed on by a recipient to other people.

They say that non-vaccinated children are a danger to the vaccinated, but we can see that, in fact, the opposite is the case.

Given this background, what more effective way can there be than to circulate a strengthened 'swine flu' virus than by a mass vaccination programme? This, it is clear, is what they plan to do - plus much more besides. They have other means of circulating the virus, too.

The World Health Organization announced in July:

'In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, it is recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines is important.'

This statement was merely taken from a script written a long time ago and delivered on cue.

The term 'attenuated' means that the virus is reduced in strength, but that does not stop it infecting the vaccine recipient or being spread among the population. The 'oil-in-water adjuvants' are officially used to increase the effects of a vaccine by stimulating a bigger response from the immune system.

An adjuvant being used in the 'swine flu' vaccine is called squalene and this has the potential to increase the impact of the 'attenuated' live 'swine flu' virus and cause havoc in many other ways. Dr Joseph Mercola at Mercola.com explains the effect of squalene:

'Your immune system recognizes squalene as an oil molecule native to your body. It is found throughout your nervous system and brain. In fact, you can consume squalene in olive oil and not only will your immune system recognize it, you will also reap the benefits of its antioxidant properties.

The difference between "good" and "bad" squalene is the route by which it enters your body. Injection is an abnormal route of entry which incites your immune system to attack all the squalene in your body, not just the vaccine adjuvant.

Your immune system will attempt to destroy the molecule wherever it finds it, including in places where it occurs naturally, and where it is vital to the health of your nervous system.'

Squalene in anthrax vaccine has been fundamentally connected to the 'mysterious' outbreak of Gulf War syndrome among Gulf War veterans after 1991. A study conducted at Tulane Medical School found that virtually every soldier with Gulf War syndrome had antibodies to squalene, showing that their immune systems had reacted to it. The troops who did not have Gulf War syndrome had no anti-bodies to squalene.

Dr Viera Scheibner, a former principle research scientist in New South Wales, Australia, spent many years investigating the destructive effects of vaccines. She said of squalene:
'... this adjuvant [squalene] contributed to the cascade of reactions called "Gulf War syndrome," documented in the soldiers involved in the Gulf War. The symptoms they developed included arthritis, fibromyalgia, lymphadenopathy, rashes, photosensitive rashes, malar rashes, chronic fatigue, chronic headaches, abnormal body hair loss, non-healing skin lesions, aphthous ulcers, dizziness, weakness, memory loss, seizures, mood changes, neuropsychiatric problems, anti-thyroid effects, anaemia, elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate), systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), Raynaud's phenomenon, Sjorgren's syndrome, chronic diarrhoea, night sweats and low-grade fevers.'

The potential dangers of 'swine flu' vaccine can be seen with the experience in the United States after the mass vaccination programme in 1976. This was 'justified' by the death of a single person, an Army recruit at Fort Dix in New Jersey. A panic was then generated on the basis that he had died from a swine flu strain allegedly similar to that which killed tens of millions in 1918 (another vaccine-created disaster - see item at the end of this article).
It was later established that the recruit died because 'normal' flu had turned to pneumonia and this was compounded by dehydration and heavy physical work. He collapsed on a morning run. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted that not a single case of swine flu was confirmed.

Mass vaccinations for 'swine flu' followed the death of the Army recruit and led to hundreds of people developing Guillain-Barre syndrome, an autoimmune disorder affecting the nervous system that triggers paralysis in legs, upper limbs and face, and an inability to breathe. At least 25 died and, longer term, the figure would have been far higher.

The drug companies and the World Health Organization (WHO) are telling us that the 'swine flu' vaccine is safe when it has been revealed that 600 senior neurologists in the UK were sent a confidential letter by government health officials warning of a coming increase in Guillain-Barre syndrome as a result of the 'swine flu' vaccinations.

The letter came from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, and warned neurologists 'to be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the ... vaccine'. A senior neurologist quoted by the London Daily Mail said: 'I would not have the swine flu jab because of the GBS risk'.

Great, eh? The government 'Health Protection' Agency tells 600 neurologists about the expected effects - but not the public.

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in the United States have officially predicted 30,000 serious and potentially fatal reactions to the H1N1 vaccine while at the same time insisting that it be effective in only three out of every ten recipients. The requirement is even less for people over 65.

You might say that this was madness and it is on one level, because the people behind the global conspiracy are by any standards utterly insane. It is not bureaucratic madness, however, except in the way it plays out through the useful idiots. At its core, it is cold, calculated mass murder-type madness.

As I have been stressing for years, the same families, led by the Rothschilds and the Rockefellers, created and control the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and the Food and Drug Administration (and their equivalent around the world), and the pharmaceutical cartel, or Big Pharma. These bodies may appear to be unconnected, but they are all on the same team answering to the same masters.

Executives from drug giants Baxter International, Novartis and GlaxoSmithKline sat on the World Health Organization's vaccine advisory board that recommended mass vaccinations in July. They all move as one unit.

Baxter International of Illinois was exposed in February for contaminating vaccine materials with live bird flu virus sent to 18 locations. The virus was supplied by the World Health Organization and was mixed with seasonal flu viruses to produce a potentially deadly combination.

This 'mistake' - yeah, right - was only discovered when a laboratory in the Czech Republic tested the concoction on ferrets and they all died.

Now tens of billions of public dollars, pounds and euros are being handed to sinister corporations like Baxter International and Novartis to mass vaccinate the global population. No matter what the economic situation there is never a shortage of money when the agenda is involved, be it for wars of mass slaughter or vaccination programmes of mass slaughter. Killing people is big business - ask the weapons producers.

Austrian journalist Jane Bürgermeister has filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization, United Nations, Barack Obama, a Rockefeller, a Rothschild, and others, after she uncovered a plot to cull the population with the 'swine flu' vaccine.

She said that bird flu and swine flu have been developed in laboratories and released on the public with the aim of mass murder through vaccination. Her filed document, Bioterrorism Evidence, correctly claims that the World Health Organization, United Nations and vaccine-makers such as Baxter International and Novartis are part of a single system under the control of a core criminal group that has 'funded the development, manufacturing and release of artificial viruses in order to justify mass vaccinations with a bioweapon substance in order to eliminate the people of the USA, and so gain control of the assets, resources etc. of North America'.

Bürgermeister's 'core criminal group' is the network of interbreeding families, like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, known as the Illuminati. The plot she talks about is, of course, worldwide and not just in the United States.

Novartis and Baxter International applied for patents for this vaccine long before the engineered 'outbreak' in Mexico in April. Novartis made its provisional patent application in 2005 and it was approved in February this year. Baxter International applied for its patent in August 2008 and it came through in March, just before the virus was released in Mexico to start the whole thing rolling.

The sequence is this: patent the vaccine; release the laboratory-created 'swine flu' virus in Mexico; use the controlled and pathetic media to cause panic in the population over 'deadly' swine flu; tell the World Health Organization to declare a pandemic and demand vaccination for the entire human race; spread a strengthened virus in the vaccine and through other means to cause terror and hysteria to ensure that people line up for their jab of live virus. Oh yes, and get governments to give you blanket immunity from prosecution for the effects of your vaccine.

Drug companies would not coldly set out to kill and maim vast numbers of people? What?? That's their job. They have been doing it year after year since Big Pharma was created by John D Rockefeller, an asset of the Rothschild dynasty.

Shane Ellison was a medicinal chemist for drug companies Array BioPharma and Eli Lilly, but resigned in disgust at what he saw on the inside. He now promotes natural remedies under the title 'The People's Chemist'. He said in an article this week:

'As a young chemist working in the chemistry labs of corporate America, I watched as they promoted cancer causing drugs as anti-cancer remedies (tamoxifen). I also witnessed the pharmaceutically compliant media convince the world that depression was a disease and you needed the so-called antidepressant drug Prozac™ to treat it. I began to wonder, "How gullible are the masses?" The reaction to the swine flu scare answered this.'

American researcher Patrick Jordan uncovered World Health Organization memos dating from 1972 explaining how to kill people with vaccines by undermining the immune system, injecting viruses and creating an immune response so enormous that it kills the body. This is known as the cytokine storm.

The initial spread of Aids in the United States matched the locations of vaccination trials for Hepatitis B in homosexual communities and the initial outbreak in Africa mirrored the locations of mass smallpox vaccinations ordered by the World Health Organization with vaccine reportedly supplied by Novartis.

Big Pharma and the World Health Organization are killing machines and the cemeteries of the world are full of their victims. Gullibility can indeed be lethal.

Fear and gullibility - babes-in-arms syndrome, as I call it - will ensure that enormous numbers of unquestioning dupes race to the vaccine centres in the coming weeks and months. But the world is a lot wiser to what is going on that it was five, ten or twenty years ago and there are now very large numbers of people who can see through the lies.

This is where the police state comes in and the plan is to make the vaccine compulsory. We are already moving fast in that direction and what is now emerging in American states like Massachusetts is the blueprint for everywhere.

The Massachusetts Senate has passed the flu pandemic bill S 2028 that imposes a state of fascism whenever the governor decides to do so in the wake of a flu pandemic - like, you know, the one they plan to engineer. The bill authorises the state health commissioner, law enforcement, and medical personnel to:

* Vaccinate the population

* Enter private property with no warrants

* Quarantine people against their will

* Arrest without a warrant anyone a police officer deems has violated an isolation or quarantine order

* Jail or fine at the rate of $1,000 a day anyone in such violation

Similar isolation orders are being implemented in Florida, Washington, Iowa and North Carolina. The rest will follow and the same is planned all over the world - if we stand for it.

An internal French government document has come to light detailing covert plans to vaccinate everyone in France without exception starting on September 28th and continuing until January. The document is dated August 21st and is signed by Rosaylne Batchelot-Narquin, the French Health Minister, and Brice Hortefeux, the French Minister of Interior and Overseas Territories.

It has been sent to the heads of the country's 'defence zones', law enforcement and regional health authorities. Some of its main points are:

* Medical personnel, medical students and medical army personnel can be compelled to administer vaccines or face penalties

* 'Vaccination centers' to be established in 'secure facilities' in every region and no medical establishments will be involved, nor any general practitioners

* Schoolchildren to be vaccinated at school by special mobile pandemic vaccination teams

* The public are not to be 'informed' until the end of September

Similar documents will be circulating in all 194 member states of the World Health Organization because all this is centrally coordinated.

