We want ALL of our Boston babies to go to wonderful, loving, family oriented homes. Buying a Boston Terrier is a lifetime commitment so, please be sure that this is the right breed for you prior to making your purchase.
Each pup comes with a 48 hour health guarantee, lifetime warranty against genetic defects, all vaccinations and worming current to date of sale, puppy pack and limited or full registration. You also have our support throughout the life of your puppy.
A non-refundable fee $100.00 is required to hold a specific puppy/dog, If that puppy or dog is not available (due to health, wrong gender, color, etc.) buyer can choose another puppy out of the same litter, Or if one is not available the fee will go up for the next puppy of the next litter. All unpaid balances are due in full by age six weeks. This includes shipping, and the balance due on that particular puppy. Failure to remit balance in full by six week birth date of the puppy will result in the cancellation of the contract and forfeiture of your deposit. The puppy will then be re-advertised. We will not refund money or exchange puppy/dog because you have changed your mind for any reason. Prices depend upon each individual puppy ie; sex, color, markings, registration, etc. If you see a picture of a puppy that interests you, please call or email for details and price. Second puppy discounts are available.
We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Money Order, Visa/MC, Discover or AMEX (thru Pay Pal) or Western Union. We do NOT accept checks to place a deposit on a puppy nor final payment on any of our puppies.
Puppies are available for shipping within the US. We ship Delta Pet First for safety, security and the outstanding treatment of your puppy. Please add $300.00 for shipping or delivery. This includes the mandatory airline approved pet carrier, health & acclimation certification and the airline ticket itself. Entire balance owed and shipping must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age so that appropriate arrangements can be made for the trip.

Health Guarantee Policy Information, Instructions, and Purchase Agreement.

This contract is between the breeder; Argos Kennels, hereafter known as the seller, and the buyer. Some of the following terms on this contract are negotiable, and any modifications shall be made by: Argos Kennels.

I guarantee this ____________old pup/dog to be in good health at the time of sale. To keep this guarantee in force your dog must be examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within 48 forty-eight hours of purchase at buyers expense. (No Cash Refunds) If your vet finds your pup/dog not to be in good health, it must be returned immediately with a certified statement to that effect from your veterinarian for replacement. (No Cash Refunds) Buyer assumes full responsibility for the health, anatomical makeup, appearance, and temperament of this animal while in his/her care. If any of the conditions in previous statement have changed the seller is relieved of their obligation to supply a replacement or refund of any kind. Common parasites such as fleas, ticks, mites, demodect, sarcoptic, and coccidiosis are not cause for replacement. We accept no responsibility for your vet bills. We will not guarantee any dog whose shot schedule and regular worming schedule are not followed with proof from your vet. I further guarantee this dog for a period of one (1) year against Parvovirus, Distemper, Coronavirus, Hepetitis, and Influengo. If your dog/pup should contract any of these within this 1 year period, it must be returned immediately along with any paperwork and supplies, with a certified statement to that effect from your vet for replacement. (No Cash Refunds)

Because the variety and quality of dog foods available (and all canine illness are NOT covered by vaccination), we require that all Argo's Kennels dogs must be kept on "NuVet Plus Canine." This nutritional supplement is only available through breeder recommendation. You will be instructed concerning this when you take possession of your puppy/dog. You are expected to have this on hand within two (2) weeks after you leave our kennels. The order line phone number is: 1-800-474-7044. Your order code is #40067. The order line hours are 8am - 6pm pacific time. NuVet labs sends us a monthly report on which Argo's Kennels dogs are being supplemented with NuVet Plus Canine.

NOTE: This guarantee will be considered null and void if you do not keep your pet on this supplement.

If Replacement is not available at the time of return, one of the same sex will be made available as soon as possible within a reasonable amount of time. Puppy/dog is to be free from hip displasia, have a normal heart, knees, elbows, and eyes. If your puppy/dog is found to have any of these conditions which will interfere with his quality of life, seller will replace puppy/dog at the breeder/sellers earliest convenience, provided that the breeder/seller receives a certified statement which states that your dog/puppy has been spayed or neutered. This provision is not meant to cover any condition due to the natural aging process, abuse, or neglect. (No Cash Refunds) We cannot accept responsibility for illness resulting from improper shots and care. The above guarantee constitutes the entire guarantee provided by the breeder/seller. No other guarantees or warranties have been made, neither impressed, nor implied. All information must be completed to validate this guarantee.

