A few days before his Inauguration, President Obama announced the formation of a new organization that will build on your movement for change: Organizing for America.Organizing for America will continue the work of the largest grassroots movement in history, one driven by volunteers, grassroots leaders, and ordinary citizens. What you built can't stop now. Organizing for America will continue to bringing new people and ideas into the political process. The challenges facing our country are too great, and our journey to change America is just beginning.

Before his Election Night speech last night, Barack sent out this message to suppporters: I'm about to head to Grant Park to talk to everyone gathered there, but I wanted to write to you first. We just made history. And I don't want you to forget how we did it. You made history every single day during this campaign -- every day you knocked on doors, made a donation, or talked to your family, friends, and neighbors about why you believe it's time for change. I want to thank all of you who gave your time, talent, and passion to this campaign. We have a lot of work to do to get our country back on track, and I'll be in touch soon about what comes next. But I want to be very clear about one thing... All of this happened because of you. Thank you, Barack

We have 5 days left to make sure as many people as possible cast their votes for change. But you'd be surprised how many of your friends and family don't know where to vote in your state, a crucial battleground state. Take a minute to look up your polling place on our voting website, VoteForChange.com, then forward this email to your friends, family, and neighbors so they can look up theirs, too. On VoteForChange.com you can find out where to vote and get crucial voting information. This race is too close for you -- or anyone you know -- not to vote. And the issues we're facing are too important to keep anyone's voice out of the political process just because they didn't know where to vote. Can you forward this email to at least five friends, family members, or coworkers and tell them to look up their polling location?Supporters like you can transform this nation, and I'm counting on your help to make sure every Obama supporter in your state knows where they can cast their vote for change on Election Day. Thank you for your help, Jon Jon Carson National Field Director Obama for America

Right now you have a unique opportunity to make a big difference in this election. With a tight race next door in a key battleground state and only a few weeks until Election Day, local volunteers are working day and night to reach out to voters and help build the change America needs. But they can't do it alone.Every weekend from now until Election Day, supporters like you are coming together to join their neighbors and make a difference for Barack. It's a great opportunity to turn your enthusiasm into action and help win this election. You've done a great job in your home state, and now the campaign needs the help of Obama supporters to carry Barack's message of change to neighboring states. Will you take a short trip to make a big difference this weekend?More bad news about the economy comes out every day. We can continue the same failed Bush-McCain policies of the last eight years, or we can bring the change we need by electing Barack Obama. It's up to us as members of this nationwide grassroots movement for change to make sure voters hear Barack's message. Face-to-face contact is the most effective way to connect with voters, and your voice could be the one that helps make the difference. No experience is required. Campaign staff will provide you with everything you need to succeed. Sign up now and come together with fellow supporters to make a difference: http://my.barackobama.com/driveforchange_myspaceWe can't do this without you. Martha & Scott @ Obama HQ

Friend -- I have some important news that I want to make official. I've chosen Joe Biden to be my running mate. Joe and I will appear for the first time as running mates this afternoon in Springfield, Illinois -- the same place this campaign began more than 19 months ago. I'm excited about hitting the campaign trail with Joe, but the two of us can't do this alone. We need your help to keep building this movement for change. Please let Joe know that you're glad he's part of our team. Share your personal welcome note and we'll make sure he gets it: http://my.barackobama.com/welcomejoeThanks for your support, Barack P.S. -- Make sure to turn on your TV at 2:00 p.m. Central Time to join us or watch online at http://www.BarackObama.com.