Documents and statements that have emerged over the years make it clear that the Illuminati cabal and their bloodline families want to dramatically reduce the global population to perhaps as low as 500 million - more than six billion fewer than at present.

The 'elite' families behind the mass 'swine flu' vaccinations are the origin of the 'master race' eugenics movement with Adolf Hitler their most high-profile advocate. The Rockfeller family, who are Rothschild subordinates, financed Hitler's 'race purity' expert, Ernst Rudin, at the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Munich, and many other leading eugenicists.

Rudin was president of the International Federation of Eugenic Organizations and a global figure in the eugenics movement which advocated - still advocates - the removal of 'inferior' people through segregation, sterilisation and extermination to create a 'better' or 'master' race.

The population cullers are the driving force behind the swine flu vaccination programme. The President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology in the United States warned this week that swine flu was a 'threat to our nation', estimated that 90,000 could die, and said everyone must be vaccinated.

This Council of Advisors is chaired by John P Holdren, the director of the White House Office of Science and Technology. Holdren co-wrote a book in 1977, called Ecoscience, that details proposals to mass sterilise the population by medicating food and the water supply and to impose a regime of forced abortion, government seizure of children born out of wedlock and mandatory bodily implants designed to prevent pregnancy.

Holdren wrote the book with those infamous population-control extremists, Paul and Anne Ehrlich, and have no doubt that such sterlisation plans have long been implemented - sperm counts have dropped by a third since 1989 and by half in 50 years.

Holdren has been desperately trying to deny that he supports forced population control after the content of Ecoscience was recently exposed. This is rather difficult, however, when you have co-written a 1,000-page textbook advocating exactly that.

The plan is to introduce compulsory vaccination and they are moving there step by step with the announcement this week that it will be mandatory for all military personnel starting in October.

Public resistance to compulsory vaccination makes even more sense of the story I revealed in 2008 about how designated police officers in each county of the United Kingdom were preparing for a 'coming war' and mass public protests in the streets. I have no doubt that a war is on the agenda, too, at some point, but it is clear that this preparation also involves the public reaction to compulsory vaccinations. This, in turn, connects with the establishment of 'Disaster Recovery Centres' in each county.

One of these designated 'prepare for war' police officers told his friend (who contacted me) that they were preparing for the military to be on the streets with the police to deal with mass protests.

Other uniform professions, like private security guards, traffic wardens and CCTV operators, would perform the other duties of the police while they were dealing with the protests, the police officer said.

This is happening with traffic wardens, who once dealt only with parking offences, now renamed 'civil enforcement officers' and given powers that were exclusively those of the police. The UK government also announced a new designation called an 'accredited person' - private security guards, CCTV operators etc., who will be given some of the powers of police officers.

The Pentagon has recently asked Congress for clearance to post nearly 400,000 military personnel throughout the United States in the event of an 'emergency' and 'major disaster' under the control of US Northern Command, or 'NorthCom'.

In truth, large numbers of these troops will not even be American. The military has been amassing an army of foreign troops to patrol the streets of America in the knowledge that many American soldiers will be reluctant to fire on their own people.

NorthCom is the domestic military operation created as a Problem-Reaction-Solution after 9/11 to 'protect' the 'homeland' from 'terrorists' (We the People). NorthCom is also responsible for 'theatre security cooperation' with Canada and Mexico. These people love their Orwellian language.

General Victor Renuart, the head of NorthCom, has produced plans for the miltary to work with FEMA, the Illuminati's truly evil Federal Emergency Management Agency, in the event of a major swine flu outbreak and is awaiting approval from Bush and Obama 'Defense' Secretary, Robert Gates. It will, of course, be granted.
Renuart gave public testimony in March, a month before the 'swine flu' outbreak in Mexico, that NorthCom had prepared for a flu outbreak originating in Mexico. He said NorthCom was focused on 'developing and improving procedures to respond to potentially catastrophic events such as pandemic influenza outbreak ...' Was he a prophet? No, he knew what was coming.

I can't say when all this will kick-off in earnest, but you can see the pieces being rapidly moved into place hour by hour. The vaccinations will be underway in weeks and everything will follow from that as the months unfold.

We need to be strong and we need to be unified. What does someone's religion, colour, income bracket or sexuality matter when you are faced with this satanic agenda? This is not about killing and maiming white people, black people, Muslims, Hindus or Jews. It is an attack on the health and freedoms of all of us, so we must meet that threat as One.

We need to come together in mutual support with unbreakable determination and a backbone that will not wilt.

No matter what the intimidation we must refuse the vaccination for ourselves and our families and make it as difficult as possible for the authorities to impose their will. If people react with violent protest, they will be handing all the aces to the police state. It is not a violent response that we need, but a calm and peaceful mass campaign of non-cooperation.

A system run by a few cannot function if the masses will not cooperate with it.

Calmness is essential or we stop thinking straight and never was there a more important time to think straight than in the months and years ahead before this control system is dismantled.

Hey, and you in the middle and lower ranks of administration in governments and their agencies; you in uniform, be it the military, police, whatever ... What the hell are you doing? You have children and grandchildren, too. What the hell are you doing?

Dr Marc Girard, a specialist in the side effects of drugs and a medical expert commissioned by French courts, has said said on French TV that the “swine flu” vaccine could cause 60,000 deaths in France, especially among young people, children and pregnant women.

Trials for the experimental H1N1 Swine flu vaccine commence Tuesday, September 15th in Thornton, Colorado. Novartis, a bio-pharmaceutical company that manufactures the vaccine, is recommending that children participating in the trial receive two doses of an experimental vaccine which contain ingredients found in spermicides, cleaners, and cosmetics along with thimerosal and squalene (MF59). Everyone should have a sense of concern as the only safety checks for these children are a few blood draws and follow-up phone calls. No neurological testing. No kidding.

Official opinions from federal agencies, such as the CDC, insist that the new vaccine will be safe and effective. Experts say we can trust the new H1N1 experimental vaccine because the technology used to create the vaccine is time tested. Experts argue that the only variable changing from the ‘normal’ flu vaccine and the H1N1 experimental vaccine is the novel A/H1N1 antigen. In other words, the same vaccine ‘technology’ is used but with the new virus.

However, this is the furthest thing from the actual TRUTH. As will be demonstrated, the following information was obtained through enrolling a family member into the study to gain an understanding as to what the ingredients would be. After finding out the the information I am about to share, enrollment in this trial has been canceled.

SETTING THE STAGE ON SAFETY AND SQUALENE (MF59)

I met with the research coordinator for the study along with Dr. Melamed, an immunologist conducting the study. Dr. Melamed altruistically shared his knowledge answering questions concerning immunology and the technology behind the vaccine while remaining evasive on questions of what was in the vaccine and legal ramifications if harm was done. Dr. Melamed reassured me several times that the experimental H1N1 vaccine was created just like past vaccines and that the technology was well established.

Requests for package inserts for the ingredients of the experimental H1N1 vaccine were denied on the grounds that this was a study and that information is privileged. However, we can still piece together some of the ingredients based upon the parental consent form.

“MF59 is an adjuvant which is used in influenza vaccines licensed for the adults and/or elderly in many countries worldwide, but it is not contained in any vaccines currently approved in the United States.” (page 2)

Isn’t it interesting that the study states it is licensed for adults and elderly? This study is designed for children between the ages of 3 and 8 and they plan on shooting up newborns and pregnant women with this stuff? Buyer beware.

Dr. Sherri Tenpenny also elaborates on the deleterious effects of the Squalene Adjuvant in a 2006 article entitled, "FLU SHOTS AND THE NEW ADJUVANTS: BEWARE!" and can be found in its entirety here. An excerpt from Dr. Tenpenny's article can give a better appreciation and understanding of what squalene is capable of in the body...

"On first blush, squalene seems like a good choice for an adjuvant. Manufactured naturally in the liver, squalene is a precursor for cholesterol. In addition, squalene can be purchased at health food stores in its more commonly known form, “shark liver oil.” However, ingested squalene has a completely different effect on the body than injected squalene. When molecules of squalene enter the body through an injection, even at concentrations as small as 10 to 20 parts per billion, it can lead to self-destructive immune responses, such as autoimmune arthritis and lupus.

Several mechanisms have been proposed to explain this reaction. Metabolically, squalene stimulates an immune response excessively and nonspecifically. More than two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers from ten different laboratories throughout the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Australia have been published documenting the development of autoimmune disease in animals subjected to squalene-based adjuvants. “Carcinogenicity, we (Dr. Deborah Novicki of Novartis, another pharmaceutical company) have done no testing for the carcinogenicity of MF59 adjuvant or any of our preventive vaccines. We haven’t done it and we don’t plan to.”

This information is found on a workshop on adjuvants and adjuvanted preventative and therapeutic vaccines hosted by the FDA. This gem of a quote is on page 391.

STRANGE BEDFELLOWS: THIMEROSAL AND SPERMICIDES

Further down we see that, while not mentioned explicitly as ingredients, one can deduce they are in the vaccine via an implied allergic reaction.

"If your child has had an allergic reaction in the past to eggs, egg products, neomycin or polymyxin (antibiotics), sodium ethylmercurothiosalicylate or thimerosal (compounds containing mercury that are frequently used as preservatives in vaccines), beta propriolactone (substance that inactivates a virus), or nonoxynol 9 (substance commonly used in cleaners, cosmetics, and spermicides), you must tell the medical staff..." Thimerosal has been thoroughly exposed as a neurological toxin largely in part and much gratitude to Lyn Redwood who obtained the meeting minutes from a secret meeting between government officials and pharmaceutical companies discussing the effects of the mercury additive. The document is called the Simpsonwood document and details exclusively the neurological harm thimerosal causes in children. One can only wonder the harmful effects nonoxynol 9 could bring.I could find no past flu vaccine that contained this ingredient nor study showing it is safe to inject into humans.

At this point, it must be said. According to the CDC’s vaccine schedule, children now receive 36 vaccines prior to going into kindergarten. This fall season will add 4 additional vaccines to this total for a grand total of 40!? And we’re not even getting warmed up…for the rest:

OVERVIEW

Let us recap.
1. The vaccine contains squalene (MF59) which has not been tested for causing cancer.
2. The vaccine contains thimerosal, a known culprit in causing autism and neurological deficits.
3. The vaccine curiously contains nonoxynol-9 used in spermicides.
4. The vaccine will likely cause (and spread) the flu.
5. No neurological testing will be done to ensure the vaccine is safe from harmful neurological side effects.
6. Monitoring for safety will last 13 months, well beyond the flu season.

