There are many occasions that require people to find romantic travel opportunities. Newlyweds are at the top of the list for seeking out travel locations that are romantic and secluded enough to make the newly married couple feel like they are the only two people in the world. A good travel agent would know just which romantic travel opportunities would be perfect for newlyweds and know which beaches to recommend to them once they arrived at their romantic travel destination.

Some people love watching the sun set in the evenings and look for travel opportunities that would allow them to enjoy these romantic moments without interruption. Beaches seem to be too crowded at sunset and travelers grow weary by having to drive around for a secluded spot that they can enjoy the moment without being distracted or interrupted.

If the travelers had chosen to set sail on a very romantic cruise vacation, they could have access to many sunsets that were free of distractions. While at-sea, couples can even choose to dress up in their finest evening gowns and tuxedos and stand on their stateroom balcony and watch the sun set. If the couples are so inclined, they could also choose to dine in their room, while watching the sun fall below the crest of the ocean that is hundreds of feet below them.

For families with many children, the romantic travel opportunities could be right under their nose. With a little cooperation from family and friends, couples have found that they can enjoy the blissful peace and quiet of an empty house and still feel like they were able to take a romantic travel vacation. Special music and good steaks and wine have a tendency to make parents feel like they are enjoying a second honeymoon all in the comfort of their own home.

Some people choose to return to the island resort where they spent their first honeymoon. The romantic travel opportunity releases its magic on the couple once more and sometimes the love is rekindled in a marriage that would have otherwise floundered because there was never enough time for the couple to enjoy each others company. Warm nights and passionate kisses have a way of making any couple take advantage of a romantic travel opportunity.

People find that romantic travel opportunities are worth the cost of the travel to their careers and the cost they encountered for arriving at the travel destination. They find that the relationship with their spouse is worth more personally than any job promotion that might come from a missed meeting. People are taking a new view to the romantic travel opportunities that are available to them because they feel they are worth it. The price of a lost relationship is never cheap no matter what reasoning is put behind the loss.

The New Year has come and the resolutions have been made. The number one resolution is usually to get into better shape or improve your health. Keeping one or both of those resolutions would be great but we probably all agree that it's pretty hard to do. So, what if it were easier to keep those resolutions? Well, it's easier to get into shape or improve your overall health when you add massage therapy to your health and fitness regimen.

How can massage therapy help you to keep your resolutions? There are many ways but two stand out. First, massage therapy by itself can help you improve your health due to the many healthy benefits of massage including: improved circulation, greater flexibility, better sleep, feelings of wellness, and reduced muscular pain. Secondly, massage therapy can help you get into shape because the nagging soreness and pain from a new workout routine can be reduced or eliminated. When your pain levels are reduced you are more likely to want to continue your workouts. Receiving regular massage therapy can also prevent muscle soreness and minor injuries that could prevent you from keeping up with your workout schedule.

Now that you know that massage therapy can help you improve your health and fitness, you might want to know what types of massage therapy are available to you. There are many styles and techniques used in massage therapy but there are some that are available pretty much anywhere that you can integrate into your health and fitness routine. The best known massage therapy techniques are:

1. Swedish Massage - this is the most common of massage techniques in the United States and perhaps the world. Swedish massage is known for its long gliding strokes, kneading strokes, friction strokes, and percussion as well as joint movements that feel great while improving range of motion. It's most often thought of as a "spa" type of massage but it's much more than that. Swedish massage is great for improving circulation, improving range of motion of your joints, and helping you actually feel better in your own skin. Swedish massage can range from light pressure to a heavier pressure depending on your comfort.

2. Deep Tissue Massage - right behind Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage is one of the best known and most often requested massage techniques. This massage is used to root out chronic tension in the deeper musculature and connective tissues that contributes to pain and loss of range of motion in joints. While some practitioners use a heavier, sometimes uncomfortable, pressure in Deep Tissue Massage it should be noted that a more moderate pressure can reach deep tissues and achieve great results with little discomfort.

3. Sports Massage - just like it sounds, Sports Massage is geared toward athletes at every level from professional to the "weekend warrior" and those who strive for a higher level of fitness. Rather than a specific form of massage, Sports Massage is generally a combination of massage techniques tailored to the athlete's needs. The Sports Massage might be applied to one area to relieve pain or might be more general in nature to assure overall performance.

