Greetings!

Every year we've been in existence, we've been delighted to be a part of JP's Wake Up The Earth Festival, and this year is no exception. It's a huge event with lots of great music and activities for kids and adults alike.

We'll be taking part in the parade which kicks off the festival at 11 AM at the monument on Center St. The parade makes it's way down Center St and ends up at the Stony Brook T station, so you can catch us anywhere along the route. If you're feeling extra festive, feel free to dance in the streets along the way with us!

But the day doesn't stop there! We'll also be performing later that afternoon at 4 PM at the Popular Theater stage in the Southwest Corridor Park (by Stony Brook T station), and we'll have the circus with us in full force. Along with ENSMB expect to see performances by US, the Boston Hoop Troop and the Grasshopper Collective. it will be an astounding show, so come down, lay out on the grass and enjoy!

We are raising money to fund the first of what will be many large scale theatrical style circus performances. Production is well underway with a cast of 25+ performers creating an inspiring story with an original score by ENSMB. While our talent level is high, our finances are stretched. Through this auction our goal is to raise the money needed to jump start our organization, make a uniquely creative spectacle and bring more splendor to the cultural landscape of Greater Boston.

This is a limited ticket invitation. Tickets can be purchased for $20/person for the full evening of festivities by emailing Tickets@ENSMB.com. Whether you are a fan of the band or a newcomer to our unique brand of entertainment, if you enjoy supporting your local arts community this is a night not to be missed. Please join us at DILBOY VFW HALL at 7:00 PM to kick this event into high gear.

Additionally, we are still seeking donations of goods and services to add to our ever increasing selection of auction items. If you or anyone you know or are affiliated with (bands, theaters, small businesses, restaurants, community groups, etc.) are interested in helping us out by contributing, we'll take whatever you're interested in giving!  Please do not hesitate to contact us at Auction@ENSMB.com. Furthermore, if you'd like to make a direct monetary donation, we would gratefully accept those as well, so please contact us for more information.

Greetings!

Local performance group (and our lovely band!), Emperor Norton's Stationary Marching Band, is recruiting talented artists and craftspeople to work on costuming for our upcoming spring production. Through our signature madcap blend of live music, theater & circus arts we're creating a land of gears and grime. In our post-apocalyptic world, absurdity is the weapon of a misfit resistance struggling against the conformist forces of a despotic ruler.

if you (or your wildly creative friends!) have any interest in assisting with the design, creation or construction of costumes for this project, please get in touch with us. we'll be organizing meetings soon, so now's the time to get involved! this will be a great creative outlet for your work, and a chance to be a part of an unique event.

at this juncture, we have no time/commitment requirements beyond that which you are able to volunteer. if you have loads of time to sew, great! if you simply want to help with sketches and brainstorming, great! if you only have time to put buttons on a shirt, great! if you can help by donating bits and pieces, great! we'll make use of whatever you're willing to give.

To get in touch with any questions and to let us know that you want to be a part of this email Emperor@ENSMB.com

thanks!!!