As to my knowledge, this information is the first of its kind validating the ingredients and the intent to use them on the population. Buyer beware of this vaccine as we are likely to see an onslaught of damaged men, women, and children if there are forced vaccines. The ‘new’ experimental vaccine is certainly unlike any other that we, as Americans, have been exposed to in the past.

Why test a vaccine exactly, if you already have decided what the outcomes can or cannot be? Apparently Heir Doctor will only accept ‘redness and swelling at the injection site’ as a side effect.

The article does not say which version of the vaccine he got. Wish there was more information on this case.

(NaturalNews) It's getting crazy out there. New revelations about the novel H1N1 vaccine are raising more questions than ever about its safety while there's a new drive to push shots of the stuff as quickly as possible on perfectly healthy pregnant women. That means the most vulnerable of all -- unborn children -- will be exposed to a little-tested vaccine. According to a CDC authored article just published in the British journal Lancet, "Once available, vaccination will be an essential component of the public health response to this influenza, and US guidelines place pregnant women in a high-priority group for receipt of pandemic influenza vaccine."

Note the keys words in the statement: "once available". The words you might expect, "once thoroughly tested for safety," are nowhere to be found. According to an article just published in the Denver Post, Dr. Keiji Fukuda, the World Health Organization's (WHO) own flu chief, has warned about the potential dangers of untested vaccines (although he has stopped short of criticizing Europe's full-steam-ahead approach of promoting H!NI vaccinations).

To top it off, now comes word out of the FDA's Vaccine and Related Biologic Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) meeting held on July 23rd that the H1N1 vaccine is going to be laced with the mercury containing preservative thimerosal. That's right, the same thimerosal that was banned in influenza vaccines in California and several other states starting in 2004. The reason? The mercury-laden toxin has been linked to a number of health concerns -- including worries thimerosal caused or contributed to the current autism epidemic.

The increasing militarization of preparations for an outbreak of swine flu is proceeding rapidly and without very much public debate, despite the relatively mild nature of the disease so far and the fact that many experts believe the panic has been overblown.

Earlier this week, Republican Representative Paul Broun of Georgia warned a town hall meeting that a “socialistic elite” may be preparing to declare martial law in the United States using a pandemic disease as the pretext. “They’re trying to develop an environment where they can take over,” he told attendees according to an article in the Athens Banner-Herald. “We’ve seen that historically.”

In another alarming development this week, National Guard troops are involved in a drill to take over a high school in Maine to deal with potential riots and panic over distribution of treatment for the H1N1 virus, the Maine Sun Journal reported Thursday. “The National Guardsmen will take on the roles of panicked citizens and military police and practice what they would do, such as using tear gas, in the case of a riot,” said the newspaper article entitled “National Guard Drill at High School to Prepare for Possible H1N1 Riot.” The story also noted that local law enforcement would be involved.

China Orders Mandatory H1N1 Vaccinations

China has issued its first warrant for mass inoculation with domestic A/H1N1 flu vaccine, the first country in the world to do so, Health Minister Chen Zhu said Tuesday.

Chen said the warrant was issued by the State Food and Drug Administration Monday after the safety and effectiveness of the vaccines had been proved in clinical tests.

The first people to receive the vaccinations will be those attending celebrations for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, Chen said.

The celebration on Oct. 1 consists of a military parade, a mass pageant and a gala. The pageant alone will involve about 200,000 citizens.

Chen said protection would also be given to vulnerable groups, such as carriers of chronic disease, school students and medical staff.

French Government Plans Mass Swine Flu Vaccination Program

A shocking internal document outlines the French government’s plans to impose a mass swine flu vaccination program on the entire population which would be focused around regional vaccination centers and would be carried out by H1N1 injection teams, completely bypassing medical establishments and GP’s.

French Health Minister Roselyne Bachelot told the Associated Press last week that the vaccination campaign would be “voluntary,” but she urged all French residents to receive the shot when the vaccine becomes ready in mid-October. 94 million doses of the vaccine, more than enough to cover France’s population of 61.5 million, were purchased at a cost of €1 billion euros and the first batches have already been received.

However, a leaked internal government document signed by Batchelot and Minister of the Interior Brice Hortefeux describes a systematic procedure for vaccinating the entire population via specially secured “vaccination centers” that will be set up across the country and staffed by vaccine “teams” working in four hour bloc shifts.

According to the document, schoolchildren will also be vaccinated by mobile injection squads who will travel from school to school, covering the entire country. Babies from 6 months old will also be given the shot.

Crucially, GP’s and medical establishments will have no role in the vaccination program, a factor that leaves the plan resembling more of a military operation than a public health campaign.

While avoiding volatile rhetoric about “forced” injections, the document does state that the entire population will be vaccinated without exception, thereby implying that the shots will be mandatory, contradicting public statements made by Health Minister Batchelot.

Another vital aspect to the document is that it describes tracking procedures for keeping tabs on who has and who has not taken the vaccine, which will be done through microchipped state medical ID cards that all French residents hold by law. Data will be centralized to identify those citizens who have not taken the vaccine.

According to an analysis of the document posted on theflucase.com, “Data from the health insurance bodies are to be used to ensure that everyone receives the toxic “swine flu” jab. The need to implement measures to track every single person in France to determine whether they have been vaccinated or not is stressed.”

The August 21st document issued by the French government appears to be a chilling plan to initiate the mass murder of the French population by means of toxic vaccines under the cover of offering protection against a pandemic in just four weeks time.

Similar documents are believed to be circulating in all 194 member states of the WHO.

It is addressed to high ranking government officials who are ordered to prepare to supervise and coordinate the implementation of the forced vaccination programme in their regions, and to submit appropriate plans by the middle of September.

The general public is only to be “informed” at the end of September of the plans by means of communications to the local press.

The establishment of large-scale vaccine centers in “secure” facilities is a chilling echo of the Nazi concentration camps such as Buchenwald where inmates were killed by injections.

The French plan lists in detail the duties the “vaccination” teams are to perform, the layout of the vaccination centers, the location of the furniture, such as tables, and the number of vaccinations to be carried out in specific time frames by centers of various sizes.

The number of people prescribed to be vaccinated in four-hour sessions by a typical “vaccine team” is 360.

A typical vaccination “post” is to consist of “three agents”, one “agent” responsible for “preparing” the vaccines, one for administering them and one for tracking people who have been vaccinated.

The document mentions French laws (Article L3131-8 and Article L3131-9) that compel medical personnel to administer vaccines by government decree or face penalties, a factor which clearly implies that some health workers will face difficulties arising out of people who refuse to take the shot.

As we have previously documented, the swine flu vaccine is being rushed through safety procedures while governments have provided pharmaceutical companies with blanket immunity from lawsuits arriving out of the vaccine causing deaths and injuries.

It was previously revealed that some batches of the vaccine will contain mercury, a toxin linked with autism and neurological disorders. The vaccine will also contain the dangerous ingredient squalene, which has been directly linked with cases of Gulf War Syndrome and a host of other debilitating diseases.

It was also recently reported that the UK government sent a confidential letter to senior neurologists telling them to be on the alert for cases of a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

While the fact that the government would plan to forcibly vaccinate people against their will, amidst rising awareness of the dangers associated with the untested H1N1 vaccine, is a shocking story in and of itself, the question of whether they would ultimately be successful in doing so is another matter entirely.

The French people are renowned for cherishing their personal liberty and resisting government enforced tyranny and are nowhere near as apathetic as their English neighbors across the channel. The French routinely go on strike, conduct mass demonstrations and set up blockades when the government attempts to force through unpopular measures, and the response to an attempt on behalf of the state to forcibly vaccinate people against their will would be no different.

ALBANY — Workers at Capital Region hospitals are going to have to get a flu shot this year or face losing their jobs.

The requirement is part of a new emergency regulation adopted earlier this month by the State Hospital Review and Planning Council that requires that all hospital workers get the flu vaccine — and that it be a requirement for employment.

Hospitals are quickly trying to assemble new workplace policies to comply with the regulation, and those that have been put in place threaten disciplinary action and even termination if workers, from janitors and food service workers to doctors and nurses, refuse to get the shots. The policy affects about 25,000 people in the region.

Albany Medical Center, the region’s leading hospital, sent out announcements to workers earlier this week saying employees had to get flu shots by Oct. 16. Spokesman Gregory McGarry said the hospital may take “corrective action” against employees if they don’t comply, although he declined to get into specifics about what type of penalties they would face.

H1N1 Swine Flu Pandemic: Iowa Contemplates “Forced Confinement” in a “Quarantine Facility”

Iowa public health officials have acknowledged the existence of a blank template entitled FACILITY QUARANTINE ORDER in the case of a Novel Influenza A H1N1 pandemic. The official press release states, however, that there is no draft or text of a “Quarantine Order” by the Iowa Department of Public Health.

Reported by the Iowa Independent:

“A quarantine template created by the Iowa Department of Public Health and accessible through the Centers for Disease Control Web site should not be of great concern, according to a press release from health department officials. ‘IDPH wants to make it clear that Iowa has not issued any isolation and quarantine orders for novel influenza A (H1N1), and has no plans to issue any this fall,’ officials wrote in the press release. The IDPH suggests in this regard that the drafting of public health templates is a routine undertaking, while also confirming that ”in preparation for public health emergencies,” …“isolation and quarantine orders are only very rarely used in very specific situations.” (emphasis added).

The last statement of the IDPH is notoriously ambiguous: If indeed isolation and quarantine orders are rarely used, why then was a template prepared which explicitly contemplates an ORDER pertaining to a QUARANTINE FACILITY? Moreover, the template was issued on May 1st, at the very outset of the H1N1 swine flu crisis in Mexico, barely two days after the WHO declared a level 5 pandemic advisory on April 29th.

Are we playing on words?

The template already contains the essential features of a formal QUARANTINE ORDER, which suggests that quarantine procedures are contemplated within the Iowa Department of Public Health. The result of these procedures have led to the formulation of the blank template.