4. Neuromuscular Therapy - also called "NMT", Neuromuscular Therapy is a well known technique for relieving muscular pain throughout the body even "referred" pain that originates from someplace other than where it's felt. This technique uses very targeted massage techniques, positioning, and stretching to release myofascial trigger points in muscles as well as restrictions in tendons, muscular attachments, and sometimes fascia surrounding the muscle.

All of the massage techniques described here can help you keep on track with your pursuit of better health. Of course there are many more massage therapy techniques available that are relaxing, stress reducing, and that relieve chronic tension and pain. You actually don't have to know what type of massage to ask for, you just need to know what you want to achieve. Do you just want to relax? Reduce muscle soreness? Relieve pain? Improve posture? Ask your massage therapist what they recommend for your particular health and fitness needs and they'll help you keep your resolutions.

When you decide to have your tattoo, you know where to go to: to the best tattoo artist who works in the most reputable tattoo shop. But what are the factors that you need to look for in a tattoo parlor? Here are some tips to spot for what's hot and what's hot:

1. Make sure the artist is wearing some gloves. He can be the best tattoo artist in the world, but if he doesn't wear a glove, it only means he doesn't care about hygiene. Remember, your skin gets punctured, which means you're susceptible to get bacteria along the way. It will further complicate if your tattoo artist has dirty hands.

2. Check the needles. Have you heard of AIDS? Even if you're in a so-called reputable tattoo shop or parlor, you can still get this much-dreaded disease. How? Through the needles that they're using. There is a huge possibility that the liquid containing the virus will be injected into your skin. That's why you have to ensure that before the start of the tattoo process, the needles that are going to be used are brand-new, not used and not even just cleaned. Most of all, see to it that that tattoo artist will throw the needles after to make sure that he doesn't get to use it to somebody else.

3. A reputable tattoo shop should be cleaned. There are too many people who believe that an artistic person doesn't really mind cleaning his surroundings. After all, that's how he gets to express his creative side. However, it shouldn't be used as an excuse especially when you're talking about tattooing. So before you decide to even have yourself tattooed with the best tattoo artist, everything should be spic and span. The countertops should be free of dust. Jewelry, bracelets, and rings should be put away particularly in the working area. Moreover, there must be a designated bin for the needles, ink cups, and other types of trash. There should be a sink where you can wash your tattoo after as well as a changing or dressing room.

4. Look for recommendations. With due diligence, you can definitely find the right tattoo parlor for you. You can look for their shops in the yellow pages, in your local daily, or even in the World Wide Web. However, doing this can be taxing. To save you time, you can simply ask for some recommendations from your friends and even family members. Surely, they wouldn't get you someone who can not do the work.

5. Check your state laws. Laws vary from state to state. Before you get your tattoo from the best tattoo artist, it's advisable to double-check the rules that govern tattoo parlor and shops. Perhaps they're asking them to get their own licenses before they can operate their business. You can make use of this as your own guideline in determining whether it's a reputable tattoo shop or not.

It pays to make a thorough research first when it comes to searching for the best tattoo artist or the most reputable tattoo parlor.

Rolfing and Rolf Movement have become similar terms used to describe technique that can foster a shift in structural and functional potentials. Rolf Movement will be the focus of this outline describing what a Rolf Movement four series incorporates into sessions to cultivate this shift.

Four independent sessions will explore breath, appendicular, axial, and cranial orientation and awareness. Simply by bringing awareness to an area, being with it and observing its intention, an individual can transform their container and initiation of expression.

After meeting with the client and discussing their history and information on the client intake evaluation, the first movement session can begin. Few are truly associated with their own breath, its rhythm, and when they hold it. It appears that the body organizes around the breath and its rhythm, be it hypo or hyperventilating. A walking exploration of breath and movement in gravity, fast and slow, is the best way to start the relationship.

When the client communicates a new awareness, have client move out of vertical gravity to supine position on the table to explore. The exploration should be from the top of the head to the bottom of the feet. A diaphragm release and integration can be utilized while the client breathes in and out of each bodily segment. The whole session should be at least an hour for standing and table exploration.

This second movement session should focus on support and how the feet and legs relate to the pelvis. The client should be able to begin with an increased awareness of breath and body from the first meeting. With the client vertical in gravity begin a walking assessment navigating sensation and awareness from the earth to the foot, from the foot up to the knee, and from the knee to the pelvis. Rolf yoga is great way to do some seated work with each foot, foot up toes down and toes up foot down.

