For most Saturdays in 2009 Les will be offering beginners and improvers the chance to take advantage of Free Acoustic / electric Guitar Lessons and mandolin lessons. There are even guitars available for anyone wanting to have a taster. Organised by Tony Leonard and Dave, and held at The Station Inn Loftus. These sessions will be fun and informal and one to one or small groups.

A creative day.
Category: Music

Just nicely in from the studio and have in my hand a disc of the days recording.This is the first track of my new solo album . I'm back on Monday to record the second track. John has done a great job recording, adding percussion , guitar and piano and is very intuative and sympathetic to my acoustic style. Les has made a grand job of the lead guitar parts, and contributes greatly to the feel of the song. "When you look at me "and "My own patch of blue sky" will be the first two songs to be posted on my own myspace, hopefully up and running next week.

Off out to see Jim Mullen in concert now with friends.Felling very happy with the way the day has unfolded.
