Hey, a long needed update! I've been in Sweden and Finland for the last nearly 2 weeks, staying in hotels in Vaasa and Jonkoping. I've been with a 7 person crew doing an airborn laser scan of land and sea in different areas of the country. I've been in the hotel 'organizing' the project, its been fun, eating out twice a day, and not getting enough exercise. So far I've eaten raindeer steak and tonight I had a raindeer pizza called a 'Rudolf', so boys and girls, if you don't get your Christmas presents this year, you know who to blame!

My precious guest has gone back home to his owners now, but it was lovely to have a Guinea Pig to stay for a fortnight. I wanted to share with you a video diary I put together of Scott's exploits and daily routine, I'm sure you'll enjoy it, Guinea Pigs are natural comics!

I'm looking after a friend's guinea-pig for the next 2 weeks! He's called Scott and he's sooooo cute! He's ginger and white and has rosettes. Scott is living in a hutch in the shed in the garden. He gets fed several times a day on grass fruit & veg and he has a bowl of dried food and a drinking bottle. I get him out for cuddles every now and again, and when it's not raining Scott will go out in a run for some exercise and fresh air. I used to keep guinea-pigs as a child and it's so nice to have one again! Maybe I shall write again to keep you up to date on his adventures! Here's a photo I took of him today, enjoy!

I thought I would have to type a quick update.  I was at an inspirational meeting last Sunday night at The Riverside Exeter, to celebrate with an old friend of mine called Dave Sumner his 2000th guitar given to missions!  A superb guitarist by the name of Bryn Haworth, Britain's best known slide blues player was there supporting.  Dave Sumner is very inspirational and has a huge heart for missions and charity work and has given 2000 guitars away to worship leaders and musicians around the world who otherwise would never be able to afford a guitar.  I had some of Dave's guitars when I went to Egypt back in 2001 and gave them to missionaries.  See Dave at:

I just love Spring!  I went for a walk with mum and dad along the banks of the river Teign yesterday, just over the hill from our home in Exeter, Devon.  It is especially lovely in the Spring, because the daffodils bloom so wonderfully along the banks.  Me and dad like to get our cameras out and take photos, so I thought I would share some snaps with you.  It is a lovely place to come and stroll and the Spring sunshine was lovely and warm. and the river just seemed to glisten with new life and hope.  It's the kind of place I would love to stroll along arm in arm with the right girl, enjoying the sights and sounds along the river, then I would treat her to a Devonshire cream tea just round the corner at the secret Walled Garden tea rooms in Dunsford, (in my oppinion the world's best cream tea in a magic secret walled garden).  So, any takers?
