If you would like to take a tour of Codo, please call (717) 699-2229 Mon. - Fri. 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available.

....

The apartment featured on this page is our furnished model unit, a two-story loft.  It is approximately 1200 square feet and rents for $1295 per month + gas & electric.  The two-story loft is TYPE 1 of six different styles of units at Codo.  All the apartments share the same high end track lighting, large kitchen islands, quartz countertops, solid wood flush front cabinets, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, ceiling fans, and huge windows, but the similarities end there.

TYPE 2 - The three story loft townhouses have 20 foot walls of glass, bamboo floors, exposed wood ceilings and masonry walls with picture rails. These units are approximately 1600 square feet and rent for $1295 per month + gas & electric.

TYPE 3 - The units located in the corner building (the one with the copper and glass exterior) are urban glass boxes with bamboo floors and spectacular views.  These range from 650 - 760 square feet and rent for $780 - $850 per month + gas & electric.

TYPES 4 & 5 - The second floor flats in the existing building have 15 ft. ceilings, enormous windows and gorgeous hardwood floors that change direction due to the fact that that floor of the building was once a roller skating rink.  One bedrooms of this style range from 950 - 1080 square feet and rent for $995 - $1095 per month + gas & electric.  Two bedrooms of this style range from 1050 - 1230 square feet and rent for $1095 - $1195.

TYPE 6 - The studio apartment at Codo 241 has gorgeous hardwood floors, huge windows, high ceilings, extra storage space and a built in murphy bed that folds magically out of the wall. This unit is approximately 650 square feet and rents for $595 + gas & electric.

All 35 residences at Codo 241 are rental units. Tenants pay gas and electric.

MORE DETAILS:

  • All units have their own high efficiency gas furnaces.

  • All windows except rear of 3 story townhouses have window treatments included. Picture huge sliding white curtains with a modern look.

  • Tenants at Codo 241 will enjoy secure off street parking (one space free per apartment, second spaces available on a limited basis for $20 per month)

  • All units feature central air, free basement storage, & Whirlpool washers and dryers (many on bedroom level)

  • All tenants will enjoy use of the roof deck (with built in iPod sound system, wifi, and a fantastic view).

  • Codo 241 has one of the coolest lobbies around. The floor is polished black concrete, all four stories have glass front and rear walls, and the exterior of the elevator shaft will be covered in barn siding.

  • Life at Codo will also be great thanks to Agrodolce, a mid-priced Italian restaurant located on the first floor of the building. The restaurant will be BYOB.

  • One or two dogs are permitted per apartment with an additional pet fee of $100/month and a signed pet agreement. No Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, or Mastiffs.  We will be vigilant about enforcement of our very strict pet policy.

  • One or two cats are permitted per apartment with an additional pet fee of $50 per month and a signed pet agreement.  We will be vigilant about enforcement of our very strict pet policy.

  • Codo will be a smoke free property.  This means that no smoking will be allowed anywhere on the property, inside or out.

The building is scheduled for completion March 1st. We are now accepting applications. If you are interested in Codo, we recommend applying soon. Unit selection will be determined by date of application. To apply online visit www,codoyork.com. It's free, takes only a few minutes and you are under no obligation.
