....................Trance heavyweight and Mondo Records front man “Darren Tate” returns under his much loved “DT8 Project” guise to enchant us once more with his stunning new single entitled “As The Days Grow Old”.
 
Darren (who needs no introduction as one of the world’s leading dance producers) has graced us with many timeless anthems under his DT8 Project moniker, including the chart smashes “The Sun Is Shining (Down On Me)”, “Winter”, “Hold Me Till The End” and of course the timeless classic “Destination”, which was recently re-released with remixes by some of the biggest names in the business.  DT8 also gave us the critically acclaimed “Perfect World” which was considered by many to be one of the best dance albums of 2007 if not the decade.
 
After the recent EP (“We Belong / Ride The Wave”), Darren returns with vocalist Alexta (“Hold Me Till The End”, “Falling” (with Gavin Rossdale)) with “As The Days Grow Old”.  Keeping to his unique blend of trance and progressive house, Tate once again steps up to the mark and produces this outstanding emotional yet euphoric anthem.  With a stunningly beautiful song to boot, this is an absolutely massive production that will be smashing it through the later part of 2009.

Complimenting Darren’s original, Steve Anderson is on hand with this first rate remix.  Steve, who is no stranger to both Mondo Records and the trance scene, has produced many anthems as one half of the trance duo “A/B Project” (and more recently his excellent solo productions). Here Steve keeps that sparkle of emotion and adds that extra trance wallop resulting in a more up-tempo variation with its dark bass line, sweeping pads, and plucky melodies.

DT8 Project is the brain child of internationally renowned composer and producer Darren Tate. "Destination" has been reworked, reshaped and refreshed by some of the finest up and coming producers for 2009.
