We are very pleased to announce that Sarah, together with the Chinese singer Liu Huan, will be singing the official theme song of the 2008 Beijing Olympics!

Nearly 100,000 people will watch the opening ceremony in the Bird's Nest Olympic stadium, with billions more expected to tune in worldwide for the extravaganza.

The song, carefully kept secret via its omission from all three of the opening-ceremony rehearsals, will be revealed at the conclusion of the ceremony, which commences at 8pm Beijing time Friday Aug 8, 2008.

Sarah's new movie, Repo! The Genetic Opera, will be premiering at the Fantasia Film Festival in Montreal on July 18. For more information, please visit the Fantasia Official Site.

The Repo soundtrack is scheduled for release on Sept 30, while the movie itself is due to open in theaters on Nov 7.

Sarah stars as Blind Mag, alongside Anthony Stewart Head, Alexa Vega, Paris Hilton and Paul Sorvino, amongst others, in this avant-garde, rock opera horror movie.

We are pleased to announce that Sarah will be appearing at the National Memorial Day Concert in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, May 25.

The event will be broadcast live on PBS from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET before a concert audience of 300,000 and millions more at home.

Joining co-hosts Sinise and Mantegna is an all-star line-up of dignitaries, actors and musical artists. In addition to Sarah, other guests will include Gladys Knight, Idina Menzel, Denis Leary, Charles Durning, Rodney Atkins. The National Symphony Orchestra will be under the direction of maestro, Erich Kunzel.
