I have nothing to say. My insides are speachless. You quietly nursed my music loving soul. Somehow I hope I am not letting you down. This is harder than I expected. I'll write to you when I can. I'll think of you everytime I play. Please visit often. Goodbye Bob "Grand Daddy" Warwick

On the train from Fredericksburg to NYC! Not much to do other than read and drink beer. I'm hoping that John and I will get to do some street performances. "T-shirts for Sale! Get your T-shirts here!" John has been working on a mean polka tune. I'm quite sure it will break the pop charts in 08. How does a train car go from smooth as butta, to loud as all get out? Is it like driving from Virginia to North Carolina? Regulated to "you're on your own" Masssssssssssss confusion kicks in. Do I play cards? Who will I play with? Not to mention will solitare work if the cards end up all over the floor? Questions... So many Questions. Hopefully NYC will have some answers. To the Library! (or Google)

Down at the Beach, contemplating the next acoustic explosion when I realized we shall soon have the Blood Legends T-shirts and baby dolls. Keep your ears open, they'll be in soon.

When I said maybe NYC studios, what I meant was that John and I are going to turn his apartment into a studio for a weekend. Record a bunch of new songs, and capture the sounds of a city that does not sleep. It' s gonna be grrrrrrrrrreat!

This debate is so loaded it makes me sick. These people are professional question dodgers. Half of them should have their name changed to Skip. Anderson sure is neat but he might as well have announced the final runners as Edwards, Obama, and Clinton. Each and everyone of them built their responses on the previous. These debates are hilarious to me. "...and that's why I will make a better president!" Good luck america, lets vote for the best poker face. Aren't we lucky!

Today I watched a river run, and it reminded me of my life. I watched a few sticks (small at that) very rapidly finding their way down stream, when they ran in to another large grouping of sticks. Most of the little sticks ran in to the obstruction and bouced off. How ever one got stuck. It sat there spinning like a gyroscope. For what ever reason, it was the only one of the group that stayed. It never changed direction once. At this very moment I decided that this was not to be the fate of this small twig and pushed it back into the current. I have no earthly idea what consequence is to come, but I figure the choice was mine. To be honest... I think I made the right one.

Well John and I have spent the last few days shooting some video footage. All and all it has been a great time. Donny Smooth and Dave Cannon did most of the footage, (along with John Kenney) so I'm sure it's going to be an interesting video. I'm not really sure how to get it onto the site yet, but by the time we get it edited, I'm sure we will have figured it out. I hope you all are having a good summer, and we shall see you soon!
