If you are frantic about what/who to be for Halloween this year, I strongly recommend journeying onto Melrose Avenue to a place called Hot Boxxy. Owner, Phyllisha Anne, has such a dazzling collection of clothes, shoes (Oh, the shoes!!!!) and accessories- you will certainly feel like a kid in a candy store!
