BLUEHEELS would like to extend a special thanks to Rick, Katy, and everyone at The Madison Area Music Awards for all of their hard work in putting on another amazing show last Saturday night. We had an absolute blast playing the award show @ The Barrymore, (as well as the after party at Cafe Montmartre), and couldn't feel more honored to have been asked to be a part of such a great charity event.
As you may have heard, we were lucky enough to bring home the "MAMA" for "Rock Performers of the Year". We would like to thank everyone who voted for us, and assure you that we will do our best to live up to that title as we prepare for a very busy summer and fall.
To start, we will be releasing "THE ONLY DANCE YOU KNOW (LIVE)" in the coming weeks, with the first of two jam packed weeks of Mid-West live release shows kicking off at THE FREQUENCY here in Madison on TUESDAY June 30th. We will be releasing the details surrounding the other dates in the near near future, so stay tuned for those.
As the summer progresses, we will continue work on our next studio album and will no doubt be dialing in new songs with crowds along the way. We hope you are as excited as we are. We think this album is going to be something very special.