The issue, therefore, is not whether a quarantine order has been activated. The issue is

1) the State of Iowa has contemplated a policy of “forced confinement”,

2) at some future date, in the next few months, the blank template entitled FACILITY QUARANTINE ORDER could be activated with a view to actually implementing the quarantine precedures.

Also of significance is the fact that this template entitled FACILITY QUARANTINE ORDER has been endorsed by the Atlanta based Center for Disease Control (CDC), which has published the document on its website.The CDC is the main federal agency responsible for H1N1 pandemic preparedness in coordination with other governmental agencies including FEMA, Homeland Security, State and municipal governments, as well as in liaison with the WHO.

There are two quarantine documents on the CDC’s website. The first refers to HOME QUARANTINE ORDER, the second to FACILITY QUARANTINE ORDER. (pdf)

We are not dealing with rumors. The FACILITY QUARANTINE ORDER document posted on the website of the CDC, a federal government agency, envisages quite explicitly “forced confinement” in the case of the H1N1 swine flu:

“The Department has determined that it is necessary to quarantine your movement to a specific facility to prevent further spread of this disease. The Department has determined that quarantine in your home and other less restrictive alternatives are not acceptable because [insert the reason home quarantine is not acceptable, the person violated a previously issued home quarantine order, the person does not have an appropriate home setting conducive to home quarantine, etc.] The Department is therefore ordering you to comply with the following provisions during the entire period of quarantine:

1. Terms of confinement. You are ordered to remain at the quarantine facility, _____________________ [insert name and address of facility], from ___________ to ____________ [insert dates of quarantine].

….

4. Legal authority. This order is issued pursuant to the legal authority contained at Iowa Code chapters 135, 139A and 641 Iowa Administrative Code chapter 1, a copy of which is labeled Attachment B and is attached to this order for your review. The Department shall comply with the principles for quarantine contained in subrule 1.9(3) of this attachment when issuing and implementing this order.

5. Ensuring compliance. In order to ensure that you strictly comply with this Quarantine Order the Department or persons authorized by the Department may regularly inspect the quarantine facility.

6. Violations of order. If you fail to comply with this Quarantine Order you may be ordered to be quarantined in a more restrictive facility. In addition, failure to comply with this order is a simple misdemeanor for which you may be arrested, fined, and imprisoned.”

This is an official document of the Iowa State government, which has also been endorsed by the Centre for Disease Control (CDC). If it were a preliminary or internal draft, it would not have been published by the CDC. The question is whether similar quarantine procedures are being replicated in other states across America.

Vaccines which have been approved by the responsible government authorities for vaccination against the alleged H1N1 Influenza A Swine Flu have been found to contain nano particles. Vaccine makers have been experimenting with nanoparticles as a way to “turbo charge” vaccines for several years. Now it has come out that the vaccines approved for use in Germany and other European countries contain nanoparticles in a form that reportedly attacks healthy cells and can be deadly. ....

..In 2007 researchers at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) announced in an article in the journal, Nature Biotechnology, that they had developed a “nanoparticle that can deliver vaccines more effectively, with fewer side effects, and at a fraction of the cost of current vaccine technologies.” The article went on to describe the effects of their breakthrough: “At a mere 25 nanometers, these particles are so tiny that once injected, they flow through the skin’s extracellular matrix, making a beeline to the lymph nodes. Beijing Tests confirm deadly effects on humans....

The fact that WHO, the European Medicines Evaluation Agency, the German Robert Koch Institute and other health bodies today would permit the population to be injected with largely untested novel vaccines containing nanoparticles says more about the powerful pharma lobby in Euiropean politics than it does about the sanity or moral integrity of the civil servants responsible for health of the general public. ....

The September 2009 issue of the respected European Respiratory Journal, made public on 19 August, and available since 21 August online, contains a peer-reviewed article with the title, “Exposure to nanoparticles is related to pleural effusion, pulmonary fibrosis and granuloma.” ....

The article describes tests carried out in 2008 at the elite Beijing Chaoyang Hospital on seven young women. All seven, ages 18-47 had been exposed to nanoparticles for 5–13 months in their common workplace. All were admitted to the hospital with shortness of breath and pleural effusions, or excessive fluids surrounding the lungs, inhibiting breathing. None of the seven had ever smoked and none were in any special risk group. Doctors carefully tested for every possibility and confirmed that the lung problems had a common origin—regular inhalation of nanoparticles in their factory. They had been exposed to Polyacrylat nanoparticles. ....

The tests confirmed the nanoparticles had set off a “super-meltdown” reaction in the patients. Despite all heroic efforts of doctors, two of the seven died from the lung complications. 2 ....

In their report, the scientists concluded something so alarming it is necessary to quote at length: ....

“Immunological tests, examinations of bacteriology, virology and tumour markers, bronchoscopy, internal thoracoscopy and video-assisted thoracic surgery were performed. Surveys of the workplace, clinical observations and examinations of the patients were conducted. Polyacrylate, consisting of nanoparticles, was confirmed in the workplace. Pathological examinations of patients' lung tissue displayed nonspecific pulmonary inflammation, pulmonary fibrosis and foreign-body granulomas of pleura. Using transmission electron microscopy, nanoparticles were observed to lodge in the cytoplasm and caryoplasm of pulmonary epithelial and mesothelial cells, but are also located in the chest fluid. These cases arouse concern that long-term exposure to some nanoparticles without protective measures may be related to serious damage to human lungs.“3....

To date Animal studies and in vitro experiments show that nanoparticles can result in lung damage and other toxicity in animals, but no reports on the clinical toxicity in humans due to nanoparticles prior to the Beijing study had been made. ....

The Beijing Chaoyang Hospital study has now conclusively confirmed that nanoparticles cause lung damage and other toxicity in humans as well. At this point in time, when two of the approved vaccines planned to be mass distributed in Germany and elsewhere contain nanoparticles, failure of the relevant responsible public health and epidemiology officials to order an immediate emergency freeze on distribution of any vaccine containing nanoparticles can only be considered tantamount to criminal negligence. for the rest...

(NaturalNews) Two shocking bits of news about the H1N1 swine flu virus emerged this week. The first is that the widely-circulating swine flu virus may be a lot more dangerous than people have so far been told: It appears to resemble the 1918 pandemic virus in the fact that it is capable of embedding itself deep in lung tissue and causing deadly infections. This is very different from the more common "seasonal flu" which does not replicate in the lungs.

Explaining this concept, lead researcher Yoshihiro Kawaoka of the University of Wisconsin wrote in the journal Nature: "When we conducted the experiments in ferrets and monkeys, the seasonal virus did not replicate in the lungs... The H1N1 virus replicates significantly better in the lungs."

As Reuters reports, Kawaoka also added, "There is a misunderstanding about this virus... There is clear evidence the virus is different than seasonal influenza."

The 1918 influenza pandemic killed at least 40 million people globally (and probably many more). Also remember: That was a time when obesity was extremely rare. Today, obesity is alarmingly common among first-world nations, and obesity is now suspected of making a person highly susceptible to swine flu fatalities (http://www.naturalnews.com/026602_p...).

World Health Organization gets aggressive with vaccination recommendations

Meanwhile, the World Health Organization -- always a trusty friend of Big Pharma -- has announced that swine flu is "unstoppable" and is now directing all the nations of the world to vaccinate their citizens against the H1N1 influenza strain. This is essentially an order for global mandatory vaccinations.

And yet, at the same time the WHO is recommending mass global vaccinations against the swine flu, it also states on its own website that such vaccines have never been proven safe. In its own words (http://www.who.int/csr/disease/swin...):

[Emphasis added] "Since new technologies are involved in the production of some pandemic vaccines, which have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety in certain population groups, it is very important to implement post-marketing surveillance of the highest possible quality. In addition, rapid sharing of the results of immunogenicity and post-marketing safety and effectiveness studies among the international community will be essential for allowing countries to make necessary adjustments to their vaccination policies."

In other words: Use the people as guinea pigs and see who dies first!

It's not difficult to decode the WHO's language in this case. The vaccines aren't safe, so they're recommending that people given the vaccines be watched closely to see what happens (who dies).

And just to make sure more people die, the WHO is also recommending such vaccines use "live attenuated influenza."

As stated on the WHO's website:

"In view of the anticipated limited vaccine availability at global level and the potential need to protect against "drifted" strains of virus, SAGE recommended that promoting production and use of vaccines such as those that are formulated with oil-in-water adjuvants and live attenuated influenza vaccines was important."

Inject yourself with live attenuated influenza!

What, exactly, is "live attenuated influenza?" It means live viruses that have been weakened, but may still pose a danger to human health.

Big Pharma, of course, is more than happy to comply with this order... they're getting paid billions to make the live influenza vaccines, after all. Notably, Baxter Pharmaceuticals has already been caught inserting live avian flu viruses in vaccine materials, and other drug companies are only too happy to follow suit. But why, you ask, would governments want to inject their populations with live attenuated influenza DNA? And why would the World Health Organization aggressively promote such a measure, especially since the number of swine flu fatalities so far is exceedingly small?

There are numerous theories on that. I don't claim to know the right answer, but here are some of the theories being talked about by people in the know (people who aren't fooled by Big Government / Big Pharma propaganda):

The population control theory: The swine flu was engineered in a lab, then released in Mexico City precisely to cause a public reaction where people and lawmakers would demand global vaccinations. Those vaccines, in turn, would be intentionally laced with live virus samples designed to kill a large number of people and reduce the global population. All the deaths, of course, could be blamed on the virus; and the drug companies would get rich in the process!

The Big Pharma profit theory: Swine flu vaccines are being pushed globally in order to funnel more profits into the hands of the drug companies. And the more people get sick from the "live attenuated viruses" in the vaccines, the more repeat business the drug companies make from sick patients!

The chemtrail / vaccine binary poison theory: Chemtrails have exposed the populations in major world cities to the first half of a binary poison. The mandatory swine flu vaccines will complete the binary recipe, poisoning people with another seemingly innocent cocktail of chemicals that just happen to combine with the chemtrail poisons and result in widespread death.

