Our split 7" with RVA shred-heads Inter Arma will finally be coming out hopefully by the beginning of November, if not sooner, on Mirror Universe records. Our EP will hopefully be out before the end of the year.

We are planning to hit the road in January with Ohio death metal maniacs Locusta (http://www.myspace.com/locusta614). If you book sweet shows, or know somebody who does, holler at us either through battlemaster@gmail.com or through myspace! Fuck yeah!

I never thoght the day would come where I'd have to put my music on hold to do something else but life has always been known to throw a cazy curve ball. Although I am very excited about going to graduate school for the next 9 months or so, I'm beyond bummed that ave to take a step away from Battlemaster. This band has and always will be  me and has 6 years and have been to so many cool places with 4 of the best friends a guy could ask for. Maps, Ositos, Andy are like family to me and I can't thank them enough for giving me the opportunity to be in a band with them coming future and hope that the band keeps going stron I do plan to keep and playing as often as I can. I also the Battledudes again in the future. Either way it's been and I wana k everyne that has sorted us, mmed wi..h us, and gotten completely wased with us. I love youl. Sell later...

Hails and Horns!

We will be playing a secret show tomorrow @ the Hell's Satan's Clubhouse w/ sick Ohio metalheads Locusta and Artillery Breath, plus one more TBA. It was originally going to be a house show but had to relocate in hopes of not getting busted, otherwise there would have been more promotion, so spread the ding-dang word!

This will be our last show for quite some time, and unfortunately, probably our last show with Vic Anti. As some of you know already, Vic will be leaving for Savannah, GA to pursue higher education, leaving us to look for a suitable replacement. Vic has been in Battlemaster since the beginning, and whether he likes it or not, will always be part of this band. There's no hard feelings or anything of the sort; we're all still bros and wish him the very best with this personal endeavors. Not really a goodbye, more like a "smell ya later".

We will be spending the upcoming time writing some new jams, and hopefully, maybe be able to play out again before the end of the year. We have some new releases coming out soon: A split 7" w/ Inter Arma hopefully within the next month or two, and a 12" 45 RPM Ep/CD before the end of the year. The web store will be on the way too, we promise!
