Happy Holidays everyone! To bring in the new year, we'll be playing at Joe's on 6th Street for the grand re-opening of this venue... which was recently purchased by a friend of ours!

Unkle Nancy will start the night off, followed by us, and the Nightflight. With this lineup, the show promises to be a joyous night of friends gathering, drinking and revelry. We'll start around 9:00 pm and there is NO COVER. Bring yourself, your friends and everyone at that house party you were originally planning to attend.

Merry Christmas and soon to be Happy New Year!

We have entered a contest called "The Next Big Thing", where folks can listen to our music and rate it by giving us a certain number of stars. Please vote for us by going to this link: http://nextbigthingeugene.com/ and clicking on the stars. You can vote once a day but no more than once a day, so vote early and vote often :).

We love you!!

Our new album, "Saints of the Blue Avenue", is now available from CD Baby online and in the following locations in Eugene: House of Records, CD World, and CD Game Exchange.

Note: We are working with these stores to keep the album in stock. Please let us know if you have any trouble finding it!

Our next show is Garden Aid (9/26/09 8:00PM) at the WOW hall, a benefit for several non-profits that fund gardening-for-food programs for youth. Please join us in supporting this very important cause.

Thanks very much for all of your support!!

Hey there myspace land, just wanted to throw a note out there assuring you that we are still very much alive and going strong, working on new material, editing the final copy of our new album in order to sell it online, and incorporating our good friend and new drummer/percussionist, Ian Haight, into the mix! This is a very exciting time and our sound is evolving rapidly.

You will start seeing more shows posted soon!

Hi everyone,
We have been asked about ways to get a copy of our new album online.  Though it isn't right now, it wil eventually be available via CD baby and possibly itunes.  We are in the process of making some minor changes to the layout before we have more printed.  It won't be long though and if you would like us to inform you when they are available feel free to reply to this blog so we can keep track of you.

We have been asked to play quite a few shows this summer.  Just want to let you know that we won't be accepting any more than are already scheduled.  We greatly appreciate your invitations but we are working on new material, moving, finishing school and other tying-ups of lifes loose ends before we schedule more gigs.  Please get back to us in the Fall and check us out at the locations that we are scheduled for this summer!!

Thanks y'all

Current mood:  blissful
That's right, after grueling months of work, Saints of the Blue Avenue is complete!  We have ordered the CDs and are now simply awaiting their arrival. They will also be available online, for those who can't make it to our shows. We hope to have CD release shows in Eugene and Portland, as they are both our home bases. We will keep you posted.

Thank you everyone for your support! This wouldn't have happened without you.

Current mood:  busy
In case you haven't noticed on our calendar, we have significantly reduced the number of shows we play per month for the time being.  We hope to see lots of your smiling faces at our next few shows before we slow down! Don't worry, there's nothing wrong, we just need some time to recover from a chaotic busy winter, begin our move to Portland, tend to our respective life responsibilities, etc.

Plus, we need to celebrate completing our new album! Release date tba, but it will definitely be by the end of May.  Keep your ears peeled for CD release parties. :)

Thanks so much everyone for your support!