Lye the client supine and explore heel drags with each foot. Knee overs help the client feel the relationship and weight of femur in hip, and sets up for Kaya Kalpa exercise to bring the support session together. These movements and exercises are technique for cultivating support for the pelvis.

As we move to the third movement session, we in turn move up the body looking at the relationship between the pelvic and shoulder girdles. Contra-lateral movement is the manifesting integration of the spinal engine. When there is little or no contra-lateral movement the mid-dorsal hinge needs a wake up call. With the client supine on the table, knees bent, and feet flat have client (push) right foot into table and (reach) across their body with the contra-lateral arm parallel with the right shoulder. The movement should be subtle, from the inside out.

Have client come into gravity and repeat in a seated position. A closed chain technique called Rolling wave is a great way to complete the integration. This technique moves from the foot to the hand and provides a serratus/transversus activation integration, which brings the work to the shoulder, neck and head.

Beginning with arm drops, feeling the weight and letting it fall without inhibition can address the head, neck and the shoulder girdle. The tendency is to hold on, and this is precisely what we are witnessing. Ocular decoupling limbs of expression affords the opportunity to release inhibitions in the range of motion restricted by perception, similar to ocular decoupling limbs of support which we did not do this series.

The final technique is called ocular-vestibular-cervical reflex. Its a large group of terms that communicates that the exproprioception feedback we use for hand-eye coordination will be able to release and reset. These four sessions combined will hopefully enable the client to experience a new reality. Humans spend a lot of time looking, touching, and forming beliefs. Rolfing and The Rolf Movement techniques help our species to be more integrally informed.

Could Yoga have all the answers to anxiety? Why is it that anxiety, stress, and unhappiness take over so many people's lives? If you listen to a "doubting Thomas," nothing works, but if you read below, you will see some solutions.

In fact, all forms of Yoga are good for our mental health. This does not mean that anxiety will disappear, but Yoga gives us the tools to put anxiety in the "back seat," while we determine a positive direction in life. The struggle for direction is within our minds. We must be aware of the struggle from within.

Pessimistic thought is not productive, yet there are many pessimists ruled by "the dark side." For them, nothing will work because they already have the "Why me" attitude. Everything is against them, or so they think, and that is where the problem lies.

Unless you can master your thinking, you will not suppress negative thoughts. How does Yoga do this? The principle is simple. Let's use 21st century jargon to give you a clear picture. Yoga is an ancient, but constantly evolving, science of life. The Yoga practitioner "reprograms" his or her thoughts.

Your mind is your best friend, and your worst enemy, at the same time. When you attend Yoga classes regularly, under the guidance of a competent Yoga teacher, your mind and body become charged with positive energy.

If you look at the facial expressions of Yoga students after a class, you will notice they are in a state of bliss. If this is not the case, they have not found the right place yet. There is no need to be discouraged. We find what we seek in life.

Many of us have heard a co-worker or friend say, "I would love to try a Yoga class, but I don't have time for Yoga practice." Here's another good one: "I'm going to start eating better lunches, when I have time to pack one."

The problem is a perceived lack of time, which has become an excuse for bad health habits. As most of us know, you cannot put a price tag on good health, but when your health is poor, you will pay anything for a day without pain or even less pain.

The worst part about a perceived lack of time is that the real issue is lack of control over our bad habits. This is one of many reasons for anxiety. To live a healthier lifestyle will establish control of our habits and reduce anxiety altogether.

Let's look at some strategies for ridding or reducing anxiety in your life. Many people do not write a "to do list" at the beginning of a day. This entails having the discipline to plan our day. If you do this the night before, and pack a lunch, you will take back control of your day.

When you have a "to do list," you will have extra time. This is because you spend less time wondering, "What should I do now?" Some of the most successful people on this planet have created a habit of time management, which has drastically lowered their anxiety levels.

Lastly, when someone has extra time, the effects of a regular Yoga class, a walk, or a healthy lunch, will add up over time.

You know exactly what your income is and how your money gets spent. Naturally, you are also the best person to design a personalized debt solution.

