Well the New Year started off with a bang as we just got a great review from Alan Dale of Blogcritics.org - not only is it positively effusive about Confusions of an Unmarried Couple, and extremely well written, but it's a Fresh Tomato reading for us as well. CLICK HERE for the full review!

A great 4 days in New York at the Queens International Film Festival got even better when we arrived home to find out that we won for BEST PRODUCER for Confusions of an Unmarried Couple. It was a terrific time with highlights including: partying with Pablo Escobar Jr. (yes, that Pablo Escobar) and wiggling our way in to a VIP party for Joe Estevez (brother of Martin Sheen). Many thanks to Festival Director Marie Casteldo for putting on a great festival and for treating us like gold! Can't wait to rock the shit out of NYC next year!!

It's looks like we've got a pretty good slot for the Queens International Film Festival. Confusions of an Unmarried Couple will be screening at 12:00pm on Saturday, Nov 8th at the Bellaire Theater - which is the "centerpiece" of the LaGuardia Crowne Plaza Hotel....nice!! So come out to the screening and you'll have plenty of time for weekend revelry afterwards! Tickets are $8 and Brett and I will be there! Click HERE for more details and to book your ticket. See you in NYC!!

Brett and I are really stoked about this latest festival acceptance! The buzz is that the Queens International Film Festival puts on a great fest and there is no shortage of industry people to schmooze with. Of course, we'll be cruising on down November 6th for the entire weekend and hope to see you there!!

Over the weekend we got the good word that Confusions of an Unmarried Couple was accepted into the Hamilton Film Festival. When the Festival Director, Nathan Fleet, contacted us to let us know we were in he said, 'how could we not screen this?' - that's what we're talking about! Anyway, Hamilton (aka The Hammer) is only about 45 minutes from Toronto and the venue looks terrific so get out there and support indie film!

We're screening at 9pm on Saturday, Nov. 8 (venue directions at the site). You've also got to like that we're called a 'MUST SEE' on the Fest's website, dig it!

The bro and I are pleased to announce that Confusions of an Unmarried Couple won for BEST DIRECTOR at the recently completed Bootleg Film Festival in Glasgow, Scotland. Our many thanks to Tom Wilton, festival director and fellow indie filmmaker for the honour!! Word on the street is that Confusions went over terrific!

You win some, you lose some...we found out that Confusions of an Unmarried Couple didn't bag the biggie at the Indie Gathering which recently wrapped up in Cleveland, but did manage to snag an 'honorable mention'...we'll take it!!

We're excited to announce our Scottish Premiere of Confusions of an Unmarried Couple at the BOOTLEG FILM FESTIVAL in Glasgow! The organizers are putting together a great line-up and we're looking forward to screening in the heart of the West End at the esteemed Offshore on Gibson Street.

We'll be screening on Thursday, September 11th...and have a pint for us!

We just got back from vacation to find out about a great review from Rory Aronsky of FILM THREAT who was a big fan of Confusions of an Unmarried Couple. FILM THREAT is one of the most well respected film sites on the internet so hopefully we'll feel there clout! Check out the full review HERE .

Check it out, you won't be disappointed!
