Greetings.
At the moment we are working on a 10" (vinyl) release for OSTRA Recs./France. This 10" will contain 3 brandnew Bethlehem songs and we already can promise you that they are worth the waiting. They might take a while coz we have to send the single tracks around the globe so that every Beth musician can add his instrument to em. At least they will be mixed and mastered in Bartsch's recording studio.
The 10" is strictly limited and the songs wont appear on any other format. So for all you CDR, MP3, OGG and whatever worshippers...we are absolutely sure that the songs will appear on every free download platform the sooner or later (like always).
We gonna keep you informed bout this nextcoming release and surely will tell you more bout the lyrical concept if the time has come.
After this release is done we also start working on another full-length album which might become a concept album about "Jürgen Bartsch" the serial killer.
Thanks for your interest, yours - Bethlehem

Greetings.
After some detailed correspondance with the EMI we got permission uploading our song "Schuld uns'res knoechrigen Falpferds" on this profile again.
Enjoy and sorry for the circumstances, yours - Bethlehem
EMI: Thanks for sending this message and all the info. The profile below has been
registered with MySpace, and the band should be able to upload that song without
being blocked.
If you continue to have trouble with this, please let me
know. Best, Lesley
MySpace: Hello,
Your profile has been cleared for uploading by EMI. Please try to
re-upload the content in question at this time.

Oki,
we got in contact with the EMI and asked for permission playing our own song here on this profile again.
Since we are not following a commercial aspect with doing so we hope they gonna agree. If not, well then this is just another pain in the ass chapter in the big biz copyright bullshit book. Coz then making music no longer would make any sense for underground bands like ourselves, if it's so fucken easy to forbide the public release by something like a copyright protection.
Amen. Bethlehem

Greetings.
"Schuld unsres knoechrigen Faltpferds" originally was written for the GUMMO movie and for the GUMMO O.S.T. which was released by "London Recs." (Faith No More etc.). The copyrights were owned by "New Line Productions" and there never was any conflict with using that song as a bonus for whatever release etc.
But it seems that the EMI has bought London Recs. because we never were informed bout a copyright change, nor have ever seen any royalties for that song from the EMI. We honestly dunno why this song was filtered out with the MySpace copyright filter. The only reason might be that the EMI is selling this song at different song download platforms or use it for other commercial trades. Or maybe they just "own" the song and that's it.
We of course will try to clear this stupid situation although it will become a real shame for ourselves, the kreators of the music and lyrics. But we honestly wont see any chance yet releasing that song here again. Nor does our momentary record company which also isnt the legal owner of that song.
Anyhow, we gonna keep you informed about this subject.
Thanks and take care, yours - Bethlehem

Greetings.
As you probably already have noticed, "Schuld unsres knoechrigen Faltpferds" has been deleted from the profile player.
This is because we were informed by MySpace that we have hurt the copyright of that song and therefore no longer are allowed using it in the profile player.
The owner of that song is the EMI and they are not allright with let us play the song here for you people out there. If we will not agree this profile surely will be deleted and more.
Sad but true.
It all is about profit, the only ones who wont profit from all this copyright shit are the ones who orginally wrote the music and lyrics - ourselves ! Therfore a big hug for the BIG business which is chaining our art by some copyright laws. That's what our music is done for - rotting in some dusty basement. Thanks alot.
sincerely, Bethlehem

We are absolutely fed up with those band requests using this profile here for...yeah, for what ? You cant send em any images coz they wont use html in their comments but always get back to you with these huge flyer, booking, gig, release, whatsoever crap...sometimes only seconds after you accepted em.
Are they interested in Bethlehem ? Guess not. We no longer tolerate this bullshit, whether it's a well known band from whatever muscial genre or some unknown blackmetal band. The fuck off !
yours Bethlehem
