Contest Details

Vinxi Battle of the Bands is open to all genres of music. This contest will be held in Long Beach, CA at a venue to be determined. Bands chosen to play Battle of the bands will be chosen by Vinxi staff. Criteria will be My Space traffic, quality of songs and ability to shred! Bands are responsible for their own gear and accommodations if they are from out of town. Only the winners of each contest will be paid. Winners will be determined by a combination of 1 consensus audience vote and votes from a special guest panel. The winner of each showcase will advance to the Finals. The winner of the Finals in addition to prize money will also win a Martian Church sponsorship. Details of sponsorship are yet to be determined.

Bands do not need to participate in our contest to be added to our My Space player. Simply e-mail an MP3 of your song to us at VinxiPresents@hotmail.com and add a link to your bands My Space. Next place us it your top 8 friends. If we like the track and see us in your top 8, we will add the track to our player for a week. Any other questions can be sent to Ron@VinxiClothing.com
