To anyone who may be interested:

I've re-mastered the "Say Grace" EP, and it should be getting pressed by Xmas or so.

I'm also finally getting around to record the trilogy (Kosher, Halal, and Vegan), which will be out early next year (I know, I've been saying that for the last 3 years - this time it's actually happening).  A lot of old favourites and a few brand newies will feature on each EP.


We will also be touring with Violent Green in April/May to promote it.  So far Canberra is confirmed, April 9 at the Basement with Hell Mary and Code of Lies, April 17 @ Lewisham in Sydney, and May 1 @ the Jubilee in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.  We're keen to play a lot of smaller towns too - Grafton, Coffs, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Goulburn, Wagga, Geelong, Ballarat etc....  so if any of you are from any of these areas and know of any bands keen to get on board, let us know (here, or email kvnt.butcher@hotmail.com)

Ok, after the shenanigans of September 11 and 12, I've decided to get this abortion happening again.  It's way too much fun to just let it die, so I'm back to recording more shit, and re-mastering a lot of the old shit.  I'm looking to get a small tour happening, most likely with Violent Green and Grannyfist, most likely Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Canberra and possibly even western Sydney (definitely not Sydney itself, all you metro cock-smokers can go fuck yourselves.  Either bogan up or fuck off)

Haven't decided on exactly what will be released though, but there is a possibility of a split CD with my old partner in crime Cadbury's new project.

Also, I'm running off more shirts and a new run of some of the old CDs (most likely Say Grace, Cuntography and possibly a re-recording of 'Halal').  Anyone interested in CDs, send a message, and this time I promise I won't be a slack cunt (if you're paying for it that is.... if you want a freebie you can wait)

Also, don't stress if I don't get back to you immediately - I don't have the internet anymore so I'll only check this once or twice a month.  But anyone who knows me would know better than to expect anything in a hurry anyway.....

Gday cunts

Over the weekend I just got offered a show at Rosies on Friday September 11, 2009.  A few phone calls later, and yes, it's going ahead.  This time with both of us, and a drummer.  The line-up isn't 100% confirmed yet, but will most likely be Lustration, Grannyfist, Sausage Chopper, Cunt Butcher and either Violent Green or Bonesaw (depending on which of those 2 don't get the Cannibal Corpse support).

For those who missed it, our September 11 show last year attracted the wrath of every left-wing crackpot in Sydney and the venue dropped us like a hot potato.  This year, revenge will be served!  This will not be a show to be missed, hope to see you there!

To any Brisbane fans planning on attending out Boxing Day show at Monstrothic...

Last week Cadbury's brother was hit by a car.  Some dickhead P-plater speeding through a pedestrian crossing, unfortunately.  He's alright - as in, still alive - but he's a bit of a mess, and isn't expected to be back on his feet for possibly a year or more (put it this way, he sustained a shattered pelvis and snapped femur - pretty bad stuff).

As you'd imagine Cadbury is more than a bit distraught by this incident, and as such will not be joining me on stage for Cunt Butcher's Brisbane show.  This is unfortunate, but fair enough.

I'd like to wish his brother a speedy recovery but I know that won't happen unfortunately, but they HAVE found the driver, so I hope he gets royally fucked in the arse, both legally and hopefully in the jail they send him to.  Bastard.

But to all Brisbane fans, be prepared for shenanigans anyway!  See you on the 26th... with bells and nothing else on!

Friday: What a fucking show. Started off as an absolute abortion, nobody had gotten any emails I'd sent, the soundman didn't even know he was on, the door girl was held up by trains, and one of Slasher's "mates" was proceeding to make an absolute cunt of himself (nearly getting bashed by just about every person in the venue). But once the ball got rolling, it all came good. Luke was a funny cunt as always, Matt's little "surprise" definitely helped things. What I remember of the other bands was good, unfortunately I could only catch snippets here and there, because every cunt seemed to be having dramas of some sort. Glassing myself in the head seemed like a great way to start the show, but after about 4 songs I was starting to feel the effects of blood loss. Still, that didn't stop me from doing it again. I couldn't even tell what songs we were doing, because the set list got all covered with blood so we kind of did it impromptu to cover. A poor turnout but a fun night anyway... I can't really review the show because my memory of the night is rather hazy to say the least. Anyone who was there - fill us all in on the details please

Saturday:

Death Patrol opened up to an almost empty room but gave it their all. Their punk/metal crossover sound reminded me of bands like D.R.I, a sound that isn't too common these days. Infernal Reign's old-school style death metal has impressed me since I first saw them at Abduction a few months ago - one of the few bands playing something other than metal-core rubbish. Seriously, what is with that? You'd think that metal and hardcore could produce something good when mixed together, but all these kids seem to take the WORST elements of both genre and mix them into a sonic abortion. Thankfully these boys know what metal is about, and ripped it up again!

