The 5th Season of Supernatural will air in the United States on Thursday, September 10th at 9/8c. It will air after a new show called Vampire Diaries (Smallville has been moved to Friday).

Alright, so I know I need to vent after that cliffhanger of a season finale and I'm sure that some of you do, too. If you haven't seen it yet, what are you doing reading this? Go watch it!!!

SPOILERS!!!

Anyway, that was freaking nuts! Damn that Ruby! And I'm not sure Cas can make it out of that. Talking about sh*t hitting the fan!

Hey everybody!

This is your team leader asking all of you lovely supernatural fans to help out our favorite charity. Kids Need to Read, a children's literacy program, is working on a 2010 calendar project. It's a really cool calendar that's being done on a volunteer basis by a professional photographer in Arizona. You can see a sample shot on their website or their myspace. They are asking for donations to help with the project. If we can collectively donate at least $300, Team Winchester will be listed as a sponsor on the calendar. This would not only be great publicity for Team Winchester and by extension Supernatural, but it would also be a great way to help out a good cause. It's celebrating time, people! Supernatural has been renewed for a fifth season! We will be seeing Kripke's five-year plan. Now we just have to start convincing him that he wants to expand that plan out a few more years.

For anyone who is interested, we heard from Jim Beaver that the family of Kim Manners has asked that anyone who would like to make donations to the American Cancer Society in his memory. He was a wonderful man who has touched countless people with his brilliance.

So, I just saw My Bloody Valentine 3D and I hope you guys have seen it, too. Jensen was awesome and everyone around me was commenting on the way out how it was a much better movie than they had expected. Awesome horror flick all around, in my opinion: great gore, good scares. I'm going to go ahead and stick a SPOILER ALERT on here from this point on so if you guys want to talk about the movie, feel free. What was your favorite part? What did you think about the bad guy twist? Anybody have a new-found respect for pick-axes?
