Hello all,

just to let you know, I am playing a very special, one off gig on the 12th December in Manchester. I will be playing Wrought Iron from start to finish with a ten piece band. It is at St. Margrets church on Rufford road in Whalley Range. 

There will be mince pies and mulled wine, as well as extra music from Table and Hannah Peel.

Today marks the release of a video for Feet of Courage. You can watch it on here. It was filmed over two days in Portishead by the beautiful, Bafta winning artist Esther May Campbell and John Milton. 

Today also marks the release of Feet of Courage as a single. downloadable from http://leaf.greedbag.com/buy/feet-of-courage-0/. The single also comes with remixes from the wonderful Paddy Steer, and Germ.

For any Italians out there, I was going to be playing at the Experimentia festival in Bari on the 31st July, but it's been moved a few miles down the road. I will instead be playing on the same date in some underground caves at Primitivo Festival, Castellana Grotte, ITALY.

Well, as of monday, Paddy Steer's album 'Dragon's Breath' will be out on Red Deer records. It's unlike anything you might have heard before. I played with his band for the launch night yesterday, and I don't think I've ever had so much fun before. He dressed the band up in paper mache alien heads with flashing lights and white jump suits.

As for mundane everyday stuff, I'm trying to stop drinking milk and eating cheese. This is because I think they make me sneeze. I've done well today, but coffee with rice milk is nothing but rubbish.

I am getting on the blog thing now! Because I realized you can look who's reading them, and lots of people are reading! I thought it would be just a horse and his dog in lap land reading, but now I know people read, I'm happy to write.

I'm going to be playing live in BBC radio Manchester on sunday night. On the Sam Walker show. It starts at 10pm, but I've been asked to get there around midnight. I'll be doing one song on guitar and having a chat.