The do-gooder theory: [This is a favorite theory of doctors, drug company reps and public health authorities.] All those conspiracy theories are bunk. Letter Sparks Investigation of Baxter Vaccine by New Zealand Minister of Health

(NaturalNews) The New Zealand Minister of Health, Hon Tony Ryall, has asked the Ministry of Health officials to urgently advise him on issues raised about a "swine flu" vaccine produced by Baxter International Inc. This follows his receipt of a letter raising concerns about whether vaccines produced by Baxter for "swine flu" can be trusted.

In an open letter to all members of the New Zealand House of Parliament, Penny Bright, Media Spokesperson for Water Pressure Group, a judicially recognized Public Watchdog for Metrowater, water and Auckland regional governance matters, raises a series of questions and concerns about the safety of the vaccine. She demands to know whether Baxter products are currently being used in New Zealand for the "swine flu", "bird flu" or any other type of flu.

Bright highlights the fact that Baxter is currently facing criminal charges for producing contaminated "bird flu" vaccine that date back to February of this year when it became known that the company had sent out 72 kilos of live "bird flu" virus supplied by the World Health Organization in the winter of 2009 to 16 laboratories in four countries. Burmeister's allegations claim that clear evidence exists that the pharmaceutical company and international government agencies actively conspired in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

Last December, the Austrian branch of Baxter sent a batch of ordinary human H3N2 flu, altered so it could not replicate, to Avir Green Hills Biotechnology, also in Austria. In February, a lab in the Czech Republic working for Avir alerted Baxter that, unexpectedly, ferrets inoculated with a sample from the shipment had died. It was discovered that the sample contained live H5N1, which was to be used by Baxter to make vaccine. Baxter claims the two mixed by error, and called the incident a simple "accident".

According to an article appearing in The Times of India on March 6, Markus Reinhard of Baxter said no one was infected because the H3N2 was handled at a high level of containment. But world renowned virologist Ab Osterhause of Erasmus University in the Netherlands has stated emphatically that great lengths must be taken to make sure this kind of thing does not happen again. In May, Osterhaus told participants at Europe's largest conference on infectious diseases that the outbreak of influenza A H1N1 is without question the most important event of the past 40 years in human influenza. He stressed that the current H1N1 threat is serious.

Accidental release of the mixture of live H5N1 and H3N2 virus subtypes could have resulted in extremely dire consequences. Although H5N1 does not easily infect people, H3N2 does. Anyone exposed to a mixture of the two strains and simultaneously infected with both could serve as a human incubator for a hybrid virus able to transmit easily to other people and their communities. This is the outcome feared by many scientists in the U.S. for the fall flu season, and the stated reason for the push to get everyone vaccinated, even if by force.

In her open letter, Bright asks members of the New Zealand Parliament to consider whether they would consent to being injected with a "swine flu" vaccine produced by Baxter while it is under investigation for charges it produced contaminated "bird flu" vaccine. She asks Parliament members if they would consent to having their own children and grandchildren vaccinated with Baxter's product which is slated to appear on the market this month.

She also asks them to consider a situation in which their consent to vaccination or lack thereof was overridden under emergency legislation arising from the New Zealand Epidemic Preparedness Act 2006, and to consider their response to mandatory or forced vaccination.

Under the Epidemic Preparedness Act 2006, broad powers are granted to the Medical Officer of Health in response to the threat or emergence of a new epidemic. These powers include the ability to require a person to undergo a medical examination (section 70(1)(e)); require persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, animals, or things to be isolated, quarantined, or disinfected (section 70(1)(f)); require people to remain in quarantine until they have been medically examined and found to be free from infectious disease, and until they have undergone any prescribed preventive treatment (section 70(1)(h); close any premise (section 70(1)(la) or all premises within a certain area (section 70(1)(m)(i)-(ii); forbid people to congregate in outdoor places of amusement or recreations, whether public or private (section 70(1)(m)(iii)-(iv); and take possession of personal property including land, buildings, vehicles, medicines, and other things, and for purposes including the accommodation or treatment of patients, disposal of bodies, transportation of patients, medical personnel, medicine etcetera (section 71(1)).

These powers are automatically engaged when an epidemic notice is issued, much like the set up in the U.S. which allows for similar powers to automatically come into effect with the declaration of Pandemic Level 6. A Pandemic Level 6 alert was declared on June, 11th.

The powers of the Medical Officer of Health include ordering the removal of any person to a hospital for isolation if he or she has reason to believe or suspect that the person, whether suffering from an infectious disease or not, is likely to cause the spread of any infectious disease (section 79).

Journalist Files Charges against WHO and UN for Bioterrorism and Intent to Commit Mass Murder

The charges contend that these defendants conspired with each other and others to devise, fund and participate in the final phase of the implementation of a covert international bioweapons program involving the pharmaceutical companies Baxter and Novartis. They did this by bioengineering and then releasing lethal biological agents, specifically the "bird flu" virus and the "swine flu virus" in order to have a pretext to implement a forced mass vaccination program which would be the means of administering a toxic biological agent to cause death and injury to the people of the U.S. This action is in direct violation of the Biological Weapons Anti-terrorism Act.

She claims this evidence offers clear proof that the pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies themselves are actively engaged in producing, developing, manufacturing and distributing biological agents classified as the most deadly bioweapons on earth in order to trigger a pandemic and cause mass death.

In her April charges, she noted that Baxter's lab in Austria, one of the supposedly most secure biosecurity labs in the world, did not adhere to the most basic and essential steps to keep 72 kilos of a pathogen classified as a bioweapon secure and separate from all other substances under stringent biosecurity level regulations, but it allowed it to be mixed with the ordinary human flu virus and sent from its facilities in Orth in the Donau.

In February, when a staff member at BioTest in the Czech Republic tested the material meant for candidate vaccines on ferrets, the ferrets died. This incident was not followed up by any investigation from the WHO, EU, or Austrian health authorities. There was no investigation of the content of the virus material, and there is no data on the genetic sequence of the virus released.

In answer to parliamentary questions on May 20th, the Austrian Health Minister, Alois Stoger, revealed that the incident had been handled not as a biosecurity lapse, as it should have been, but as an offence against the veterinary code. A veterinary doctor was sent to the lab for a brief inspection.

Burgermeister's dossier reveals that the release of the virus was to be an essential step for triggering a pandemic that would allow the WHO to declare a Level 6 Pandemic. She lists the laws and decrees that would allow the UN and WHO to take over the United States in the event of pandemic. In addition, legislation requiring compliance with mandatory vaccinations would be put into force in the U.S. under conditions of pandemic declaration.

She charges that the entire "swine flu" pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population. She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This "swine flu" is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.

WHO's claim that this "swine flu" is spreading and a pandemic must be declared ignores the fundamental causes. The viruses that were released were created and released with the help of WHO, and WHO is overwhelmingly responsible for the pandemic in the first place. In addition, the symptoms of the supposed "swine flu" are indistinguishable from regular flu or from the common cold. The "swine flu" does not cause death anymore often than the regular flu causes death.

Burgermeister notes that the figures for deaths reported for the "swine flu" are inconsistent and there is no clarity as to how the number of "deaths" has been documented.

There is no pandemic potential unless mass vaccinations are carried out to weaponize the flu under the guise of protecting the population. There are reasonable grounds for believing that the mandatory vaccines will be purposely contaminated with diseases that are specifically designed to cause death.

Reference is made to a licensed Novartis bird flu vaccine that killed 21 homeless people in Poland in the summer of 2008 and had as its "primary outcome measure" an "adverse events rate", thereby meeting the U.S. government's own definition of a bioweapon (a biological agent designed to cause an adverse events rate, i.e death or injury) with a delivery system (injection).

She alleges that the same complex of international pharmaceutical companies and international government agencies that have developed and released pandemic material have positioned themselves to profit from triggering the pandemic with contracts to supply vaccines. In the U.S. since 2008, Burgermeister charges that those named in her allegations have implemented new and/or accelerated the implementation of laws and regulations designed to strip the citizens of the U.S. of their lawful constitutional rights to refuse an injection. These people have created or allowed provisions to remain in place that make it a criminal act to refuse to take an injection against pandemic viruses. They have imposed other excessive and cruel penalties such as imprisonment and/or quarantine in FEMA camps while barring the citizens of the U.S. from claiming compensation from injury or death from the forced injections. This is in violation of the laws governing federal corruption and the abuse of office as well as of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Through these actions, the named defendants have laid the groundwork for mass genocide.

Using the "swine flu" as a pretext, the defendants have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

Mandatory Swine Flu Vaccination Alert

On July 13, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Alert headlined, “WHO recommendations on pandemic (H1N1) 2009 vaccinations” suggest that universally mandated ones are coming. It stated that on July 7, the pharmaceutical industry-dominated Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization held an “extraordinary meeting in Geneva to discuss issues and make recommendations related to vaccine for the pandemic (H1N1) 2009.”

There’s no pandemic. Yet WHO said the virus “is considered unstoppable,” while admitting little evidence of spread so far, most cases are mild, and many people recover unaided. Nonetheless, all countries will need vaccines and should follow these priorities as initial supplies will be limited:

– immunize health care workers “to protect the essential health care infrastructure;” then

– pregnant women; children over six months of age “with one of several chronic medical conditions;” healthy young adults aged 15 – 49; healthy children; healthy adults aged 50 – 64; and finally healthy adults aged 65 or older.

WTO suggested the risks in stating “new technologies are involved in the production of some pandemic vaccines, which have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety in certain population groups…” As a result, “post-marketing surveillance” and “post-marketing safety and effectiveness studies” are essential so that countries can adjust their vaccination policies.

WHO “recommendations” are binding on all 194 member countries in case a pandemic emergency is declared under the 2005 International Health Regulations Act and April 2009 WHO pandemic plan.

It’s crucial to understand that these vaccines are experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous to the human immune system. They contain squalene-based adjuvants that cause a host of annoying to life-threatening autoimmune diseases. They must be avoided, even if mandated. It’s also known that vaccines don’t protect against diseases they’re designed to prevent and often cause them. They should be banned but proliferate anyway because they’re so profitable, and if globally mandated to the greatest extent ever.

Flu Shots Put Children in the Hospital

(NaturalNews) At the 105th International Conference of the American Thoracic Society recently held in San Diego, researchers presented a study showing that the flu vaccine – widely touted as a “must have” for children with chronic illnesses – isn’t effective in preventing influenza-related hospitalizations in children, especially ones with asthma. But here’s the most damning evidence that flu shots aren’t the safe, helpful vaccine the Centers for Disease Control ( CDC) and other government agencies cl.. the researchers also found that children who get the flu vaccine are more at risk for hospitalization than their peers who do not get the vaccine.

