I'm happy to announce that the new Stick GuitarTM (SG12TM) is now available:

http://www.stick.com/instruments/sg12/

This 12-string guitar scale instrument is great for anyone who has no desire to be the bass player, and wants to explore tapping music in higher registers, like piano music, or two guitars playing together, all the way up into the violin register, but with accompaniment down as low as the G below guitar low E.

The Stick Guitar is available with Emmett's trademark inlays every five frets (as linear inlays) or dot inlays with a guitar pattern (shown above).

There's also a breakdown of six suggested tunings here:

Think Tank Media has just released a five-disc project called "Looking Backwards" that includes a newly recorded studio performance DVD and 4 CDs of remastered and new recordings.

It's the current featured DVD on our website at:Stick Enterprises DVDs

Congratulations to Don and the rest of the band on a momentous release, documenting some truly inspired progressive music

NS/Stickist and singer Nathen Aswell has just released his debut CD, Little by Little. Nathen's a powerful singer and writer who can deliver a soulful ballad as easily as he can throw down some funk. You can find some sample tracks and more information about Nathen's music at http://www.myspace.com/nathenaswell

We've started adding more videos to our MySpace videos section. The first two are from the Stick Night '99 Video, which featured a night of music by eight Stick players in solo and ensemble setting.

NS/Stick player Don Schiff plays and sings a medley of two original songs

and Grand Stick player Larry Tuttle plays his amazing solo composition, "Spanish Mice".

More to come soon. Thanks for stopping by.

There's a new MySpace group for tapping musicians who use Emmett's Free Hands method on Sticks and other instruments as well:

Free Hands Tapping

Hopefully it will provide a nice environment for Stick players on MySpace to interact with other musicians making music this way.

Happy Tapping,
Greg
