I woke up feeling like i was in a different place. It was odd. lol. Like if you were on a boat for a while and when you get back on land, you still have that rocking sensation. It feels great to be back home, but i already miss the road. I wish i woulda filmed a whole buttload more than we did. I missed a plethra of fucken rad shit and shenanigans.
I shoulda took a lot more pictures of scenery and all those "welcome to (insert state name here)" signs. I guess after you travel a bit more you take that stuff for granted and i got home realizing that i don't have those kind of pics from my tour, or any of my past tours at that.
I'd like to thank all of the fucken rad bands and people we met along the way, as well as all the people that helped make the tour a success, promoting, setting up shows, giving us places to crash, etc, etc... It's great being an independant manager for an independant band. I get to deal directly with the fans and people keeping the scene alive by helping get touring bands into their cities/states for their local scene. Plus it's just that much more rewarding when we're out there playing for you guys. Just know that all that hard work is done because of you. All of you that come to our shows and support, buy and wear our shirts, buy the album and share it with friends, and spread the word, and of course, because we simply love playing death metal.
Now we're going to relax a bit while we get back into the flow or our lives and what not. Getting back to school and work.
We're going to also use the time to start working on new material for our next album. We played some new stuff for you all on the road so you can all get the feel of what to expect from the new album. It will be our sickest shit to date and we can't wait to start talking about the album title, art work, song titles and all that good stuff.
Lastly we'd like to take this time to announce that we're signing with RESOUND GR!ND RECORDS for a European release of our album, shirt designs, and yes.... european tours.
We still need to get ahold of our raw art and layout crap to send to PRODISK in for our Canadian release. We have yet to find a good U.S. label to work with. I'm sure something will come through. For now, we like handling stuff here ourselves.
