A lot of people ask me what I do with my time at the game store. Well, aside from doing inventory, integrating cards (it never ends!!) AND helping customers; I plan/run events.

The events I put the most amount of time into are the broad market events. What makes an event successful?
Organization- Having enthusiastic demonstrators of the game or games.
Advertising- Letting enough people know ahead of time.
Fun- Theme and creating an inviting atmosphere.