4. 5. Purchase price does not include the cost of shipping, crate, health certificate, etc. unless stated by the breeder/seller.

6. Buyer agrees to give proper and prompt veterinary care, along with quality dog food, and fresh water daily, secure exercise space, training, and proper housing.

7. Buyer agrees to keep the seller notified of current address and phone number

8. If the buyer can not keep the puppy/dog for any reason, it shall be returned to the breeder/seller at the buyers expense, or if the buyer has found a proper home for the puppy/dog the breeder/seller must be contacted, and the new owner/buyer must be willing to sign and agree to all provisions in the health guarantee/agreement. This provision is in the agreement for the safety of the animal.

9.Buyer agrees that the seller is not responsible for the actions or safety of this animal once it leaves the sellers possession. Buyer further agrees to indemnify seller from any such actions. At no time ever should any child be left alone with any dog large or small, for the safety of the child and the dog. It is the responsibility of every pet owner to have their dog properly obedience trained, preferably by a professional.

10. Buyer agrees not to sell this puppy/dog to retailers, wholesalers, auctions, research, dog fighting, or any other persons without prior written consent of seller Argos Kennels. It is understood that these dogs are intended for personal protection, as pets, breeders, and/or show dogs, And that any dog in the right situation with fight to protect itself or its perceived territory.

11. Buyer agrees to love and protect their dog/pup and to keep him/her out of harms way. I understand that a dog who has been abused will bite. It is the responsibility of the owner to love, care for, and protect their dog/pup. Buyer further agrees that if said dog is ever put into a fight of any kind and I the breeder/seller find out that the dog/pup is being fought, rolled, or any other statement to that effect, the buyer agrees to pay any and all inquired vet bills, shipping, crate, and any other expenses in returning the pup/dog safely to my kennels without a refund of any kind.

12. Buyer also agrees that the breeder/seller that she gets breeding rights to the animal at all times weather she takes advantage or not.

These provisions have been made for the safety of the animal, the breed, and the community. Deposits are non-refundable. If payment arrangements have been made; the breeder/seller will not release the animal or paperwork until paid in full and any checks have cleared the bank. All dogs and puppies are sold on a first come first served basis. Puppies will be released by the breeder/seller at (8) weeks of age or at the breeder/sellers discretion.

I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone at anytime.

Our Future Plans!!!

Our Future Plans Consist of Improving the Health & Make-Up of The Boston Terrier. Because we care about the heatlh of all Offspring produced here at Argo's Kennels and want to produce the healthiest puppies possible. We have done quite a bit of research and were excited about our findings!

Due to the fact that over breeding the Boston Terrier has caused them to have numerous health issues, Some which include breathing difficulty, incomplete eye sockets, and breeding/whelping problems; just to name a few. The Olde Boston Bulldogge is the original Boston Bull breed, which the Boston Terrier was originally developed from. Even though these two breeds are not reconized as the same breed, We plan to use these facts to our advantage in improving the Boston Terrier Breed. With this information, We plan to add an Olde Boston Bulldog or an already existing; Boston Bull which is a Boston Terrier & Olde Boston Bulldogge Cross To Combine with Our Boston Terriers that we have.

This will in turn produce a dog that is healthier dog that has fewer breathing difficulties, complete eye sockets, and easier whelping, not to mention improvements in the health of the breed itself, while maintaining the qualities that we love in the Boston Terrier Breed!

Are These Dogs Able To Be Registered ???

Yes, Because Unlike The Hybrid, These dogs are related Genetically so therefore they will be registered with the UABR.

Will we still breed pure bred boston terriers???

Yes, all our breedings will be planned out very carefully to improve this breed that we all love and care for so much.