Be Honest

The reason why so many doityourself debt relief tactics do not work is that people are not honest with themselves. Honesty means acknowledging the fact that smoking is not only ruining your health, its literally burning up a lot of money every month. Honesty means admitting that you dont really need two cars or a television in every room. Honesty means sacrifices, but it also means you end up saving a lot of money. Apart from online debt consolidation, take a long, hard look at where your money is actually going. You might find that all those credit cards are tempting you to spend much more than you should. Maybe you have developed the habit of eating out on a regular basis, when eating at home would be much cheaper. These are all things that you should look into when youre managing your debt.

If you decide to ignore certain areas of spending, then you will only hurt yourself in the long run. A good debt management scheme involves honesty, responsibility, and discipline. It is, after all, your money and if you dont take care of it, nobody will. When you decide to tackle your debt fullforce, remember that consolidation and common sense working together is the best debt solution.

Biotech companies in San Diego are actively recruiting, and if you have an interest in biology, genetic engineering, molecular biology, or in one of the many related fields, then a career in the San Diego biotech industry may be for you. Biotechnology is defined as the integration of engineering and technology to the life sciences, and is also referred to as bioengineering in some circles. In biotechnology, microorganisms, and or biological substances are used in specific ways, which include, but are not limited to, drug and hormone production, food production, and waste product conversion.

As mentioned, biotechnology is a broadly encompassing term, including the fields of molecular biology, cell biology, and genetic engineering.

Molecular biology is the study of the structure and activity of the macromolecules necessary for life, which consist of DNA, amino acids, proteins, and other types of molecules.

Genetic engineering is the study of the process of creating what is known as recombinant DNA, a process that is accomplished by dividing strands of DNA and then splicing them together in different ways.

Cell biology is the study of cellular components and the ways in which cells interact.

If you are looking for, or anticipating a search for, a San Diego biotech job, you should know that in this type of field, higher education degrees are an absolute must. A bachelors degree in a related field is considered to be the base education for a biotech professional, and it is highly recommended that those seeking to enter the biotech field obtain an advanced degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, cell physiology, or a related field.

Biotechnologists can expect to spend the majority of their time in a laboratory setting, but most biotech professionals also collaborate with other researchers on projects and scientific papers detailing their experiment results and research findings. If you are currently an undergraduate looking towards a future San Diego biotech job, you should plan on coauthoring a scientific research paper with a more senior collaborator before you graduate.

Biotech professionals generally work for large biotech firms or companies, but many also find career fulfillment in academia, and in the areas of genomic, proteomic, and bioinformatics research fields. The question of whether to work for an established large biotech firm, an energetic start up company, or in the academic fields is best answered through research and by examining your own career goals and expectations.

According to a 2002 report from the Brookings Institution stated that the U.S. biotech industry is concentrated largely within Boston, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Raleigh Durham, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington D.C. and Baltimore. In other words, good news for those seeking lucrative, fulfilling, San Diego biotech jobs.

Lower back pain, as well as middle back pain and upper back pain, can be caused by several factors, which can be either chronic or acute. Acute back pain is usually related to a recent occurrence, and chronic back pain is one that has been present for an extended amount of time.

To determine what type of back pain you have, the first thing to ask yourself is how long the pain has been occurring. This will answer the question as to whether you suffer from acute or chronic back pain, which will then aid you in developing a back pain treatment.

Lower back pain factors

Two common causes for lower back pain are muscle imbalance and trauma, such as an injury. An imbalance in muscles means that muscles which are used frequently become weak, while unused muscles stay strong. This causes sharp back pain and discomfort until a balance is established once again. Trauma in muscles comes from overuse and overextension, resulting in pain and injury. Pain and poor movement can be a result of unused or overused muscles.
Poor posture has been known as a direct link to chronic back pain. This is caused from misalignments of the spine and pelvis. It causes increased stress on the muscles, joints, and the ligaments. Stretched out, weak, and stressed muscles cannot give adequate support to the spine in order to achieve good posture. There is a scientifically designed product, called The Turtle, which relieves back pain by allowing body pressure to create the correct curvature. When placed behind your lower back area, The Turtle relieves back pain and naturally gives you gives good posture.

Upper back pain causes

Typical causes of upper back pain are pulled muscles, arthritis, or disc related problems. Upper back pain is similar to lower back pain, except for the ways in which it affects your ability to function. Lower back pain tends to be a steady and underlying pain, while upper back pain and neck pain make it difficult to move around. With upper back pain, performing simple tasks, such as getting dressed and driving a car, become uncomfortable. The neck and upper back regions are very complex in joint interaction and can make daily activities very painful.