Scientist Avni Joshi, M.D., of the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, told the meeting, “The concerns that vaccination may be associated with asthma exacerbations have been disproved with multiple studies in the past, but the vaccine’s effectiveness has not been well-established. This study was aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of the TIV (trivalent inactivated flu vaccine in children overall, as well as the children with asthma, to prevent influenza-related hospitalization.”

Paradoxically, he then presented the results that appeared to show the vaccine did cause health problems serious enough to result in children being admitted to hospitals for care.

The children were harmed by influenza vaccines.

To see if the vaccine actually reduced the number of hospitalizations for all children, especially those with asthma, over eight consecutive flu seasons, Dr. Joshi and his research team conducted a cohort study of 263 children. All the youngsters had been evaluated at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota between the ages of six months to 18 years and each had had laboratory-confirmed flu between 1996 to 2006. The scientists documented which of the children had been vaccinated against the flu, and those that had not received the flu jab. The kids’ asthma status was also noted along with records of and who did and did not require hospitalization.

Then the investigators checked the records for each child research subject to see who had been vaccinated before experiencing a flu-related episode that lead to a hospitalization during that illness. The results showed that youngsters who had received the flu vaccine had three times the risk of hospitalization, as compared to children who had not received the vaccine. For kids with asthma, there was even a higher risk of hospitalization in subjects who received the flu shot. No other measured factors, which included insurance coverage or severity of asthma, was found to impact the risk of hospitalization.

So does this raise a red flag against vaccinating children, especially those who are asthmatic, against the flu? Incredibly, despite the findings of his own study, Dr. Joshi refused to find fault with the flu shot. “While these findings do raise questions about the efficacy of the vaccine, they do not in fact implicate it as a cause of hospitalizations,” Dr. Joshi said in a statement to the media. “More studies are needed to assess not only the immunogenicity, but also the efficacy of different influenza vaccines in asthmatic subjects.”

The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) continue to recommend annual influenza vaccination for all children aged six months to 18 years. Moreover, the National Asthma Education and Prevention Program (3rd revision) pushes annual flu vaccination of asthmatic children older than six months. Canadian Doctor: H1N1 Vaccination a Eugenics Weapon for Mass Extermination

Canadian doctor Ghislaine Lanctôt, author of the Medical Mafia, has underscored the lawsuit recently filed by Austrian journalist Jane Bürgermeister against the WHO, the UN, and several high ranking government and corporate officials. Bürgermeister has documented how an international corporate criminal syndicate plans to unleash a deadly flu virus and institute a forced vaccination program.

“I am emerging from a long silence on the subject of vaccination, because I feel that, this time, the stakes involved are huge. The consequences may spread much further than anticipated,” writes Lanctôt, who believes the A(H1N1) virus will be used in a pandemic concocted and orchestrated by the WHO, an international organization that serves military, political and industrial interests.

Lanctôt warns that the elite and their minions will introduce a compulsory vaccination that will contain a deadly virus and this will be used specifically as a eugenics weapon for “massive and targeted reduction of the world population.” Moreover, a pandemic will also be used to further establish martial law and a police state, according to Lanctôt, and activate concentration camps “built to accommodate the rebellious” and eventually transfer power from all nations to a single United Nations government and thus fulfill the sinister plans of the New World Order.

In her book The Medical Mafia, Lanctôt writes about the ineffectiveness and dangers of vaccination. “Because of my professional status, my words weighed significantly in the public eye. The Medical Board’s reaction was immediate and strong. Its leaders demanded that I resign as a physician. I answered that I would do so as long as they could prove that what I had written was false. The Medical Board replied with a call for my expulsion,” she writes. “As I witnessed the disproportionate reaction of the Medical Board, I realized that, for the health establishment, the subject of vaccination was taboo. Unknowingly, I had opened a Pandora’s box. I discovered that, despite official claims, vaccines have nothing to do with public health. Underneath the governmental stamp of approval, there are deep military, political and industrial interests.”

During her trial in 1995, Lanctôt used an episode from the March 11th, 1979, 60 Minutes TV show covering the massive vaccination program foisted on the American public supposedly in response to the 1976 swine flu outbreak. It was later established by the CDC that the virus originated out of Fort Dix in New Jersey. “The Fort Dix outbreak may have been a zoonotic anomaly caused by introduction of an animal virus into a stressed population in close contact in crowded facilities during a cold winter,” note Joel C. Gaydos, Franklin H. Top, Jr, Richard A. Hodder, and Philip K. Russell.

It was also characterized “a rare example of an influenza virus with documented human to human transmission,” according to Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore. The virus is “thought to be a direct descendant of the virus that caused the pandemic of 1918,” explained Richard Krause, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the time.

“Public health experts, fearing a possible replay of the 1918 pandemic, engaged in an intense debate about how to respond. Eventually they launched a nationwide vaccination campaign, which was announced by President Gerald Ford in March. By the end of the year, 48 million people had been vaccinated,” write Robert Roos and Lisa Schnirring of the Center for Infectious Disease Research & Policy. “But the feared pandemic never materialized.”

Instead, numerous people came down with Guillian-Barre syndrome, a paralyzing neurologic illness, after receiving the government-hyped vaccination.

More than 33 years later, according to Dr. Russell Blaylock, a board certified neurosurgeon, “we are hearing the same cries of alarm from a similar lineup of virology experts. The pharmaceutical companies are busy designing a vaccine for the swine flu in hope that this administration will make the vaccine mandatory before another vaccine-related disaster can ruin their party…. Like SARS and bird flu before it, this swine flu scare is a lot of nonsense. Just take your high dose vitamin D3 (5000 IU a day), eat a healthy diet and take a few immune boosting supplements (such as beta-1, 3/1, 6 glucan) and you will not have to worry about this flu.”

According to a source known to former NSA official Wayne Madsen, “A top scientist for the United Nations, who has examined the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus in Africa, as well as HIV/AIDS victims, concluded that H1N1 possesses certain transmission “vectors” that suggest that the new flu strain has been genetically-manufactured as a military biological warfare weapon.

In April, Army criminal investigators were looking into the possibility that disease samples went missing from biolabs at Fort Detrick. “Chad Jones, spokesman for Fort Meade, said CID is investigating the possibility of missing virus samples from the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases,” the Frederick News Post reported. “Obviously, in light of the current swine flu scare, and the new strain’s possible synthetic origin, the fact that virus samples may have gone missing from the same Army research lab from which the 2001 anthrax strain was released is extremely disturbing,” Paul Joseph Watson wrote at the time.

Jane Bürgermeister “charges that the entire ’swine flu’ pandemic business is premised on a massive lie that there is no natural virus out there that poses a threat to the population,” writes Barbara Minton for Natural Health News. “She presents evidence leading to the belief that the bird flu and swine flu viruses have, in fact, been bioengineered in laboratories using funding supplied by the WHO and other government agencies, among others. This ’swine flu’ is a hybrid of part swine flu, part human flu and part bird flu, something that can only come from laboratories according to many experts.”

Minton continues:

Using the “swine flu” as a pretext, the defendants [in Bürgermeister's lawsuit] have preplanned the mass murder of the U.S. population by means of forced vaccination. They have installed an extensive network of FEMA concentration camps and identified mass grave sites, and they have been involved in devising and implementing a scheme to hand power over the U.S. to an international crime syndicate that uses the UN and WHO as a front for illegal racketeering influenced organized crime activities, in violation of the laws that govern treason.

Obama’s Bilderberg Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius — and Bilderberg member — wants to make it easy for kids to get their toxin-laden eugenicist “swine flu” vaccine this fall. “Schoolchildren may be first in line for swine flu vaccine this fall — and might even be able to get the shot right at school,” the Associated Press reported on June 16.

As we noted last month, the government appears to be planning a mandatory flu vaccination program. In a recent article on the unfolding economic collapse, Rep. Ron Paul warns that the hysterically hyped H1N1 flu “pandemic” may result in the government requiring mandatory flu vaccinations. “Nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a ‘potential pandemic flu’ which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernible reason other than to enrich the pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine,” writes Paul.

Considering the track record of the global elite, the government-mandated vaccination program now in the works — as Ghislaine Lanctôt and Jane Bürgermeister warn — will serve the eugenicist plan to depopulate the planet. A contrived pandemic will also set the final stage for the implementation of martial law and a high-tech surveillance and police state grid.

The World Health Organization (WHO) created a program way back in 1972 to get rid of large numbers of people through vaccination. Through their Task Force on Fertility Control they investigated both male and female infertility vaccines. They ultimately perfected female sterility vaccines containing both adjuvants (immune system irritants) and a female hormone necessary for human pregnancies to carry to term (Human chorionic gonadatrophin, HCG). Injected into the body, women produce antibodies to HCG so they destroy that essential hormones during every subsequent pregnancy. These vaccines were, according to the Philippine High Court, used by WHO to involuntarily sterilize more than 3 million women there. No one knows the real number.

Similar programs in 1985 under the guise of Smallpox vaccination for disease eradication were designed, according to WHO’s documents, to “eliminate 150 million excess sub-Saharan Africans”.

Pregnant woman who receive this vaccine promptly abort the baby they are carrying and are then sterile for the rest of their lives as the formerly pregnant women of the Hill Tribes in Thailand have discovered.

Apparently, the WHO task forces also discovered a 3 vaccine protocol which would be directly lethal, not merely generationally genocidal.

Was this the protocol referred to earlier this year when President Obama announced that Americans would be required to take 3 shots in the fall of 2009, 2 Swine Flu shots and 1 for Seasonal Flu? Is your faith in the government strong enough to find out with your body, your children’s bodies and the bodies of those you love?

Mine is not. Let me be quite clear: I distrust a government which permits dangerous, untested, uninsurable toxic vaccines and then urges them upon an entire population in a cover up of epic proportions.

I distrust a government which forbids the labeling of genetically modified foods because people would reject such foods if the were told what dangers they were setting on their tables.

I distrust a government which has experimented massivly upon its own people without their knowledge or consent (including providing poor mothers with baby cereal laced with plutonium and monitoring their infants to see how quickly they developed cancer!).

