Well, some of you might have gotten a hint, some have had NO idea....

It's about to unfold--the airing of my appearance on Oprah. Yes, I
was there shooting from May 5th - May 9th. I got a call and days
later I was GONE - just like that. I was told I had to keep it very
quiet. A few close friends knew, but that was about it.

I hope you will all watch and/or Tivo. I'm moved to tears, really. I
couldn't believe I was there, hell I couldn't believe I kissed and
hugged Oprah! Holy crap!

Now, I am anticipating millions of women hearing about my advocacy
against Domestic Violence. The thought of the magnitude of what is
about to happen is well, unbelievable. The very thought that my story
could potentially move other women out of the bad situation they are
in has me so choked up. I have no words to express how much this
means to me and how emotional I am right now.

Dreams do come true, everybody. Dreams do come true.

*grabs tissue*

This show will be unlike any other with a variety of performances and acts to wow and amaze!

I am very proud of all the people helping with this production. Without them, none of it could happen.

I am very glad to be able to give something to Orange County that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Note: The show posts 18+, but if you have younger folks in your family and they are OK to see burlesque (will feature occassionally), then by all means, bring them! I don’t want people thinking it’s NOT ok to bring their kids...it is! I want this to be a family show and something you can enjoy whether you’re 10 or 80.

Here’s to what I’m sure will be a great show for years to come.

Kudos to all the ladies that performed tonight. I was truly impressed with everyone's performances and this was a first of many all-lesbian shows we'll feature. If you missed out, that means we had more fun than you tonight. Even the patio afterward was still buzzing two hours later....go figure, women!
