So, got my first tattoo this weekend:




As the scripture reference says, it's a shortened version (I don't have 24" pythons like the Hulkster) of Eph 6:17 The reason I chose this one is because of the idea behind the statement itself. The Word has such power and comparing it to a sword in the way we as Christians are pruned, or cleaved of so much baggage and unnecessary personal issues and pains and personality/character flaws when we decide to do things according to God's Word and not our own whims and fancies......just, wow..for me. The second part of this is that I'm a sword fiend. I love swords and have started an Asian sword collection (I study martial arts as well).