I distrust a government which has adopted a policy of population reduction “starting with the third world” and which is merging at warp speed with the corporate interests to create a corporostatism which has an older name: fascism.

I distrust a government which adopts the posture that citizens are suspected terrorists when they question the acts of the government or cite the foundational documents of this nation, the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of These United States “too often”.

I distrust a government which permits drugs so dangerous that they are, in fact, the leading cause of death when used “properly” yet gags the free dissemination of health-related information for natural substances which might conflict with the profit picture of drug companies.

I distrust a vaccine manufacturer which contaminates seasonal flu vaccines for 18 countries with 72 kilograms (that’s 158.4 lbs) of deadly virus (which was supplied to them by the WHO, by the way) and does not fire a single person for laxity.

I distrust a vaccine manufacturer which has another contract to supply those 18 countries with its vaccine for the very disease with which its seasonal flu vaccine was contaminated, potentially creating an immediate, and highly profitable, “market” through intentional death and pandemic disaster.

I distrust a World Health Organization which ships a vial of allegedly lethal Swine Flu virus on a passenger train in Switzerland which explodes, disseminating the virus to the passengers of the train, apparently to “justify” the June 11 declaration of Level 6 Pandemic (such transport is illegal, by the way).

I distrust a World Health Organization and a Center for Disease Control which create fear for a non-existant threat and hype the “need” for control when the Swine flu is a medical non-event.

I distrust a vaccine manufacturer which claims a near miraculous “breakthrough” allowing it to ready its first commercial batches of “Swine Flu” vaccine in July when the seed stock was provided by the CDC in May and suspect that this has been in the works a lot longer than these few months.

I distrust a government which removes all liability from vaccine manufacturers and then approves dangerous, untested vaccines like the Avian and Swine Flu ones, spending billions of your dollars for them in a windfall bailout of the drug companies so great that it is difficult to comprehend.

I distrust a vaccine company which claims to have just figured out how to produce the “Swine Flu” vaccine ahead of the rest of the pack, but filed its patent on this vaccine for the “Swine Flu” on August 28 2007.

I distrust a Secretary of Health and Human Services who is willing to sacrifice our young, saying that our children, pregnant women and the elderly will be the first experimental subjects for a vaccine whose short and long term dangers cannot be known before it is used on them and that we will “watch and see” to find out whether there are “too many” adverse events.

I am writing to you in my official capacity as the President of the Natural Solutions Foundation. Merck's Gardasil vaccine causes death, collapse and chronic illness in young woman and girls, including a new, never-before described "disease" called Juvenile ALS, a fatal condition in which the nervous system is slowly destroyed while consciousness remains unimpaired. This vaccine increases cervical cancer by 44.7% in women and girls who already have Human Papilloma Virus. Cervical Cancer is easily detected and cured in early stages and is not a major killer of women. Gardasil contains substances which may cause sterility in women receiving it and any protection lasts only a few years, so 9 year olds will probably not be sexually active by the time this protection has worn off. 9. Baxter International Inc. was in the process of applying for a contract to provide Avian Flu vaccines to European countries in the event of an Avian Flu epidemic. Its Austrian laboratory shipped Seasonal Flu vaccines to 18 countries in Europe. A laboratory technician tested the Baxter Seasonal Flu vaccines sent to the Czech Republic and discovered that they were contaminated with a highly pathogenic version of the Avian Flu, 72 Kilograms of it, although Level 3 precautions were in place and such contamination "could not have happened accidentally" according to experts in the field. No documentation of the destruction of this highly infective material has been provided although the Austrian Health Ministry insists that the deadly viral material was destroyed. (Fact, 2008, 2009)

Obama Science Advisor Called For “Planetary Regime” To Enforce Totalitarian Population Control Measures
In 1977 book, John Holdren advocated forced abortions, mass sterilization through food and water supply and mandatory bodily implants to prevent pregnancies

President Obama’s top science and technology advisor John P. Holdren co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

The concepts outlined in Holdren’s 1977 book Ecoscience, which he co-authored with close colleagues Paul Ehrlich and Anne Ehrlich, were so shocking that a February 2009 Front Page Magazine story on the subject was largely dismissed as being outlandish because people couldn’t bring themselves to believe that it could be true.

It was only when another Internet blog obtained the book and posted screenshots that the awful truth about what Holdren had actually committed to paper actually began to sink in.

This issue is more prescient than ever because Holdren and his colleagues are now at the forefront of efforts to combat “climate change” through similarly insane programs focused around geoengineering the planet. As we reported in April, Holdren recently advocated “Large-scale geoengineering projects designed to cool the Earth,” such as “shooting pollution particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect the sun’s rays,” which many have pointed out is already occurring via chemtrails.

Ecoscience discusses a number of ways in which the global population could be reduced to combat what the authors see as mankind’s greatest threat – overpopulation. In each case, the proposals are couched in sober academic rhetoric, but the horrifying foundation of what Holdren and his co-authors are advocating is clear. These proposals include;

- Forcibly and unknowingly sterilizing the entire population by adding infertility drugs to the nation’s water and food supply.

- Legalizing “compulsory abortions,” ie forced abortions carried out against the will of the pregnant women, as is common place in Communist China where women who have already had one child and refuse to abort the second are kidnapped off the street by the authorities before a procedure is carried out to forcibly abort the baby.

- Babies who are born out of wedlock or to teenage mothers to be forcibly taken away from their mother by the government and put up for adoption. Another proposed measure would force single mothers to demonstrate to the government that they can care for the child, effectively introducing licensing to have children.

- Implementing a system of “involuntary birth control,” where both men and women would be mandated to have an infertility device implanted into their body at puberty and only have it removed temporarily if they received permission from the government to have a baby.

- Permanently sterilizing people who the authorities deem have already had too many children or who have contributed to “general social deterioration”.

- Formally passing a law that criminalizes having more than two children, similar to the one child policy in Communist China.

- This would all be overseen by a transnational and centralized “planetary regime” that would utilize a “global police force” to enforce the measures outlined above. The “planetary regime” would also have the power to determine population levels for every country in the world.

Page 837: Compulsory abortions would be legal

“Indeed, it has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”

As noted in the FrontPage article cited above, Holdren “hides behind the passive voice” in this passage, by saying “it has been concluded.” Really? By whom? By the authors of the book, that’s whom. What Holdren’s really saying here is, “I have determined that there’s nothing unconstitutional about laws which would force women to abort their babies.” And as we will see later, although Holdren bemoans the fact that most people think there’s no need for such laws, he and his co-authors believe that the population crisis is so severe that the time has indeed come for “compulsory population-control laws.” In fact, they spend the entire book arguing that “the population crisis” has already become “sufficiently severe to endanger the society.”

Page 786: Single mothers should have their babies taken away by the government; or they could be forced to have abortions

“One way to carry out this disapproval might be to insist that all illegitimate babies be put up for adoption—especially those born to minors, who generally are not capable of caring properly for a child alone. If a single mother really wished to keep her baby, she might be obliged to go through adoption proceedings and demonstrate her ability to support and care for it. Adoption proceedings probably should remain more difficult for single people than for married couples, in recognition of the relative difficulty of raising children alone. It would even be possible to require pregnant single women to marry or have abortions, perhaps as an alternative to placement for adoption, depending on the society.”

Holdren and his co-authors once again speculate about unbelievably draconian solutions to what they feel is an overpopulation crisis. But what’s especially disturbing is not that Holdren has merely made these proposals — wrenching babies from their mothers’ arms and giving them away; compelling single mothers to prove in court that they would be good parents; and forcing women to have abortions, whether they wanted to or not — but that he does so in such a dispassionate, bureaucratic way. Don’t be fooled by the innocuous and “level-headed” tone he takes: the proposals are nightmarish, however euphemistically they are expressed.

Holdren seems to have no grasp of the emotional bond between mother and child, and the soul-crushing trauma many women have felt throughout history when their babies were taken away from them involuntarily.

This kind of clinical, almost robotic discussion of laws that would affect millions of people at the most personal possible level is deeply unsettling, and the kind of attitude that gives scientists a bad name. I’m reminded of the phrase “banality of evil.”

Not that it matters, but I myself am “pro-choice” — i.e. I think that abortion should not be illegal. But that doesn’t mean I’m pro-abortion — I don’t particularly like abortions, but I do believe women should be allowed the choice to have them. But John Holdren here proposes to take away that choice — to force women to have abortions. One doesn’t need to be a “pro-life” activist to see the horror of this proposal — people on all sides of the political spectrum should be outraged. My objection to forced abortion is not so much to protect the embryo, but rather to protect the mother from undergoing a medical procedure against her will. And not just any medical procedure, but one which she herself (regardless of my views) may find particularly immoral or traumatic.

There’s a bumper sticker that’s popular in liberal areas which says: “Against abortion? Then don’t have one.” Well, John Holdren wants to MAKE you have one, whether you’re against it or not.

Page 787-8: Mass sterilization of humans though drugs in the water supply is OK as long as it doesn’t harm livestock

“Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods is a suggestion that seems to horrify people more than most proposals for involuntary fertility control. Indeed, this would pose some very difficult political, legal, and social questions, to say nothing of the technical problems. No such sterilant exists today, nor does one appear to be under development. To be acceptable, such a substance would have to meet some rather stiff requirements: it must be uniformly effective, despite widely varying doses received by individuals, and despite varying degrees of fertility and sensitivity among individuals; it must be free of dangerous or unpleasant side effects; and it must have no effect on members of the opposite sex, children, old people, pets, or livestock.”

OK, John, now you’re really starting to scare me. Putting sterilants in the water supply? While you correctly surmise that this suggestion “seems to horrify people more than most proposals,” you apparently are not among those people it horrifies. Because in your extensive list of problems with this possible scheme, there is no mention whatsoever of any ethical concerns or moral issues. In your view, the only impediment to involuntary mass sterilization of the population is that it ought to affect everyone equally and not have any unintended side effects or hurt animals. But hey, if we could sterilize all the humans safely without hurting the livestock, that’d be peachy! The fact that Holdren has no moral qualms about such a deeply invasive and unethical scheme (aside from the fact that it would be difficult to implement) is extremely unsettling and in a sane world all by itself would disqualify him from holding a position of power in the government.

