Armando Montelongo is a pro at flipping homes.  You may know him from A&E's Flip This House.  His assessing properties DVD is invaluable.  Everyday I'm learning more and more about this industry.

I've purchased homes before and fixed them up before selling them again so this area is not really that new to me.  However, there are some things I am new too and I'm trying to learn as much as I can and Armando has definately helped me with a lot of questions I had.
