The Woebegones are set to begin an intensive rehearsal period to revamp the show and add some new tunes to the pile. Campus Martius was a big success and was revitalizing to us.

Feb 13th will be special because it will mark our return to Memphis Smoke after a long absence. We hope to see alott of friendly faces out there to cheer us on. Our good friends the dastardly Dirty Pirate Hookers blues band will be joining us so the evening promises to be great fun for all.

Sincere apologies to those who may have come to Your Place Lounge to see us on Jan 23rd.  We had to cancel the show at the last minute. Sad but unavoidable.

Yes indeed people!! Pat Shanley will put his vocal chords at risk by singing the entire night at Memphis Smoke with that crazy alter ego blues band The Dirty Pirate Hookers!! A rare chance indeed to catch both bands on the same night at the SAME VENUE!!

We're off to a good start in 2008!! We're starting to fill the calendar with gigs and we're looking forward to continuing to build some serious momentum as we head into the new year. We kick things off with a show at the legendary Your Place Lounge in Detroit. It's an open jam and it's worth checking out as the areas top musicians often come out to sit in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Come on out and support your Woebegones!!!
