Los Angeles, CA – After announcing their break-up in 2003 FACE TO FACE has revealed plans to reunite for upcoming live shows. "We miss playing these songs live. That's the only reason. We don't plan on writing any new material or releasing new records as FACE TO FACE, but we are looking forward to getting out there and playing for people. The live shows have always been the best part of this band so why not continue to do something we love to do," says lead singer/founder Trever Keith.

The band will consist of Keith, Scott Shiflett, Chad Yaro and Pete Parada. There are no immediate plans for a full scale tour. The band will be playing select festival dates in the U.S. and internationally. The first of which will be The Bamboozle Left in Southern California on April 5th.

Meanwhile, Trever Keith has completed a solo album under his own name which he plans on releasing digitally through his own website www.TreverKeith.com in the coming weeks. The album, entitled Melancholics Anonymous, according to Keith "picks up where Ignorance is Bliss left off." Ignorance is Bliss was one of the six albums released by FACE TO FACE during their 13 year career and marked a departure from their signature pop punk sound. Keith will embark on a series of solo dates performing new material from Melancholics Anonymous beginning March 8th in Los Angeles.

Hi,

Patrick, who is responsible for this really great f2f page, has asked me to write a blog to give some of you guys an update. First off, my production project with Chad Blinman, The Legion of Doom, has two new remixes in the upcoming Resident Evil Extinction Soundtrack. We have also just finished an all original album we're hoping to have released early next year. It's called "The Legion of Doom vs Triune" and features LA based MC Triune on vocals. It's another mangling of styles and beats in our way that we do. For more info about The Legion of Doom, check out www.myspace.com/tlod.

My label Antagonist Records is gearing up for a couple of new DVD releases. The first, due out Dec of this year is an indie film called "Eyes Front" starring Michael Madsen and features music from UnderOath, The Chariot, Everytime I Die, and others. The next will be out in 2008 and is a compilation of metal music videos directed by Darren Doane called "Playback".

Kid Stardust is a name I was considering for the new music I've been working on. I've since abandoned that name. The music still exists and is awaiting a release date as I organize my crap and figure out how to do it right. I really jumped the gun and put up a song and some info about the album which promptly showed up on punknews.org and it was completely premature. I can say that the record is finished and I'm really happy with it. I can't wait to get it out there. It is not a punk rock album. Fans of Ignorance is Bliss will probably like it because it is a natural extension of that album creatively.

I guess that's about it for now. I'll come on and check out any comments/questions in case I left anything out.