Scoliosis is a source of back pain that is caused by an improper curvature of spine, and it is usually developed early in life. It may be hereditary or caused by bone abnormality. As you grow older, back pain commonly increases, and surgery may be required. Using The Turtle would be beneficial and effective in relieving this type of back pain as well, however, bracing the back has been common for treatment.

Spondylolisthesis, Herniated Disc, Piriformis Syndrome, and Spinal Stenosis are conditions that cause sciatica, which sends pain down the back of your leg from your lower back. This commonly means that something is putting a pressure on the sciatic nerve. The degree of severity varies and should be diagnosed and treated by your doctor.

Other more common causes of upper back pain and lower back pain are very easily controlled. Not getting enough exercise can cause your muscles to become weak and result in chronic back pain. Yoga has been known to offer back pain relief when performed regularly. Also an unhealthy diet can contribute to having back and neck pains.

Taking charge of your back pain

Regardless of the source of back pain, be it upper or lower and chronic or acute, it is important to note that life does not have to include back pain. Pills are not able to relieve pressure from a nerve or make a difference in the curve of your lower back. However, unique and effective back treatment devices, such as The Turtle, can. Using The Turtle can help achieve a postural balance that not only relieves back pain, but can even prevent and cure the imbalance, letting the sufferer get back to performing activities that they love and allowing them to once again enjoy life.

Centuries ago, herbal skin care was pretty much the only way to take care of skin. These days, herbal skin care routines have been replaced by synthetic and chemical-based skin care routines. Skin care products range from basic moisturizers and cleansers to specialized products that promise to reduce wrinkles, diminish fine lines, and revitalize your skin to give you a more youthful appearance. The question is how safe are all these chemicals we put into and onto our bodies every day and what can we do?

Although the thought of making your own herbal skin care products at home is nice, many people just don't have the time or knowledge it takes to make their own skin care products. Because of this, the commercial market for herbal skin care products is on the rise. You have to ask yourself, however, are these products really completely natural? In many cases, the answer is no, since many products contain some sort of chemicals anyway.

When you use products like lotions, creams, and cosmetics on your skin, the ingredients are absorbed into your body. This is why doctors use patches for things like Nicotine withdrawal, pain medication, and even birth control. By using herbal natural skin care products, you can reduce the amount of chemicals you put into your body.

Natural ingredients are known for their cleansing properties, antiseptic characteristics, and moisturizing abilities. Things like aloe, chamomile, and rosemary, are known to be good cleansers. Lavender, thyme, and fennel are great antiseptics and toners. Tea tree oil, beeswax, and cocoa butter are widely-known as moisturizers.

Aloe-containing creams, gels, and ointments are good for minor burns, sunburn, cuts, abrasions, wounds, and frostbite. Aloe is also found in many shampoos, soaps, sunscreens, skin creams and other cosmetics that are used to soothe, heal, protect, and moisturize the skin. Aloe Vera lotions are widely used for cleansing the skin. Many of the skin care products containing aloe vera are also fortified with Vitamin E and collagen to help maintain skin elasticity and lock in moisture.

Chamomile is an ideal ingredient for treating acne, irritation, rashes, eczema, psoriasis, hypersensitive skin and allergic conditions. Chamomile oil has also great wound healing properties. Using chamomile helps to reduce puffiness, cleanse pores of impurities, and helps reduce redness of the skin.

Rosemary oil helps cleanse and rejuvenate oily and dull skin. Popular in anti-aging creams, it has excellent toning effects on loose, sagging skin, and helps increase blood flow which in turn promotes healthy skin function. It helps to relieve puffiness and swelling, and promotes a glowing, youthful looking complexion.

Lavender helps the skin heal itself, stimulates cell growth, reduces inflammation, prevents scarring and helps balance oil production. It exhibits antibacterial, antiviral, antiseptic, bactericide and anti-inflammatory properties which makes it ideal for use in products that treat skin problems like acne, eczema, minor infections, oily skin, boils, burns, sunburn, wounds and psoriasis. Lavander also makes a great toner.

Thyme is considered to be a great antioxidant, astringent and a beneifical ingredient for improving skin tone. It's also a powerful antifungal and antiviral used to help keep skin free from fungi and viruses.