Then the Cunt Offensive turned up, right as they were due to play (taxi fuck up apparently) but didn't let us down. Clown costumes, abusing rather than playing their THREE basses (including one 12 string bass), and various other antics made their set one to remember. Well worth checking out if they ever head back down here again!

Our set was marred by a certain security guard who had a whinge about me taking my clothes off in response to several women doing the same (I had announced right at the start that for every item of female clothing that landed on the stage, I'd match by removing an item of my own clothing. Funnily enough, I actually DID end up naked, again, which I honestly wasn't expecting) Unfortunately the nigger on the door had some major objections.... shit... he's twice the size of me, maybe he has half the penis and got jealous??? I don't know. Whatever, he got me a towel which half stayed on for the remainder of the set. A few people were a bit worried when after he made the complaint, I decided to launch into a cover of Vaginal Jesus's "Run Nigger Run", just for him. No on-stage fisticuffs ensued though, unfortunately. But once again, our set was cut short. We did manage to squeeze in 5 songs for an encore though - Burqa, a cover of Fuck the Middle East by SOD, Allah Sharmuta, Girlfriend and True Blue (I didn't even get to eat the raw steak I bought for the occasion).

Then Shackles ripped it up again, unfortunately I missed most of their set due to having to sort out a few other things. But I managed to make it up for guest vocals on a cover of Motorhead's "Killed By Death", a song dedicated to the late Greg Morelli who tragically passed away in a motorbike accident last Thursday.

All up, a great night, marred only by the fuckwits at the sly fox afterwards - that's a whole different story though.

Thanks to all the bands who played with us on the weekend, and for all the fans who came out to support us. Also thanks to Rockfeast and the Lewisham Hotel, and to John and the Harp Hotel, for putting the weekend on. We hope you enjoyed the carnage!

Gday cunts

As most of you are aware, we played our first show out of Sydney last week (unless you count Windsor, which may as well be in another country).

The response was amazing.

I mean, I was shocked to actually play a show to people with a sense of humour!  But it was great, even though we sounded like shit.

Having said that, while we still won't play any shows in Sydney, if you're from out of town and are keen to have us on a bill, let us know.  We may be officially "split" but there is still no reason why we can't hook back up for a show or two - even once I've fucked off interstate.  I mean, fuck, Roadside Burial are split between two states.  Captain Cleanoff are split between three.  They still manage to do it.

But sorry, sydney fans - if you ever want to see us again after November, you'll have to travel.  Once I leave this shithole, I never want to come closer to Sydney than Newcastle, Wollongong or Blacktown, ever again.  I hope the whole city gets washed away in a tsunami, to be honest.

Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart - any of those places we'd be keen to play at.  And country towns - fucking oath!  Give us beer and a place to crash and a bit of petrol money and we're there!

Just a quick note to let you know that for the two November shows in Sydney, Cunt Butcher will have a drummer.  Filling in for these final two shows will be Yonn from Backyard Mortuary.  We've only had one jam so far with all 3 of us, and I can tell you now, it sounds fucking brutal.  These shows should be killer!  Hope to see you there!

Due to the fact that we've now burnt pretty much every bridge that I originally set out to burn, I think this band has now run its course.  It has definitely been a fun ride but the fact is that there is only one venue left in Sydney that will let us play, every other venue has PRE-EMPTIVELY banned us - we've only played at probably half a dozen different venues all up, but word spreads like wildfire it seems.  Bands are also extremely reluctant to share a stage with us, either they're offended by our lyrics or by me getting out my shrunken jellybean - either way, it doesn't matter.

We'd like to thank the handful of loyal fans who have come out to see us live, we hope you enjoyed yourselves more than we did.... to anyone who bought or otherwise obtained copies of our CDs, feel free to distribute them far and wide, all I ask is that you don't ask money for any copies (which I reckon's pretty fair)

To the Live House and Rockfeast - thanks for being the only people in this whole soft-cock city that was prepared to give us somewhere to vent on-stage...  oops... I ment play.  And thanks to Elle and Jim from Blackbelle for your support too.

I'll also be carrying on in a GG Allin tribute show that I'm thinking of calling 'Jesus Christ'.  So I'll be far from gone, don't worry about that!
