The cd release party will be Feb. 20th at J.B.'s Speakeasy in La Crosse, WI with superfriends "Casanatra" and "Sowbelly Bitchhog".

Greetings once again from Seconds Before HQ. We are gearing up for the CD release show this coming Saturday (September 6) with our good friends Down And Above, Attention, and Kingfield.

"Change Is The Only Constant" is in local independent record stores now and should be showing up in all major online download services after September 9.

We are really proud of this record and can't wait to share it with you. As a special, one-time deal for the CD release show we are including a copy of the CD free with paid admission. We hope to see you this weekend!

Ahh yes!

It is the time of year when you start thinking about heading back indoors to make some fun (love), watch some live rock music, drink some whiskey, and bowl a frame or two, right?

As luck would have it, we @t Casanatra world HQ are looking out for your best interest and have lent our part in putting together a completely stunning rock show (Gluv, Ampline, Casanatra, Cloak of Ancients) at a bowling alley (Memory Lanes-MPLS), that has whiskey on special ($3 Jameson and $2.50 PBR Silo tallboys)), the only thing we've left up to is making some fun (love) but we do allow you to use us for fantasy material in your mind (we don't blame you).

We want to thank all who came out to our first show back at the Uptown Bar in MPLS a couple weeks back. It was a great time had by all!

Come see us again this Saturday 09/06/08 @ The Triple Rock as we are honored to open the Seconds Before CD Release Show! We should hit the stage by 9:30pm or so, so please come early!

We're going into the studio with Jeff Halland on Sunday 09/07/08 to record 3 new tracks that we are stoked about. We'll have them up on our myspace page come Monday for your listening pleasure.

After that, you'll see us again at the Triple Rock Social Club as we celebrate Blue Worm Records 10 Year Anniversary!! More info to come...

All the Way Rider continues to wait out Scott's recovery.

We hope to restart practicing in the next couple weeks and are beginning to fill the fall schedule with a good many midwestern rock shows.