Fennel oil is used for soothing, cleansing and toning the skin, while at the same time improving circulation and fighting water retention and puffiness.

Rose extract and rose oil are great for promoting a youthful complexion with good tone, elasticity and an even color.

Tea tree oil can be used to fight and clear up acne, skin lesions and blemishes, cold sores, athlete's foot, sunburn, fungal nail infections and infected wounds, and at the same time it soothes the irritated and inflamed skin.

witch hazel helps with controlling water loss, is a good astringent, an antioxidant, and helps reduce skin redness.

Avocado oil is easily absorbed by the skin and is used as an emollient. Its hydrating properties make it ideal for dry, dehydrated or aged skin. Avocado oil is also used to relieve the dryness and itching of psoriasis and eczema.

Beeswax is a thickening agent, emulsifier, and humectant. It has wonderfully emollient, soothing and softening properties and helps the skin retain moisture.

Cocoa butter is a rich emollient which is great for nourishing very dry and dehydrated skin.

Green tea is an antioxidant that helps prevents free radical damage, skin tumors and cancers. Green tea has been tauted as an effective anti-aging ingredient, anti-inflammatory agent, and helps fight collagen breakdown, which helps you maintain firm and elastic skin.

Herbal skin care products have many uses, as you can see. Whether it's skin basic skin care or treatment of skin problems like, acne, eczema and psorasis there is an ingredient in nature that will help. Most herbal skin care products have no side effects, which makes them a better choice than synthetic products. Additionally, with a little time and effort, they can easily be made at home, which will save you money. You should keep in mind, however, that in some cases, some skin orders might need to be treated with clinically proven non-herbal skin care products.

I receive approximately 5,000 emails containing spam each and every day. Well, maybe not that many, but it sure seems like it. Spam is spiraling out of control and shows no signs of stopping. The question is, where does spam come from, and can you do anything about it?

Most of the spam I receive in my inbox is sexually explicit, but I still like to look at it because some of this junk is actually quite entertaining. My personal favorites are offers to purchase discounted Canadian Viagra, ads for pornographic websites, and bogus work-from-home programs.

How do these people get their grimy hands on your email address? One way they can get it is through opt-in email. When you order something online, as part of the subscription or service that you signed up for, you may have inadvertently agreed to receive offers via email from that company in the future.

As a result, said company adds you to their mailing list and begins to send you email. This is perfectly legal as long as the company provides you with a way to unsubscribe from their mailing list. If they do not provide you with a means to unsubscribe, then the emails they are sending you are considered spam.

To make matters worse, a spammer will sell your email address and any other information you submitted to them to hundreds or even thousands of other companies who are looking for leads. Before you know it, your email address has been circulated everywhere. Once this happens, there is almost no way to prevent spam from reaching your inbox.

Another common way your email address can end up on a mailing list is when an internet marketer purchases a list of email addresses from someone else, and then sends a joke or an interesting cartoon to everyone on that list and asks you to forward it along to all your friends and relatives.

Once you forward the message, the email has a program attached to it that will copy the list of addresses that the message has been forwarded to and send that list back to the person who originally sent you the email. So now, that person not only has your email address, but also has the email address of everyone you forwarded the message to.

Another popular technique is known as harvesting. This is accomplished by writing a simple retrieval program that searches through every web site listed on a search engine for a certain keyword, and then grabs any any email addresses that are posted on those sites, and subsequently sends them back to the harvester. Using this technology, it is possible to acquire thousands of email addresses in an hour or less.

Harvesting has become a legal dilemma. The email marketing community feels that they should be allowed to harvest email addresses that are posted on public websites. In their opinion, if someone has posted their email address for all to see, then other people have the right to contact that person and ask them questions or send them offers.

However, web sites where email addresses are posted have threatened legal action against anyone that harvests email addresses from their site and uses them to build spam lists. Unfortunately, these web sites really have no way to prevent this, and it will only get worse in the future.

We will never stop spam completely. Both big businesses and small businesses have a strong incentive to send bulk email, because it costs nothing, and is a valuable tool for increasing their customer base. Sending regular mail or hiring a telemarketer costs a lot of money and is extremely ineffective. As a result, most companies would prefer to send massive amounts of email. So, expect your inbox to be chock full of spam for many years to come.