Page 786-7: The government could control women’s reproduction by either sterilizing them or implanting mandatory long-term birth control

Involuntary fertility control

“A program of sterilizing women after their second or third child, despite the relatively greater difficulty of the operation than vasectomy, might be easier to implement than trying to sterilize men.

The development of a long-term sterilizing capsule that could be implanted under the skin and removed when pregnancy is desired opens additional possibilities for coercive fertility control. The capsule could be implanted at puberty and might be removable, with official permission, for a limited number of births.”

Note well the phrase “with official permission” in the above quote. John Holdren envisions a society in which the government implants a long-term sterilization capsule in all girls as soon as they reach puberty, who then must apply for official permission to temporarily remove the capsule and be allowed to get pregnant at some later date. Alternately, he wants a society that sterilizes all women once they have two children. Do you want to live in such a society? Because I sure as hell don’t.

Page 838: The kind of people who cause “social deterioration” can be compelled to not have children

“If some individuals contribute to general social deterioration by overproducing children, and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility—just as they can be required to exercise responsibility in their resource-consumption patterns—providing they are not denied equal protection.“

To me, this is in some ways the most horrifying sentence in the entire book — and it had a lot of competition. Because here Holdren reveals that moral judgments would be involved in determining who gets sterilized or is forced to abort their babies. Proper, decent people will be left alone — but those who “contribute to social deterioration” could be “forced to exercise reproductive responsibility” which could only mean one thing — compulsory abortion or involuntary sterilization. What other alternative would there be to “force” people to not have children? Will government monitors be stationed in irresponsible people’s bedrooms to ensure they use condoms? Will we bring back the chastity belt? No — the only way to “force” people to not become or remain pregnant is to sterilize them or make them have abortions.

But what manner of insanity is this? “Social deterioration”? Is Holdren seriously suggesting that “some” people contribute to social deterioration more than others, and thus should be sterilized or forced to have abortions, to prevent them from propagating their kind? Isn’t that eugenics, plain and simple? And isn’t eugenics universally condemned as a grotesquely evil practice?

We’ve already been down this road before. In one of the most shameful episodes in the history of U.S. jurisprudence, the Supreme Court ruled in the infamous 1927 Buck v. Bell case that the State of Virginia had had the right to sterilize a woman named Carrie Buck against her will, based solely on the (spurious) criteria that she was “feeble-minded” and promiscuous, with Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes concluding, “Three generations of imbeciles are enough.” Nowadays, of course, we look back on that ruling in horror, as eugenics as a concept has been forever discredited. In fact, the United Nations now regards forced sterilization as a crime against humanity.

The italicized phrase at the end (”providing they are not denied equal protection”), which Holdren seems to think gets him off the eugenics hook, refers to the 14th Amendment (as you will see in the more complete version of this passage quoted below), meaning that the eugenics program wouldn’t be racially based or discriminatory — merely based on the whim and assessments of government bureaucrats deciding who and who is not an undesirable. If some civil servant in Holdren’s America determines that you are “contributing to social deterioration” by being promiscuous or pregnant or both, will government agents break down your door and and haul you off kicking and screaming to the abortion clinic? In fact, the Supreme Court case Skinner v. Oklahoma already determined that the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment distinctly prohibits state-sanctioned sterilization being applied unequally to only certain types of people.

No no, you say, Holdren isn’t claiming that some kind of people contribute to social deterioration more than others; rather, he’s stating that anyone who overproduces children thereby contributes to social deterioration and needs to be stopped from having more. If so — how is that more palatable? It seems Holdren and his co-authors have not really thought this through, because what they are suggesting is a nightmarish totalitarian society. What does he envision: All women who commit the crime of having more than two children be dragged away by police to the government-run sterilization centers? Or — most disturbingly of all — perhaps Holdren has thought it through, and is perfectly OK with the kind of dystopian society he envisions in this book.

Sure, I could imagine a bunch of drunken guys sitting around shooting the breeze, expressing these kinds of forbidden thoughts; who among us hasn’t looked in exasperation at a harried mother buying candy bars and soda for her immense brood of unruly children and thought: Lady, why don’t you just get your tubes tied already? But it’s a different matter when the Science Czar of the United States suggests the very same thing officially in print. It ceases being a harmless fantasy, and suddenly the possibility looms that it could become government policy. And then it’s not so funny anymore.

Page 838: Nothing is wrong or illegal about the government dictating family size

“In today’s world, however, the number of children in a family is a matter of profound public concern. The law regulates other highly personal matters. For example, no one may lawfully have more than one spouse at a time. Why should the law not be able to prevent a person from having more than two children?”

Why should the law not be able to prevent a person from having more than two children?

Why?

I’ll tell you why, John. Because the the principle of habeas corpus upon which our nation rests automatically renders any compulsory abortion scheme to be unconstitutional, since it guarantees the freedom of each individual’s body from detention or interference, until that person has been convicted of a crime. Or are you seriously suggesting that, should bureaucrats decide that the country is overpopulated, the mere act of pregnancy be made a crime?

I am no legal scholar, but it seems that John Holdren is even less of a legal scholar than I am. Many of the bizarre schemes suggested in Ecoscience rely on seriously flawed legal reasoning. The book is not so much about science, but instead is about reinterpreting the Constitution to allow totalitarian population-control measures.

Page 942-3: A “Planetary Regime” should control the global economy and dictate by force the number of children allowed to be born

Toward a Planetary Regime

“Perhaps those agencies, combined with UNEP and the United Nations population agencies, might eventually be developed into a Planetary Regime—sort of an international superagency for population, resources, and environment. Such a comprehensive Planetary Regime could control the development, administration, conservation, and distribution of all natural resources, renewable or nonrenewable, at least insofar as international implications exist. Thus the Regime could have the power to control pollution not only in the atmosphere and oceans, but also in such freshwater bodies as rivers and lakes that cross international boundaries or that discharge into the oceans. The Regime might also be a logical central agency for regulating all international trade, perhaps including assistance from DCs to LDCs, and including all food on the international market.”

“The Planetary Regime might be given responsibility for determining the optimum population for the world and for each region and for arbitrating various countries’ shares within their regional limits. Control of population size might remain the responsibility of each government, but the Regime would have some power to enforce the agreed limits.”

In case you were wondering exactly who would enforce these forced abortion and mass sterilization laws: Why, it’ll be the “Planetary Regime”! Of course! I should have seen that one coming.

The rest of this passage speaks for itself. Once you add up all the things the Planetary Regime (which has a nice science-fiction ring to it, doesn’t it?) will control, it becomes quite clear that it will have total power over the global economy, since according to Holdren this Planetary Regime will control “all natural resources, renewable or nonrenewable” (which basically means all goods) as well as all food, and commerce on the oceans and any rivers “that discharge into the oceans” (i.e. 99% of all navigable rivers). What’s left? Not much.

Page 917: We will need to surrender national sovereignty to an armed international police force

“If this could be accomplished, security might be provided by an armed international organization, a global analogue of a police force. Many people have recognized this as a goal, but the way to reach it remains obscure in a world where factionalism seems, if anything, to be increasing. The first step necessarily involves partial surrender of sovereignty to an international organization.”

The other shoe drops. So: We are expected to voluntarily surrender national sovereignty to an international organization (the “Planetary Regime,” presumably), which will be armed and have the ability to act as a police force. And we saw in the previous quote exactly which rules this armed international police force will be enforcing: compulsory birth control, and all economic activity.

It would be laughable if Holdren weren’t so deadly serious. Do you want this man to be in charge of science and technology in the United States? Because he already is in charge.

Page 749: Pro-family and pro-birth attitudes are caused by ethnic chauvinism

“Another related issue that seems to encourage a pronatalist attitude in many people is the question of the differential reproduction of social or ethnic groups. Many people seem to be possessed by fear that their group may be outbred by other groups. White Americans and South Africans are worried there will be too many blacks, and vice versa. The Jews in Israel are disturbed by the high birth rates of Israeli Arabs, Protestants are worried about Catholics, and lbos about Hausas. Obviously, if everyone tries to outbreed everyone else, the result will be catastrophe for all. This is another case of the “tragedy of the commons,” wherein the “commons” is the planet Earth. Fortunately, it appears that, at least in the DCs, virtually all groups are exercising reproductive restraint.”

This passage is not particularly noteworthy except for the inclusion of the odd phrase “pronatalist attitude,” which Holdren spends much of the book trying to undermine. And what exactly is a “pronatalist attitude”? Basically it means the urge to have children, and to like babies. If only we could suppress people’s natural urge to want children and start families, we could solve all our problems!

What’s disturbing to me is the incredibly patronizing and culturally imperialist attitude he displays here, basically acting like he has the right to tell every ethnic group in the world that they should allow themselves to go extinct or at least not increase their populations any more. How would we feel if Andaman Islanders showed up on the steps of the Capitol in Washington D.C. and announced that there were simply too many Americans, and we therefore are commanded to stop breeding immediately? One imagines that the attitude of every ethnic group in the world to John Holdren’s proposal would be: Cram it, John. Stop telling us what to do.

Page 944: As of 1977, we are facing a global overpopulation catastrophe that must be resolved at all costs by the year 2000

“Humanity cannot afford to muddle through the rest of the twentieth century; the risks are too great, and the stakes are too high. This may be the last opportunity to choose our own and our descendants’ destiny. Failing to choose or making the wrong choices may lead to catastrophe. But it must never be forgotten that the right choices could lead to a much better world.”

This is the final paragraph of the book, which I include here only to show how embarrassingly inaccurate his “scientific” projections were. In 1977, Holdren thought we were teetering on the brink of global catastrophe, and he proposed implementing fascistic rules and laws to stave off the impending disaster. Luckily, we ignored his warnings, yet the world managed to survive anyway without the need to punish ourselves with the oppressive society which Holdren proposed. Yes, there still is overpopulation, but the problems it causes are not as morally repugnant as the “solutions” which John Holdren wanted us to adopt.

It is important to point out that John Holdren has never publicly distanced himself from any of these positions in the 32 years since the book was first published. Indeed, as you can see from the first picture that accompanies this article, Holdren prominently displays a copy of the book in his own personal library and is happy to be photographed with it.

It is also important to stress that these are not just the opinions of one man. As we have exhaustively documented, most recently in our essay, The Population Reduction Agenda For Dummies, the positions adopted in this book echo those advocated by numerous other prominent public figures in politics, academia and the environmental movement for decades.
